• Zsuzsa (10/5): - It's an amazing family run place, nice rooms, beautiful pool and garden and every day personal fresh breakfast. They are very kind and helpful. Suri gave us present as well when we left the villa. The location is very good too, about 10 minutes from the old center in a silent area. Furthermore they found my passport in a local ad during the night when I was in Danang already and couldn't fly to Hanoi. Next morning Suri's son brought my passport to Danang by car. They saved my life. I can't be grateful enough to them. Thank you again. Nothing
• Olivia (8/5): - The staff were very kind and helpful, some english speaking which made communication easy. The room was clean, large and serviced each day, with water provided. You can request what you want for breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. The hotel was in a convenient location, within walking distance from the old town/other attractions. The pool was right outside our room, very relaxing. It was quite easy to hear the louder voices/movements of neighbours in room next door.

• Ryan (10/5): A lovely place to stay in Hoi An - We loved our stay at Hoin An Hideaway Villa. It was only 10 minutes walk to the old town and it was nice to come back to a quieter area. There are plenty of restaurants around with delicious food that is cheaper than in the main tourist area. A special thank you to the Hoi An Hideaway Villa staff who were so pleasant and helpful. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. A lovely place to stay, we hope to come back one day! Nothing.

• Orlane JEANNE (5/5): - The housekeeper is very kind and pleasant. Convenient location for getting around by motorbike or bike only. The neighborhood is quiet. The price listed on Booking does not match the rates actually applied by the manager. This makes the communication feel rather cold. The bridge (which feels unsafe) connecting the old town to the accommodation island is closed to cars, so you have to walk about 700 meters to get a taxi. This means arriving on foot with luggage, which was not pleasant. The photos also don’t fully reflect reality : it’s not really a villa, and the garden is less attractive in person.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and lovely pool. During the evening there was often a fire burning out the back which meant outdoor bathroom was smoky. Shower tiles broken so a little wobbly but ok.

La piscine très grande. Le petit déjeuner très bon. On choisi la veille, et ça évite le gaspillage, tout est préparé sur le moment. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Pas loin du centre ville à pied, un petit havre de paix.

• Reinder (10/5): - Hele fijne plek! De kamer is ruim, schoon en voorzien van een ruime badkamer die dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt. Elke ochtend staat er een vers ontbijt klaar en de gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook het zwembad is goed onderhouden en schoon, en je kunt gratis fietsen lenen. Kortom: een absolute aanrader waar we zeker nog eens terugkomen!

• Pablo (10/5): Spacious and quite stay - Pleasant service, really comfortable beds, big room and bathroom and everything really clean. One of the best stays in Vietnam so far🇻🇳 The swimming pool and the surrounding areas are really good 🏊 🌴 The breakfast is delicious 🍳 ☕️. The city center is 10-15 min walking🚶 in a nice local neighborhood. There is a super market really close by. Even though Hoi An is always crowded, we felt this place was a nice escape to all the city busy life. You can borrow bikes for free or rent scooters as well. You can ask in the reception for taxi 🚕 transportation to Da Nang. I would 100% recommend and I would come back here if I visit Hoi An again 😊. Nothing :)

Bett war sehr gemütlich, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Pool und Garten waren schön und in ruhiger Lage. Frühstück konnte ausgewählt werden und war lecker und genügend. Zu Fuß konnte man in ca. 5 Minuten in die "Old Town" laufen. Massage war nur ein paar Häuser weiter möglich - ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect stay in Hoi An - I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The owner is such a lovely lady who greeted me with a warm smile on arrival. My room was large and comfortable overlooking the lovely pool. Breakfast was ordered the night before, a choice of Western or Asian food, served with a selection of fresh fruit. Nice restaurant choices nearby, old town is a 10 min walk. One morning at 5.45am I took a walk over the bridge to see the locals buying and selling fresh produce at the market, which was an interesting (and photo) experience. The memories show is less than 15 mins walk and a 'MUST do' while in Hoi An. Would definitely stay here next time. All great

• Medrea (5/5): - Locația foarte buna Micul dejun: am cerut oua fierte moi și mi-au adus efectiv doua oua fara nimic altceva langa, am cerut legume extra și mi au zis că nu au, poate o să aibă mâine . Am fost 4 persoane - 2 adulți și 2 copii iar la fructe nu ne-au adus ca celorlalte persoane de la alte mese, a trebuit să cer eu extra fructul pasiunii și pepene. In camera era un miros foarte urat și în prima noapte am găsit un gândac in baie și am chemat o pe doamna să-l ia. Am stat doua nopți, iar a doua zi am plecat la 6:30 și ne-au făcut două sandvișuri la pachet- foarte grase . Nu pot înțelege toate aceste recenzii bune, nu m-aș întoarce aici

Estaba muy cerca de todo para ir y venir caminando, nos prestaron bicicletas para ir a recorrer los arrozales y llegar hasta la playa y nos ayudaron con los traslados! El alojamiento esta en un barrio tranquilo, por lo que solo se escuchan los gallos por la madrugada El Wifi no funcionaba bien en las habitaciones

Accueil chaleureux, vaste chambre très propre dotée d'une literie confortable, grande piscine dans un charmant jardin où l'on prend de bons petits déjeuners jusqu'à 10h (plat et jus de fruits frais à commander la veille). Hosts were so friendly and helpful, room was large, loved the open bathroom, and having the big pool to cool off in was amazing. La limpieza vale la pena mencionarla, es un punto a favor. La piscina siempre limpia aunque lamentablemente nos tocaron días fríos por lo que no pudimos utilizarla. Las bicicletas gratis si se animan a las calles son un adicional muy bueno. En opinión personal, el termotanque con agua caliente duraba poco pero es más debido a que nos tocaron días fríos. Se podría tal vez dejar elegir más de una opción de bebida

• Ligia (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in Hoi An if you want a quiet place close to the center. We chose it for the garden, the pool and the large rooms. We loved it for all these plus the polite and careful hosts. Pre-ordering breakfast the night before allowed us to have it ready on time. We organised several trips and taxi rides with the reception, and they were all good. Bicycles are free to rent if you want to explore the island, the city or go to the beach. Corn Island is few minutes walk away from the touristy center, but it is a lot calmer, it has eating places and mini-markets, all 5-10 minutes away from Hideaway Villa. We recommend this accommodation.

Included breakfast was solid (it would be nice if it is allowed to order two drinks for breakfast (e. g. a Coffee and a Juice) instead of only one beverage). Room was not completely clean (e.g. teapot was moldy). No ventilation in the bathroom what makes getting the moisture out after showering quite difficult.
• Linda (10/5): A beautiful hidden gem - It really is hidden away down some lovely little lanes away from the bustling town so a perfect position but less than 10 minute walk to the old town. It has a peaceful calm atmosphere. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and willing to help. The pool is well kept and the garden looks lovely lit up at night. Room was quiet and spacious and spotlessly clean. You choose your breakfast the night before and then the omelette or pancake is cooked fresh when you come down. Nothing. I liked everything.
• Jaffray (9/5): Hoi An vibrant in it's recovery. - Quiet and secluded but only a 5 minute walk to the historic area of the city. Unfortunately Hoi An had very serious flooding in October 2025. Two meters of water engulfed the whole town. The town continues to recover.

Les photos sur le site valorisent un peu trop la réalité car l'environnement n'est pas particulièrement soigné. La propriétaire est avenante mais les autres collaborateurs ne sont pas vraiment très polis.

• David (10/5): - Nice quiet location in a back street, but a short stroll to the old quarter. Lovely small family run hotel with big, spotlessly clean rooms.

• Alice (10/5): Excellent stay at Hoi An Hideaway Villa - The rooms were very large and clean. The pool was nice to cool off after a day in the heat. The hotel is in a good location, nice and quiet surroundings and only a short walk across river to the Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!

• Upham (8/5): A really nice 5 night stay and great value - Really nice hosts and staff - everything was good. Comfortable and a really great location just 600 metres into town and many local restaurants within 200 metres Nothing we didn't like
