- Nimrrod (1/5): Nightmare - Staff were not friendly. Issued wrong amount in the receipt but reluctant to issue a new receipt. Room was not clean. Toilet was not clean and full with mold. Tv was not working . Totally not worth every penny was totally worthless and insignificant.

- Karina (1/5): Bad - Sadly very dirty place. The cockroaches were everywhere in the room and bathroom. The bed wasn’t clean either. Plus we had a hose in the shower instead of a shower head!

- Bullockcart (4/5): There is always a room for improvement, keep going. - Aircond, bed. Lights, location, price. Need to fix and clean the toilet, water passage, no toilet paper inside the toilet. Smelly inside the toilet even before used. Very noisy as in noisy disturbing sound when we used the water faucet , Sorry morning glory but you need to fix it.

- Jainon (7/5): Good - The room are kept clean & tidy. There are restaurants/eatery nearby easy to get foods. No room slippers and glasses/cups provided. An electric kettle is also sharing with other occupants.

- Leny (5/5): Passable - The staff hospitality is acceptable & nice. The hotel location is surround with Chinese restaurant food, 99 Speedmart, laundry and nearest to town. Parking space is free & open. The facilities such as the water heater, need get assist from the receptionist and their thermos cant last longer as I travel with kids that require to standby hot water for milk. We trying to get assist to get hot water in the early morning, but the staff in sweet dreaming end up went out to the nearest restaurant just to get a hot water. On top of head bedroom is dusty and the sink was leaking + the front toilet door wet can dangerous for kids slippery. I was never expect this before as years ago, we experienced stayed the same hotel but different room (1st floor) & its far away different expectation.

- Sonia (5/5): well, nothing to complain as it is a budget stay or when other places are not available - budget wise and friendly staff Daily necessities are not complete (eg: shampoo, toilet paper, bin, etc) each room is missing something. Both rooms have a bulb that’s not working and it was kinda dim at night. one of our room has cockroach 🥲
