• G (9/5): Ottimo - Tutto giusto. Personale molto disponibile e reattivo da remoto, hanno soddisfatto velocemente ed efficientemente perplessità e necessità come parcheggio e ristoranti. Selfcheck-in semplice e pratico. Ricevuta di pagamento fatta trovare in camera all'arrivo molto apprezzata. Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito fornito di tutto il necessario. Il mio riferimento se tornerò a Verona. Purtroppo come molti stabili d'epoca in centro a Verona non è fornito di ascensore.

• Elina (9/5): - Todo estaba perfecto: la limpieza, el baño, la ducha muy buena, las camas muy cómodas, la TV funcionó perfectamente. La verdad todo funcionó perfectamente. Bueno, es casi un cuarto piso por escalera... pero eso ya lo sabíamos desde el comienzo y lo aceptamos así. Además está muy bueno hacer ejercicio.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Bueno y bonito. - Lo que me gustó fue la habitación así como la limpieza y la ubicación ya que puedes ir caminando a todos los lugares además hay una parada de autobús muy cerquita del hospedaje si no eres de caminar. El hospedaje está en el 3r piso y está a unos 15 minutos en autobús. Se agradece el hervidor de agua así como las infusiones para tomar en esos días que hace frío. La comunicación es prácticamente por whatsaap pero así mismo están pendientes de tu llegada y resuelven cualquier duda que tengas además puedes dejar tu equipaje con previo aviso. Por poner una pega, el ruido de la calle, a mi no me incomodó ya que llegaba cansada y me dormía de un tirón.

• Sanchez (7/5): Relación calidad bien y repetiría - La ubicación buena para ir andando a ver puntos de interés, los anfitriones vinieron enseguida al decirle que no me aclaraba con el aire acondicionado, me facilitaron otra almohada de más para estar cómoda. Atención muy buena, debajo justo hay una pizzería napolitana buenísimas y barata. Las almohadas pese a darme una más, son de las bajas y no me resultaron cómodas. No tiene ascensor.

• Romina (9/5): Bonita opción en Verona - Muy bonito decorado, limpio y bonita zona, a menos de 1km del centro de Verona, pero por caminos super lindos y fáciles de hacer. La comunicación con recepción excelente y todos muy amables. Me ha gustado todo.

We were able to check in early, our room was ready. The instructions were simple to self check in. Downstairs there is a very good cafe Carducci. Definitely recommended for breakfast
• Megan (8/5): - Great location. Spacious, comfortable room. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. There wasn’t a bin in the room, only in the bathroom so I found I was putting rubbish in the bathroom. Can be quite noisy from the street outside but that’s inevitable.

• Pecoraro (10/5): Soggiorno confortevole e vicino al centro! - La camera era spaziosa, aveva un frigobar con tutto quello che potesse servirci, era pulita, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro, sicura grazie a varie porte con codici di sicurezza. I proprietari della struttura sono stati davvero disponibili, efficienti e veloci nelle risposte tramite whatsapp e sono stati gentilissimi a farci lasciare i nostri zaini sia quando siamo arrivati in struttura prima dell’orario del check-in, sia il giorno in cui abbiamo lasciato la struttura per tutto il giorno, fino a quando siamo ripartiti. Il fatto che non ci fosse l’ascensore e fosse al terzo piano

Disponibilità dei gestori - Posizione: comoda rispetto alla zona della città di mio interesse e vicinanza a fermata di bus urbani. Ascensore: non presente. L'organizzazione dello spazio nella camera assegnata: essendo un sottotetto con zona spiovente, giocoforza, parte della stanza, a causa della scarsa altezza, non è fruibile. La presenza di una nicchia nel muro dove riporre vestiti e cambi al posto di un armadio.
• Thuany (9/5): Good value for money - The location is amazing, we did everything by feet. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Very good for a budget, yet nice, stay. Getting into the apartment was really easy with the instructions provided on WhatsApp. The floors were sticky, like they have been cleaned, but there was a thick residue left behind. House shoes are a must. Towels and bed linen could be of better quality. The room is on the third floor with no elevator, it is good to be aware of that if you have heavy luggage.
