- Maksim (9/5): Heavenly breakfast in this hotel - The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast! It is served in a very cozy and stylish cafe next door. The breakfast is officially until 11AM, but the staff also agreed to serve it later (even at 2PM :D ). The breakfast is not a buffet, but a selection from a special menu. Everything was absolutely and amazingly delicious, and the portions were huge. This breakfast was enough to last the whole day :D. I also appreciate that there was a drying rack for the beachwear and towels on the (quite large) balcony. There were ants in the room so you have to be careful not to leave any snacks lying around.

- JOUDART (7/5): Juste pour une étape - Les bungalows villas sont très jolis et bien équipés. Au milieu d'une zone verte pleine d'oiseaux. Un séjour d'une nuit avant de pendre l'avion. Le petit déjeuner est génial. La ville est bruyante. La plage est sale. Plein de chiens errants. Beaucoup de circulation. Je ne recommande pas comme séjour balnéaire

- Zoe (9/5): Very quiet and a great position for access to all the local amenities. - We stayed in a lodge and loved being right by the natural lake with lots of wildlife. Monitor lizards, king fishers, cormorants and more. It’s like being in a rain forest. The walkways to the lodges need better lighting at nighttime.

- Tuominen (1/5): Scammed by creedy manager - Big rooms Dirty towels, lot of small bugs inside the apartment and wet and moldy air inside. Even the hotel reservation/gym leaks water from roof and walls. We booked 4 nights but only stayed 4 hours because the bad air condition in our room. We never got refund and the hotel manager told us lies about the refund when i called her. She is not responding to emails anymore (suprise). I hope this place goes down as it is just creedy touristtrap and staying there makes you feel sick. NEVER BOOK A ROOM FROM THIS PLACE! There is planty of options nearby !

Make sure you are comfortable going into a body building gym as that where the hotel reception is based. A little noisy since the windows look to the road. The outdoor pool working hours are too short. The door key was just a simple key (unsafe, in my opinion). There were some cracks on the walls of the room and bathroom.

- Ryan (9/5): Nice, relaxing place to stay which is close to the airport and to the laid back Niyang beach. - Comfortable beds in quiet, clean rooms, with a quick 5 minute walk to the relaxing Niyang beach. Gorgeous bungalow for one of the rooms we reserved. We arrived at different times and had difficulty checking in with a bit of a language barrier, even with all guests on the reservation. A little airplane takeoff noise from the airport occasionally.

- Whalley (1/5): Given the price per night & these various problems I've highlighted, I can't recommend this hotel. - The cafe next door is great as are the lovely staff that work there. It was the only highlight of the stay! I was really disappointed with my stay at Naiyang Touch Green Hotel. The biggest issue was that all the ground-floor rooms face directly onto the car park, meaning I couldn’t open my curtains without people walking past and looking in. This made it impossible to relax in my room with any sense of privacy. Strangely, the other side of the building offers beautiful greenery and water—why didn’t they design the rooms to face that instead? As a solo traveler, I didn’t feel comfortable staying on the ground floor with windows facing the car park and road while the entrance door opened onto the quiet jungle lake side. I asked to be moved to a higher floor, but they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. Adding to the frustration, the hotel manager was nowhere to be found. Apparently, she never comes to the property, leaving her (mostly lovely) staff to handle everything without support. She also ignored my attempts to contact her. Another major issue was the gym. It was the one part of the hotel I was looking forward to using, but my access card didn’t work. Instead of simply letting me in while they sorted the issue, I was left waiting around while they attempted (and failed) to fix it. On top of that, the rooms had a noticeable damp smell. Given the price per night and these various problems, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The web photos show lots of greenery & a lake but the vast majority of the rooms overlook a car park & a road. Reception is in (not by or close to) actually in the gym. Poor response to issues from the management (couldn’t care attitude). More like a 3rd motel than resort.

Very convenient for shops, restaurants and nightlife. Most of the staff were very friendly and polite. The place was very clean in all areas except for the wash and shower block were the staff used. I booked a superior twin room with balcony. We were shown to our room which was very pleasant but had a double bed in it. When I pointed this out I was asked to show my booking. The gentleman said he would have to speak to the owners. We were asked if we minded going on the ground floor as it was the only one available. When we got to the twin room it was far from superior. It was quite shabby and next to the staff accommodation. We had a leaky tap under the bathroom sink. The wood surrounding was falling off. A ceiling light was missing in the bedroom area and one of the wall lights by the beds was broken. We had to go to reception twice to get the leaking pipe mender and a request for coat hangers that were missing along with some kitchen equipment never materialised. The bedside light wasn’t mended either. The pool was lovely but they need more sun loungers. The 6 that were there were old and needed replacing. There were two broken rattan chars there also.

- Tracey (9/5): The Villa accommodation, location to the beach, plus in-house bistro is just brilliant - The Villa is a gem of accommodation. Overlooking the beautiful lake, waking to the natural sounds of nature. The resident swan is a beautiful viewing to behold each day. Location to the beach is brilliant and it only takes a few minutes walk to the beach down a narrow path at the end of the road from the resort. The in-house coffee bistro offers delicious gourmet coffee, breakfasts, lunches and dinner. The little supermarket across the road offers a great variety of fresh daily food items. nothing not to like

- Bushra (3/5): Not worth the money - Close to the airport Cleanness was okay We arrived at 2 am there was no one there .. i understand if there was no reception for check in (as they informed us earlier check in till 12am) however the fact that there is no security or a guard or any human being was just shocking and scary as it was very dark and we struggled a bit to figure we our rooms The beds were very hard
- Tracey (10/5): A gem of a surprise especially when staying in the Villa accommodation opposite the beautiful lake. - The Villa is set amidst a tranquil environment of nature directly apposite the little lake. The tranquility of the surroundings with the various bird species and the resident swan was a delightful pleasure to see everyday. The lovely pool is set in another quiet garden setting directly alongside the lake and is superbly maintained as are the surrounding natural gardens. The lake is abundant with Koi fish and often the monitor lizards can be seen gliding along the lake. The resident coffee house is another treat for cold pressed juices, amazing coffee with great healthy breakfast options offering amazing fresh croissants. Dinner and lunch options are equally delicious. Housekeeping is refreshed and cleaned daily. Very easy access to the beach within a few minutes walk that follows a narrow path at the end of the road from the resort. Access for use of the gym is available at no additional fee. Nothing not to like
- Tracey (6/5): Extended stay was not nearly as relaxing as when staying in the Villa accommodation. - The inhouse coffee shop is an absolute a gem. From cold pressed juices, to fresh croissants, healthy breakfast options is a great start to the day. Pizza's, lunch and dinner options are another treat. The location of the pool in a quiet garden area alongside the lake is a lovely option to relax away from the beach. The location of the resort to the beach is within a few easy minutes walk at the end of the road from the resort. The area is lovely, quiet and clean. Options to shop at the local little supermarket is directly opposite the resort. The pharmacy, bank exchange, laundry service, and other food cafes are also directly opposite the resort. The selection of room available for our extended stay could not compare with the amazing experience of staying in the Villa accommodation side of the resort. Very poor soundproofing between the rooms. The resort reception promptly addressed the noisy guests next door after reporting the noisy disturbance to the resort reception. These type rooms require soundproofing.

- Nicholas (8/5): Overall a nice play to stay and would stay again if I was in the area. - Great location only a short walk to the beach and 9 minute taxi to the airport. Villa was lovely, the lake is nice and you get to see birds and reptiles. Fridge was really noisy I had to unplug it. Air con blows straight onto the bed so it was hard to get a comfortable sleeping temperature with the villa only being small. The old guy at the check in desk which is inside the gym didn’t seem to like his job. He couldn’t even be bothered to show me where my villa was. Couldn’t see the lake from my balcony because of trees. The whole point of the balcony is to sit and look out over the lake.
- Stahlberg (9/5): Great nights stay! - Only here for one night, so did not get to see to much, but a great gym and loved the room. The staff was also great and very helpful! Nothing to not like for us! Unfortunately seems a little distant from beaches, but close to the Sunday food market!

- Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, calm hotel, but near the beach. Very clean and spacious rooms with large balconies, newly renovated toilets. On the territory there is a garden with a lake and a swan, catfish, jaguars, lots of greenery, a swimming pool, a good cafe at the hotel with delicious breakfasts and a great gym. During one trip to Thailand, we stayed there twice for several nights, we didn't want to leave. Very kind and friendly staff, always happy to help. Special thanks to the guy-administrator, who knows English well and was on duty in the evening of 12/24/2024. He always helped with everything, explained everything, very kind, helped call a taxi to the airport. We will return to this hotel again. Thank you.

- Annika (5/5): Basic hotel in Thailand - Good location, easy walk to the beach and many shops, including restaurants and massage. Lots of parking space. The water was really hot, the AC was cold but the remote was very old and worn. The phone receptionist insisted they had no airport taxi. When I arrived after arranging my own ride, there was a welcome letter in the room with information on the hotel's airport taxis. The Tv was fuzzy and the pool water was cloudy.

- Caroline (8/5): Lovely Villa overlooking the lake. Loved the white swan and other wild life. - I really enjoyed having a villa this time, which overlooked the lake and swimming pool beyond that. The day beds at the swimming pool appear very old. They are very stained with grey and green. If these were replaced with new ones, it would make a big difference.
- Shawn (2/5): Pass unless . - Bed was good size, firm and duvet cover was suitable for the weather. Free access to airport gym. Location is good for access to beach but there is a good 7 to 10 minutes walk to this area. Struggle to understand why the reception area for hotel is in the gym up a flight of stairs. If you have balcony room you will have to carry luggage upstairs plus back down when checking out as there's no lift. The room had a large number of ants. The sink in bathroom is cracked. The TV picture quality is poor. The Aircon unit keeps dripping water and is noisy when in use. Mirrors have seen better days and need replacing. Towels provided show heavy signs of wear and tear need replacing. For the price and standard of this property not sure how Booking has this place rated as 3 stars.

Breakfast very nice and lovely staff The area feels very old, dirty, and unappealing. It feels like it has been closed for years. Photos at Booking are not the same as in reality. I'm an expat who checked in with my legal driving license, but they did not accept that. I called and stressed about my passport, which I did not have since it was at immigration for renewal of my visa. The way they did it made me feel like a criminal and not very nice or professional at all. (by law in Thailand, a driver's license is a valid ID card; at this hotel, they go above the law with their requirements - I will never go back to this hotel; I did not feel welcome at all. I went to the reception to pay for the room. There was an elderly Chinese man who wanted to check me out instead of taking my payment. He did not understand English. The first thing is to have staff that can communicate in English with guests; that would be a good start.

It is great value, nice and relaxing and is am - The location is so handy to the airport and Nai Yang beach which is awesome . Being able to use the gym as part of your stay is also awesome. Washing machines, Swimming pool, Parking , There is nothing not to like for us .
- Nerida (7/5): Nice staff. Best part is the food at their Green Cafe across the road! - Well located near beach and not far from airport. Really good new-ish studio rooms on the lake out the back with fly screen doors and good balconies. The other rooms are clean and adequate and priced accordingly.
