We were disappointed as the deluxe room didn’t look anything like what’s shown in the photos on Expedia and so feel we paid more for a room that didn’t meet our expectations. Air con is also controlled by the staff - which we weren’t told about when we checked in, so we spent the first night sweltering in 24 degrees! We had to ask at reception the next morning to change it. Breakfast is fine, nothing special but great that it’s included. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

• Francis (10/5): Ayia Napa stay at the Blue Boutique Hotel - Our stay in the Blue Harbour Boutique was superb. Staff were super kind and helpful and rooms were immaculate. Located just off the harbour in Ayia Napa, it makes it perfectly placed to get anywhere around the area. Very well priced too - even in the high season of the summer. Would recommend to anyone.
• Gregg (6/5): Bien placé mais sale. - Hôtel ayant pour seul point positif sa localisation. Centre ville et parking privé sont les points positifs. Malheureusement propretés obsolète. Ménage précaire. Douche écoulement bouché, plusieurs cafards découvert dans la chambre. Je ne conseil pas cette établissement à mon grand regret au vue des notes précédentes je ne comprend pas comment la qualité a pu à ce point se dégrader.

• Guey-Mei (8/5): A nice stay - The room was spacious. The view (ground floor) was poor as the window faced the back of the playground (a tent). The food from the cafe of the hotel was surprisingly good, love the omelette. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had daily housekeeping and my room was kept clean and tidy.

L’hôtel est proche du port, de la plage et d’un tas de restaurants, de magasins, de locations, de la foire et de bars. Situation idéale!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautifully appointed modern rooms in a fantastic location literally 30 seconds walk to the sea and right near the harbour. Tastefully decorated boutique rooms with fabulous showers. We stayed in a ground floor room which was spacious and later given an upgrade to a deluxe room with a balcony with a seaview. Plenty of parking space for our hire car as it was out of season but probably gets really busy in summer.We've holidayed in Ayia Napa for 23 years and these are one of the nicest/well located places we've stayed and amazing value for money. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

I was upgraded to a room on the upper level and from there you get a nice view of the beach/port at sunset. Located about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre where there’s the restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking is available at the hotel, however you have to phone to get in. This is a problem if you don’t have a local phone to call, but there is a car park behind the hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served at a cafe attached to the hotel. I would recommend and I would stay there again.

HOWEVER, we didn’t get the memo that this location is close to a concert park that you can hear loud music all the way until after 2 in the morning. It’s a good thing that we were up late from an early evening night out but I couldn’t imagine bringing a family to this hotel. You can hear the music from the outside no mater how hard you try to lock out the outside world. Hence, there goes the 4 star for not having soundproof walls and keeping us awake until 3 am.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - First of all, I would like to say that it quite nice, clean, convenient and comfortable hotel. So here is our experience, we (3 couples ) booked a family room in which was stated that it fits for 6 persons. In the meantime, my boyfriend called the property to ask whether we have privacy in our rooms, where he has been told that we have enough privacy. When we checked in we were welcomed by a very nice and helpful receptionist (forgot her name). The room we got, had only 2 private rooms with double beds and 1 bathroom, including 1 extra single bed (which seemed uncomfortable) in each room. When we went to complain about this problem the receptionist tried her best to help us, however, she told us to stay for 1 night until we find another hotel or else wait until the morning to sort out the problem with the manager and see what could be done. In the morning we met with the manager where she offered us with another room for an extra 350e for the remaining nights. However, we did not agree and wanted to move to another available hotel. The thing that really DISAPPOINTED US was when the manager wanted to charge us for an extra night when we were told that we have to pay only for 1 night if we are moving out by the next morning. Of course, we said that it is not fair for us and she went back to her office without saying nothing. We were given our money back and moved to another hotel.

The room is modern and stylish and the location is great, but unfortunately our experience was bad due to the ugly odor of the sewage in our terrace and sometimes in our bathroom. We told the staff about the problem, but they had no solution.

• DorasTripExper (8/5): Nice and clean and great location - New apartments located next to the Ayia Napa harbour. They have a free parking area and u wont need a car to go to the main central area since its a walking distance. The room was clean and it was cleaned on a daily basis. However they did not put us coffee on the second day. Another thing..i would recommend them to put couples in different sections since we had a bunch of youngsters in the next room and they were very noisy through the night!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice boutique hotel in the center of Napa. Extra nice staff. The problem with the room (superior) is that the air conditioning is positioned facing the bed. That made it really cold when switched on and unbearably hot when switched off. The other problem is that the balcony's glass door is not double glazed .That means everything from the street and neighboring balconies can be heard. Besides these two problems, everything else was perfect Thank you Blue Harbor for the nice stay!

• Pamela (4/5): Thought i was in Moscow! - The rooms are nicely furnished and decorated. No washing machine facilities and no breakfast available. This was inconvenient. Had to go to a nearby restaurant and was served by a very rude RUSSIAN. I do not come to Cyprus for this! Will not be returning.
• Victoria (10/5): Boutique Find in the Busy Midst of Ayia Napa - After some long searching my husband and I decided to try Blue Harbour. Our room was spotless and the decor was really nice. If we needed anything, all e had to do was ask. Some units may be in less desirable sections (near the children’s amusement park), but ours was just past that on th far end. We could walk to the beach and up and down the Limani. They offer a great laundry service fir a very reasonable rate. Access is very secure via controlled entry to the parking lot. There are supermarkets and redtaurants all around. There is a great day tour office just up the street too. You have privacy and the independence of an spartment here. It is very new so all the amenities are fresh.
• Mo (4/5): Great room but room placement - The room was clean and comfortable but the door to the room opened onto a children's park with bumper cars and the works. Also it opened on to the kitchen of a cafe. Basically you felt as if you were staying at the children's park with all the noise associated with it. Also had the housekeeping open the door on us at 7am.

• Tony (8/5): Good but no value for money - The appartment was nice, new, clean with a good bed and a great bathroom. I do not think that someone should pay 70 euros for an appartment (no hotel). The only problem thow was not the price but the staff, the receptionist lets say was not friendly at all...
• Kerry (10/5): Lovely room in perfect location. - On arrival I was sceptical but I had no need to be. The room was wonderful, very clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed and large shower. The location was perfect, right on the harbour. In walking distance to many restaurants and bars and even clubs if you want that sort of thing but the clubs are far away enough not to hinder your break. The staff were extremely helpful and were very accommodating on allowing me to keep my room until later on check out day. My room was facing the children's Luna park which didn't bother me at all and it wasn't too noisy. The beach with sun beds was a 2 minute walk away and beds were only €2.50 which was a good price I thought. Overall, a great few days stay.
