The location is also super convenient right next to TU and near the Tier Garten Ubhan. Overall very satisfied. No complaints except the locating the entrance door to the building was tricky.

• Erika (8/5): Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage, ohne Rezeption - Geräumiges helles Zimmer, schönes Bad, bequemes großes Bett, gut eingerichtete Küche, sogar Haushaltspapier vorhanden; ruhige Atmosphäre; checkin hat gut funktioniert Heizung konnte nicht richtig geregelt werden, im Zimmer war es zu warm ( man musste das Fenster geöffnet lassen), im Bad zu kalt - die Handtuchheizung hat gar nicht reagiert. Die Rezeption war die ganze Woche nicht besetzt - die angegebenen Zeiten sind ein Fake! Es gab keine Ansprechpartner!

Sauber Gemütlich Leider waren die Betten viel zu hart . In der Dusche sollte mal das Sieb gereinigt werden , sonst läuft es bald in die Wohnung .

• Toru (3/5): Major issue at this apartment complex..needs urgent attention. - The property is in a good location for visiting the usual tourist sites and links to public transport. The apartments were well equipped with subtle design features for convenience for self catered stay. There was a major incident with this particular stay. The check in process is remotely controlled during after hours which I can see for convenience is very good. However on this occasion, the check in failed miserably and I was presented with a room card that allowed me access to an already occupied room. When I called after hour support to assist the duty security person turned out, but when they gave me the second room key that too turned out to be an occupied room too. Now.. really concerned I called the out of hours again and the third time they provided me with a vacant room. They assured me it was just a mid-handling of the booking system. The worrying thing is that the system would just print out the cards for rooms that are already occupied. On the ground of security and safety of the guests this is a major concern and needs to be addressed with urgency. I have to add that the staff at the apartment block were very attentive and helped resolved other the issues in the morning. But be warned.. if the reservation system messes up you could be visited by random people in the night..

• Katja (7/5): Sehr praktisch, aber zu teuer. - Die Lage direkt hinter dem Bahnhof Zoo war optimal für meine Bedürfnisse, aber deshalb hatte ich die Unterkunft ja gewählt. Das Apartment ist von A-Z funktional eingerichtet, damit die Kitchenette benutzbar wird, bräuchte es jedoch mehr Einkäufe als ein Kurzaufenthalt lohnt. Die Unterkunft ist meiner Ansicht nach einfach zu teuer für das, was sie bietet. Und die sehr spärlich besetzte Rezeption auch eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• Rowland B. (1/5): - Location ! I had a really bad experience with apartment solving issue. I was chatting with a virtual assistant for more than 1.5 hours without any results. You can be sure that if you need help, nobody will assist you! The reception staff was unwelcoming and looked at me as if I were in the wrong place. I am really disappointed with the service. Earlier, I called the property to ask for assistance because I had a request regarding my arrival. During the phone call, the staff member did not ask for my arrival date, reservation number, or full name, and did not take any notes about my request. This is very poor service, as my simple request was not even taken into consideration.

• Phillip (8/5): Fair price - It’s quiet and easy access to Zooloogischer U/Sbahn. Nice touch to have constant drinking water easily accessible. Wang on the front desk was fantastic. Nothing was too much effort for him. The bed is too low and the kitchen work space is really cramped. The shower attachment is faulty. BUT all in all a good stay.

• Ioana (5/5): - It was spacious and it had potential. The receptionist was a nice guy, he spoke very good english and he helped us very fast. First of all, there was a lack of basic supplies. For the price paid, we expected more than just 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people over 8 days. Additionally, there were only 2 coffee pods and 3 washing machine pods provided, but no sponge for hand washing dishes. Second, we found rust on 2 forks and the cutting board appeared red, visibly used, and not properly cleaned. Third, and most concerning, the cleaning staff entered our room and saw my partner undressed. We had no time to get dressed before she walked in. This happened again when someone opened our door with a keycard and quickly closed it. We didn't see who it was, but this made us feel extremely unsafe. Someone clearly had unauthorized access to our room.

• Thomas (10/5): - Very large rooms, nice big Windows with a view, great heating, super easy check-in. There is a lobby area with some couches and a big table, a kitchen and toilet. You can hang out there if you are early. There was no oven, only a microwave and stove.

• Iryna (10/5): - Проживали в апартаментах 7 дней. Уборка была за это время один раз. Апартаменты чистые, просторные, с балконом. Постельное белье и полотенца как новые. Район хороший. Рядом вокзал, общественный транспорт, магазин продукты и две улицы для шоппинга. От вокзала прямой S9 в аэропорт. Кафе-бары-рестораны на любой вкус и кошелек. До Бранденбургских ворот ходили пешком. В целом благополучный район, не считая попрошаек возле магазина продуктов. Спасибо большое за отдых! Все очень понравилось!

Called hotline, which is automated and should transfer to real agent - but none available at 11.30pmish. Another guest could also not check in. I had to move to other hotel nearby for this night, difficult + expensive enough in conference times. Next morning reception was staffed and I could check-in. Room quite spartanic, bedding synthetics. In bathroom with closed door bad smell (toilet) developed. Some hairs by another person left in shower and bathroom. Automated communication system is a mess, KI-driven, no live agent available. Called during daytime three times hotline, always "transfer to live agent" announced, then call terminates. Once asked to leave message for call-back, but no recording possible. What a shame.

Séche-serviette qui ne fonctionne pas et donc pas assez de serviettes pour la durée du séjour. Éclairage de la cuisine HS et un matin sans eau chaude car la réserve est insuffisante! Deux dosettes de café , pas de sucre. Pas une petite bouteille d eau au frigo pour les arrivants. Minimal....
