- Dhill (2/5): - So regret to choose this hotel, my fault not really take look for rooms size. With same rate I can stay at copthorne 4 star very spacious room. Room too small, not comfortable for stay.
- Muhammad (6/5): Poor rating - 1/ I surprised when check in that the room I selected "family deluxe" very bad smell as no windows and narrow at the corner inside old building. This information must be mentioned and clear in website of hotel.com to avoid it at all. so I rejected and asked to upgrade to family suite with additional amount RM 77. 2/ The breakfast is basic and need to have more choices In addition need to improve it. 3/ some ants and died cockroach had seen around the beds

- Amor (4/5): - This is my second time i stay here. The interior and concept still good but not the room cleanliness. Room and the towel have stains and smelly. Not like when 1st time i went there, everything was great.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not value for money - Not value for money, since the location was off and sheets had stains. Breakfast was OK (not so many options). We were there during public holiday (eid) no taxis available and nearest market/city was like 40 mins walk. So if you are planning ro stay here yiu should rent a car/moped if it's high season.

- Verified traveler (4/5): The rooms are dark and small - The rooms don't look like the pictures, they are dark and very small. The rooms aren't in very good condition and the Wi-Fi is slow. Overall it's expensive for what it is. The breakfast is good.

- King (4/5): - First of all, I booked 2 rooms in advanced at the smurf inn homestay, but they said the record was just one room when I checked in. After I show my booking details, then they give me one more room but different floor which very far from my friends. Secondly, there is a very strong and foul smelling in the room included the bed and pillow which make us very hard to fall asleep. There even have some stain on our bed sheet. Thirdly, my friend found out something like a needle or pin on the floor right after they step into the room. The cleanliness of the room and the mat on the floor is really disgusting. Overall I am quite disappointed on our stay and the condition of the room is too old.

For muslim like me, hard to solat cuz there is no space. 2. mattress : the management need to consider to change it cuz i can feel the spring 3. Cleanliness : so far so good but during my arrival, the room quite smelly maybe because of the carpet. 4. Staff : friendly & helpful — overall the hotel is nice to stay and comfortable. maybe for the next time will arrange for executive suite, maybe there is slightly different from deluxe room.

Guest could check in/out within 3-5 mins (with no other guest waiting) Room is clean, well equipped (with sufficient plug, hair blower(hide in the “table”), safety box, small fringe ) The Hotel also have parking scape for the guest, served simple breakfast.

- Verified traveler (4/5): quiet place to sleep in - Generally an OK hotel but the room we stayed in on the Ground floor didnt have any windows / ventilation to let fresh air in, which was kind of disappointing because it's in Cameron Highlands.

However, it is value for money stay, But they need to provide variety to their buffet breakfast. It is limited and quite disappointing.

The space gap between the bed and wall is too narrow. There’s no space for muslim like me to perform our prayer.

Coffee house open until 10.30 pm, great coffee taste & hospitality. I booked for Executive Room but due to leakage problem hotel 'upgrade' my room to family room. Room condition smelly upon entering room, toliet so small and no window in my room to enjoy the sight seeing in smurf inn

- Bernice (6/5): Ok Only... - We booked 2 rooms. At first was 2 Queen rooms. Upon Check-in, we requested for Room 1: Twin room | Room 2: Queen room. We were told that the Twin Room has no window and if we were Ok to proceed. Room 1: Size of the room was rather Small. Comes with TV, Kettle, Cups and some teas. No Hair Dryer. Room 2: Size of the room is OK, but an awful strong smells. Comes with TV and Hair Dryer. No Kettle. We couldn't stand the smell and has to ask to change room. However, rooms that were remaining were only Twin room. Still have to change. Staffs are all friendly. Whatever we request, they have assisted well. The provided breakfast buffet isn't that well... But surprisingly the snacks we ordered are delicious. Pop Corn Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries.

- Fazni (10/5): Worth money - I paid cheap price but got nice room with free breakfast. This hotel also got nice view with golf field view and the environment also very peaceful. It is also very close to a strawberry farm. This hotel is child's friendly where they placed a few swinger & merry-go-round for childrens to play. Just unsatisfied with free wifi service because can not get wifi reception inside the room which is at 1st floor. Highly recommended!
