• paula (1/5): Horrible - Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the customer service was extremely unhelpful. We had a very disappointing experience staying here. We found ants in our room during the night and attempted to contact the hotel for assistance. We were told no one was available to help, despite the front desk operating 24 hours a day. No one addressed the issue until the following morning, leaving us to deal with the infestation overnight. In the morning, the hotel first stated they would clean the room, then moved us to a room directly next door. Unfortunately, the second room also had ants. We had to completely pack up and move our belongings, only for the problem to continue.At that point, it was too late to reasonably find another hotel accommodation. We have photo and video evidence from both rooms documenting the issue. The situation was not properly resolved, and the compensation offered did not reflect the severity of the experience.

• Nathalie (2/5): Una pesadilla. - La ubicación está como a 150 metros de la estación principal de Termini. La atención de una recepcionista que fue muy grosera al insistir en que le pagara en efectivo la estadía, no que quiso dar el recibo de pago de los taxes y me tiró el vuelto de los taxes. Lo que aparece en las fotos de booking del hotel no es lo como las habitaciones está ahorita, deberían d e actualizar porque la secadora de pelo tenía cinta adhesiva porque estaba quebrada, el baño tenía moho, olía a cigarrillos, las ventanas estaban bloqueadas entonces al abrí a la ventana de vidrio lo que se veía era la ventana de madera y no entraban luz natural a la habitación, las sábanas están viejas y muy usadas. Realmente había reservado para varios días y me fui antes de ahí no soportaba estar en ese lugar.

La recepcionista no quería recibirme el pago en tarjeta y se enojó cuando pagué por la aplicación, los impuestos son 6 euros por persona por día y se pagan en efectivo por lo que es falso que incluye impuestos y tasas. Cuando pague los impuestos la recepcionista me tiró el vuelto en monedas y me habló en un idioma como de la India, proque no quise pagara en efectivo la estancia. El lugar y las fotos que salen en booking no coinciden, la habitación no tenía ventana, el baño la ducha estaba tapada, olía mal, la pared tenía hongo de humedad, no había desayuno ni un café, realmente nada que ver con lo que publicaron.

Camera vecchia, con muffa, phon rotto attaccato con lo scotch, pulizia estremamente superficialòe con capelli incollati alle mattonelle, porte (si vede che è stata passata la stessa pezza ovunque e ha trascinato sporcizia in giro invece di toglierla). Capelli anche nel letto comunque. uno schifo. L'accesso alla stanza è molto stretto, non c'è una vera e propria reception, staff straniero. non è un albergo 3 stelle, visto la pulizia, le dimensioni, i servizi inesistenti e non c'è nemmeno la colazione.

Je l’ai signalé à la réception le matin . On s’est contenté de me dire : désolé sans geste commercial.
• Angelica (4/5): the location was good and the staff was nice but it was not nice to sleep there because of the bed - The staff and that there was an elevator for the the bags and the location was good for me because it was really close to Metro - Termini everything else, the shower was always cold if it was hot i would last for couple of seconds and then get cold again, we were promised 2 beds i big and one single and what we got was to beds put together to make the queen size bad and then a terrible thin mattress for the 3 person with a blanked, we had to ask for a pillow and a duvet. and the mattres was on a guest folding cot and we couldn’t stay together 3 because the big mattress was 2 bed’s put together because it was very uncomfortable to be in the middle

Телефон не работал, пружинка телефона была порвана! Про персонал! Не могу сказать особо плохого, но не утруждались помочь! Путешествовали с мамой и дочкой. Вещей было очень много, при входе и выходе видели, что трудно передвигаться с вещами, надо было подержать дверь или чем то помочь. Не утруждали себя чем то помочь! Ещё очень не понравилось что!!! Я не прочитала в условиях, что check out в 11:00 часов. . Когда выходили в 12:00 нам сказали что 15 евро за поздний выход. Честно скажу не заплатила и очень обиделась!!! У них Телефон не работал, надо было вызывать такси и приходилось все время самим спустится 2 этажа ниже в ресепшен за вопросами. Было очень не комфортно

• Olga (7/5): Muito boa. Se corrigirem esses pequenos detalhes, que não são graves, será um excelente hotel. - Excelente localização. Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e disponíveis para ajudar. Limpeza. O estilo da decoração do quarto. Chaleira com café e chá no quarto. Os quartos dispõem do essencial para uma estadia curta, como foi a nossa. O colchão e as almofadas não eram muito confortáveis, nós preferimos colchões rijos e almofadas mais macias. A temperatura do AC não pode ser controlada individualmente em cada quarto. Só havia uma chávena num quarto para duas pessoas.

• Iurii (10/5): - Близко к Термини, чисто и главное это круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Мелкие детали есть в любом отеле. Так что все зависит от Вашего настроения. Если приехали на позитиве, то отсутствие бутылки питьевой воды Вам не испортит мнение об отеле.

• Olga (6/5): Good location near Termini, but too many issues to recommend. Only for a desperate one-night stay. - Convenient location next to Termini station. Large and comfortable bed. The room has an icy stone floor. Slippers are not provided. Minimal amenities: only soap and shampoo. Bathroom issues: no ventilation (condensation drips from the ceiling all night after a shower), instantly foggy mirror, broken socket, black residue/mold in the shower, rusty tray, non-working towel warmer. A button in the elevator is broken. Check-out incident: documents forgotten in the wardrobe were not immediately found by staff; they were "discovered" only after I asked to check the room myself.

• Rafbaldi (7/5): Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero notevole. - Piacevole sorpresa una volta entrati (é un portone normale con un videocitofono dove non ho trovato il pulsante del campanello e ho provato a telefonare, ma non ha risposto nessuno per ben due volte e alla fine ho inviato un messaggio tramite Booking e mi hanno aperto finalmente). Alla reception un ragazzo asiatico con poca o nulla conoscenza dell’italiano. La camera è piccola, ma pulita e sostanzialmente carina. Il bagno piccolo, ma con una doccia di dimensioni comode. Ho chiesto la sveglia, ma non contateci perché non ve la danno (non ho trovato alcun telefono in camera). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. La doccia ampia e la comodità della ubicazione.

• Katia (3/5): 8ème séjour à ROME, cette ville est de moins en moins intéressante chaque année ... - Emplacement PAS D'EAU CHAUDE DANS la CHAMBRE !!!!!!!!!!!!! Il a fallu beaucoup insister pour avoir une solution (nouvelle chambre) Ville décevante : trains en retard, avion de même ... De moins en moins de beaux magasins chaque année !!! c'était certainement notre dernier séjour à Rome !!!!

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da Termini, comoda per chi arriva o riparte in treno. La struttura tiene i bagagli gratis dopo il check-out, molto utile. La stanza era come in foto, pulita. Nella mia però le lampade non funzionavano e il bagno era un po’ piccolo. Personale gentile e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
• Asimina (10/5): Πεντακάθαρο..Τέλεια τοποθεσία και αρκετά ήσυχο! - Top ξενοδοχείο! Από θέμα καθαριότητας, θέμα δωματίου (3 οροφος), τοποθεσία όλα ήταν πολύ βολικά και κοντά στο κέντρο! Το δωμάτιο μας καθαριζόταν κάθε μέρα και αυτό ήταν από τα πιο θετικά , υπήρχε ησυχία αν και σε κεντρικό δρόμο γιατί ήταν ψηλά, το νερό ήταν σωστό και σε θερμοκρασίες και σε ένταση (με βάση τα σχόλια) Και είμασταν ακριβώς δίπλα στο σταθμό Termini που συνδέει τα πάντα με μετρό και τρένο. Το parking είναι γενικά πολύ δύσκολο παντού αλλά σε τέτοιες μεριοχες βολεύει πολύ να πληρώσεις ένα υπόγειο parking να είσαι ασφαλής με το αμάξι και τις αποσκευές.

• Roberta (3/5): Sconsigliato - Solo la posizione In questa struttura ho alloggiato nel 2018 ecco il motivo per la quale sono ritornata. Ma ho trovato un hotel totalmente diverso. Poco pulito, doccia con acqua calda non funzionante, ho provato a chiamare la reception ma neanche il telefono funzionava. In poche parole nemmeno un doccia sono riuscita a fare. Quindi per me è un grande no, sconsigliato.
