• Lauren F (8/5): Lovely room in the center of Verona historic center - Very central location, lovely big room and welcoming staff. It was loud in the evening when trying to get to sleep as it is in the center and you can hear people going past and motorbikes. Late at night though, it is fine.

Camera molto ampia, ben arredata, bagno in comune ma molto pulito e spazioso. Ottima comunicazione con i gestori. Vicino alla struttura ci sono numerosi negozi, bar, ristoranti. E' ideale anche per chi viaggia da solo in quanto in pieno centro storico.

Ho soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale risultata pulita, con materasso confortevole e dotata di set asciugamani, macchina caffè e bollitore. Nell'armadio era presente anche un ferro da stiro e cassaforte. Bagno con accesso dal corridoio, pulito e con set per doccia. La camera con affaccio sulla via pubblica è risultata silenziosa. Giudizio complessivo positivo anche sotto il profilo qualità-prezzo; ci ritornerò! Marco

The owners were very kind and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. We were able to store our bags both before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. A great place to stay for exploring Verona!

La posizione è eccezionale, in pieno centro, così come il palazzo bellissimo. In più lo staff è stato super disponibile e pronto a sentire ogni nostra esigenza.

• brianwithaneye2014 (10/5): We loved 😍 it! - Forget what people say about the breakfast, the croissants and coffee were fine for us, if you can live without an en suite bathroom, [ there's a luxurious bathroom in the corridor ], Art & Coffee is a real gem of a place to stay in Verona. It's a few minutes from most things you'll want to visit, 5 minutes walk from the Arena and surrounded by more cafes and supermarkets than you can shake a packet of spaghetti at. We loved the eccentric classical decor, it's so Italian and a tasteful reflection of the local culture. Security is really good and the kitchen is superbly equipped, there's even a desk top computer.

It was very centrally located – just a five minute walk from the Arena and five minutes in the other direction to the main square. It was perfect. Our room was spacious and it was lovely to have the full use of the kitchen throughout our week’s stay. I loved the decor, it was quite unique and eclectic in style which I found very appealing Guiseppe was very helpful and answered our queries very promptly. The price was surely unbeatable for a central location at the height of the season. I also found the young gentleman employed there daily was very charming and friendly. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Thank you Guiseppe.

• jhavlir (10/5): Lives up to its name. - We had originally booked elsewhere but they double booked, so we had to find a different place. Our family of 5 was on the streets of Verona with no place, so I started to call hotels in the area. Art&Coffee happened to have occupancy, so we booked it for the night. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and happened to be the only people there that night. The owner met us at the property and showed me around. It is set up like a hostel with some bedrooms and bathrooms. Both rooms were so beautifully decorated. My kids thought it was the prettiest hotel they've stayed at. We also loved the espresso machine that made cappuccinos at the push of a button. This hotel even has a washer and dryer - we were able to do a load of laundry while we were there. I read reviews on line that the AC turns off at night, but we didn't feel like it was too hot. There's also a guestbook that you can sign and see all the hundreds of guests who have stayed in the past. The location is excellent and I would highly recommend this B&B for your future stay in Verona.

You'll find it super convenient for exploring the city's attractions on foot. What really stood out was our host, who was genuinely one of the most polite and helpful we've ever encountered. Their exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for your visit to Verona.

The room could be cleaner the bedsheets are not good and the “external Private bathroom” could be cleaner and have soap. For the amount of money paid it could have been much better if we had paid less we would have complained much.
• 604antonios604 (10/5): Esperienza eccellente a Verona - Very positive experience at this B&B. It is located in a very central area of Verona, between Piazza Bra (Arena) and Piazza delle Erbe. Access was very convenient, and since I arrived in Verona quite early, the owner kindly allowed me to leave my luggage so I could enjoy the day freely. The room is spacious, well-furnished, and offers plenty of space and comfort for rest. The shared bathroom was not a problem at all: it was easily accessible and clean. The common area is equipped with everything needed for breakfast. I will definitely consider this B&B for my next trip to Verona.

• Alex (10/5): - This was a nice location in the center of Verona. Very conveniently located to most of the main tourist attractions and plenty of places to eat. The area seemed pretty safe. Keep in mind that its a communal living area so there may be other people there with you, but you just share the kitchen and the bathroom. The people who were there at the same time as me were nice and we had no problems. My only comment is that the comforter on the bed we got seemed pretty old and could have done with a good wash or replacement. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the room was very homey. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again next time I am in Verona!

Terrible Decor, as if you live at your old grandmother's kitsch house, full of terrible plastic flowers and kitsch paintings.... Frightening, really. On the website it looked like it could be "different".. but in reality, in loco, terrible. At least for anyone under 70 years. 1 Bathroom to share with many. No air-con, just loud fan. Indeed free coffee, but coffee mashine broken. (Some free basic cookies available) - nothing like the pictures Has a little common terrace in the apartment, But it is soo dirty and so full of broken things, that you dont really feel like staying there.

If you are going to stay for two or one night this is the place. Is close to the arena and the Garden is not that far away. You are literally in the center of the city, so you can find restaurants and cafes close.

• Caroline (10/5): - Very cozy place. We stayed in a room with private bathroom, but the bathroom is located in the hallway next to the shared bathroom and is very small. So there is really no need for the private bathroom. Also the share bath is much bigger and nicer. The atmosphere of the place is cozy like a home. There is everything, kitchen, washer and a little patio even.

Cleanliness could have been better, particularly the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable as it was an old mattress and it sagged in the middle. There was no one to meet us when we arrived. I do not particularly like this new fashion of no hospitality whatsoever simply because the guest can now key in automatically.
• khachigj (10/5): Old school Verona, great host, central location - The place was nice, old school Veronese apartment, small smart tv with Netflix. The host was very attentive. He was always responsive on WhatsApp. My pregnant wife needed to rest, so he offered us late checkout. We needed extra towels, he sent up several fairly quickly. We needed a taxi, he arranged one for us during rush hour. I forgot my sunglasses, he went and found them and held onto them until we returned a few days later. Very happy with the experience.

Communication from Giuseppe was great via WhatsApp. Clear instructions on how to get there and what to do on arrival. Excellent location in the centre of Verona! Spacious room (room 3) with very comfortable king bed. Shared bathroom with good shower. Everything was very clean. Great facilities - lots of coffee, toiletries provided, kitchen facilities, iron, safe, extra bedding, air con! Breakfast was meagre (packaged croissants and jam/snacks) but ok for us in the morning. It was quiet, clean and comfortable and for the location too, an excellent find! We will stay again if visiting Verona in the future.

I visited Verona when it was incredibly humid in the buildup to a thunderstorm, but the apartment was an oasis of cool, so I'd definitely recommend for summer getaways! The place is also in an excellent location right in the city centre

• Russ (10/5): - A quaint and very secure and well maintained historic home in the historic district of Verona located between the Arena and Juliet’s Balcony, and just around the corner from the Gucci store. The staff are extremely communicative and give very clear instructions on accessing what is otherwise a well hidden gem. Highly Recommend!
• Laura (9/5): Good location - Excellent place near Piazza Erbe and tower, quiet spacious room with charm of Verona, ability to use kitchen, bathroom was in the corridor but I could use it alone. Air conditioning, it was too cold during the day but was turned off or lower at night which was good to sleep in comfortable temperature. Coffee in the kitchen and snacks in the room, also found cornetto for breakfast :)

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I loved the city and this place really made the trip with how conveniently located it is! Inside is so nice and homey and clean.
