Единственная проблема - плохо работал слив воды в ванной. В любом случае риад неплохой. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества👌 Плохо работал слив воды в ванной.
• Sandra (8/5): - L'équipe est d'une grande gentillesse, nous avons été super bien reçu, nous étions attendus par un petit thé marocain 🙂 Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité change tous les matins un vrai régal. Possibilité d'avoir un petit panier à emmener en cas d'excursion tôt le matin. L'équipe est au petit soin et à l'écoute. Très bien situé a quelques minutes de la place et a quelques mètres du souk. Petite odeur d'humidité dans la chambre. Le personnel tenter d'aérer chaque jour pour limiter.

• Elena (9/5): - Riad nel centro di Marrakech ma gode del silenzio dei vicoli in cui si trova. Stupenda struttura che mantiene decorazioni tipiche e curata in ogni dettaglio. Pulizie giornaliere impeccabili e colazione eccellente. Ma la vera perla di questo posto sono due dei giovani host, Hadisha e Zahid che ti accolgono con il te alla menta marocchino e fette di torta fatte in casa e soprattutto con un gran sorriso e tanta voglia di rendere il vostro soggiorno perfetto. Si prendono cura di voi rispondendo ad ogni richiesta e necessità. Il nostro grazie speciale a loro!

Typical problems of any hotel inside the medina: long walk from the medina gates, people hassling you on the way to the hotel trying to tell you you're going the wrong way and lead you somewhere to scam you, etc.

The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the private balcony was a highlight, offering stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly sweet and hospitable, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

• Taina (9/5): Very nice and good value for money! - Location is absolutely the best, Medina’s narrow streets are just in corner. We booked taxi via booking.com and it was waiting for us on time. Taxi left us quite near the Riad and quide showed the way to the riad. Zaid was waiting for us and showed our room and other spaces, roof terrace and couch corner. We had room for 3, one bed in downstrairs and twinbed upstairs. We had our own roof terrace also. Stairs to upstairs room are narrow, not good for old people. Toilet and shower are quite small. Breakfast is (I think) Maroccon style breakfast; bread and sweet bakeries, jam and fried eggs. We loved bread and we asked it more some mornings. Kitchen was very helpful. Zaid and other stuff are so nice. Always there to check is everything okay. Zaid, thanks for your introduction to Maroccon life and nice discussion.

The location is excellent and very easy to find, right in the heart of the Medina and only about a 5-minute walk from the center. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the decoration was beautiful. The shower had hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would like to say a big thank you to the amazing staff, especially Zaid and Laarbi who booked a Moroccan traditional hammam , as well big thanks for ladies who took great care of us during our stay. They made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended ⭐ Nothing

Lo único para mí, que las puertas, aunque son preciosas no acoplan con lo cual hay hueco entre el suelo y la pared,lo que deja entrar el frío y el ruido, pero sólo del Riad porque de la calle no se oye nada. Es la segunda vez que vamos, y repetiremos.☺️ Que si te toca gente poco respetuosa en las horas de descanso, se oye bastante.

Fijn om in de binnenplaats of op het dakterras te kunnen zitten. Kamer wordt iedere dag keurig opgeruimd. Vriendelijke gastheer. De bedden zijn wat doorgezakt. Uit de badkamer ruik je soms rioollucht.

• najwa (10/5): - Le riad était vraiment magnifique, et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfaitement propre : les serviettes pour chacun, le linge de lit, la salle de bain, les toilettes… absolument rien à redire. La propreté était au rendez-vous à 100 %. C’était exactement comme sur les photos, voire même encore mieux en réalité. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et bien dormir. Devant chaque porte, il y a une petite table privée où l’on peut s’installer tranquillement, ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel est également très sympathique et accueillant. Je donne un 10/10 pour l’établissement en général. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : je lui donnerais un 6/10.

Les serviettes étaient sales et on doit les garder pendant trois jours. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, puis ensuite plus d’eau froide. Je n’ai pu me doucher qu’une seule fois. Il fait très froid dans les chambres.

• Marie (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné au Riad pendant la période des fêtes et avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Le personnel est extrêmement poli, souriant et d’une grande gentillesse. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner, composé de produits frais, était excellent. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons vivement.
• Audrey (10/5): Super séjour dans le riad Bonheur - Tout ! L'accueil super sympa, toujours souriant, très gentil, super serviable ! Le riad Bonheur porte bien son nom ! Le Riad est très beau, les chambres propres et confortables. La terrasse de la chambre triple a une superbe vue sur l'atlas ! Emplacement idéal, safe, très proche de la place Jemma et facile de se repérer. Le petit déjeuner est top ! Toujours au petit soin, on peut rire et demander service sans problème !
