Guest Reviews
- Alexandria (10/5): - Would most definitely tell family and friends about this hotel
- Nancy (10/5): - Very safe area, clean room, close to grocery store, restaurant, easy access to highway. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- Amy (4/5): Had high hopes, fell short - Had high hopes for this hotel; nice people on phone/at desk. Seems to be private owned. Bathroom lightbulb was out on arrival, but fixed within hour. Booked for 3 people, received king bed w/ pull out couch, which is ok, but couch did NOT have bedding!!! Had to use our own blankets we had with us. Desk closed around 10-10:30, so could not get some! Breakfast in a.m. had not yet started up, either. Those 2 things were disappointing. Should mark seasonal breakfast on websites, with general dates. Looked like bathroom door replaced just before we arrived, as it was very dirty. Otherwise, seemed clean. Ice machine did not work. Glad to have restaurant next door, it was good.
- Binay (2/5): - Terrible. Not all clean. Air conditioning was full of dust throwing in the room.
- Trey (10/5): - I stayed here once before and I’m glad I remembered it. This place is well maintained but still has a nostalgia feel to it. When in the area this is my go to place.
- Leesa (4/5): Avoid at all costs - Frist night, I noticed the top door lock was broken- a piece was missing so I contacted the manager. I was told he would fix it that night or the following day if he did not have the parts. He never came back and it was not fixed during the stay. There were two desk chairs in the room and they were both broken with rollers missing from the bottom. I ei nt stay thrre again!
- Leesa (8/5): - Good hotel for the price. I would stay there again.
- Sean (2/5): - The property was decent enough but they made me stand outside to check in through the night window even though it was bright sunshine and 100 degree south Texas heat. I was so hot and sweaty by the time I got my room key, it was horrible.
- Don (8/5): - A clean room at a fair price.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This place used to be good they've just let it go it needs to be fixed up.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - First room the deadbolt would not lock and the extra lock was torn off. Got another room the deadbolt worked in this room but the extra lock was also broken. Both room felt damp and wet
- Carlos (8/5): Late night check-in - It was a last minute booking and they were waiting for us late in the night. Very friendly and rooms are comfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location . It was well lit for the area being a small town . The room was clean and the tv had good channels .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was nice and quiet clean no complaints everything was awesome it’s not my first time staying there that’s the only motel I would staying in Pearsall
- Felicia (8/5): Affordable and pleasant! - It was a pleasant stay, while the price was very affordable. The room was very roomy and the blankets were very soft. My overall experience was pleasant.
- Dayton (8/5): Great Bargain - Inside very clean except for dead roaches. Outside could use a broom but all in all, nice place for the money.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The comforter had stains on it and gross me out and the refrigerator had personal drinks. Made me question how good the room had been cleaned. One of the shampoo bottles was used. Again made me think how the room was cleaned. May look for another place to stay next time.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The rooms were not, clean anf there was still hair in the tub. Furniture was torn, and there was no amentities there.
- PeggyParish (8/5): - I enjoyed the fairly quietness, hotel was pretty empty. Off season. The lady at front desk went out of her way to help with tv problems . Very nice lady.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - El lugar es relativamente limpio, la piscina no funciona, el desayuno es pobre y la atencion es regular
- Yadira (8/5): - Rooms were clean and price was good
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff was super nice. I did not like that they advertised a pool. There was one but it didn’t have any water. That’s why I wanted this hotel was because of the pool. WiFi didn’t work either. I also didn’t like that the tubs plug to fill it up with water was broken. Had to go buy one to bathe my daughter. There were crickets, spiders, and beetles in my room. I’m from the country so this didn’t bother me much but definitely not what you want to see in a hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice inexpensive place to stay and clean. Staff was friendly
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great value for price, nothing fancy, clean room in good condition, location is good for I-35 access. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great coffee, I will definitely be back again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Will not stay again. - Front desk staff unprofessional, no breakfast both mornings. Constant pipe knocking noise. We had to go get towels for the second night. Last minute booking for family funeral but will not stay again.
- Richard (6/5): Convenient - Some maintenance required
- Alicia (10/5): Definitely stay here again. - Loved how clean and updated the rooms were. The price was very reasonable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very quite and peaceful. Clean room with all the amenities that were advertised
- raul (6/5): - The price the I booked with u guys change. From 108, in The hotel was 133. The only explanation they had is The some how. It changed. I was tired and didn't wanted. Keep looking for other hotel so I pay .the new price..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent value - Always room for improvement with cleaning but good value overall. Would stay again.
- MAG (2/5): - Shower faucet not working, unable to shower for work. The front door of room did not lock, I could not turn on coffee maker, this was a MAJOR ISSUE FOR ME. We need coffee in morning.
- Paul (6/5): No hair dryer and no phone - There was no hair dryer and when I tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work (no dial tone). I called on my cell phone and asked if they had extras and they said none.
- John (10/5): - Great value every time I come to Pearsall. Nice staff.
- Lucy (10/5): - Spacious nice clean rooms!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rude personnel, when asked for help with a non working television. No breakfast as advertised.
- Blanca (4/5): I found a pair of small animals on the pillow. - I put my baby on the bed, and there were two small animal, they looked like a cuckroach, immediately i realized a lot of dust everywhere, even i found some chetos biside the bed. I asked to manager to come and see.... it took time, so i went to the front desk and ask my money back, it wasn´t possible also, they charge $15 dlls for no reason.
- Brenden (10/5): Pearsall Inn - Clean, New, Super nice employed and for the price you can't beat it A++++
- Juan (10/5): Great hotel - Great place for a great price
- Brenda (10/5): Good - Very clean room. Bathroom larger than other hotels. Nice beds. The breakfast needs a little more items.
- Javier (10/5): Will stay there again. - At first I didn’t want to stay there cause of the cheap price I thought that since it was affordable it was going to be a mess. But no it was clean and The room didn’t have a smell like some do. The service at the front desk was awesome the guy was kind and very fast at giving us our room less than 3 minutes we had our keys. I really recommend this hotel to anyone staying at pearsall tx.
- Nora (6/5): OK hotel - Latch was missing from door. A/C vents were dirty. Patched wall in bathroom was very obvious. Needed to be painted/
- Rainier (8/5): Pearsall inn and suites - Comfortable bed. Room clean. Lots of trash lying everywhere. Breakfast room was still closed at 07:30 am. Need to wake up hotel staff to open the door.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pearsall Inn TX - When I opened my door the smoke detector alarm was sounding. Call front desk and within a eye blink the problem was solved. Bed comfortable and had a good night rest. At 6.30 am breakfast was not ready. Staff overslept. Breakfast not up to standard and can improve. Price was fair.
- Tabitha (4/5): You pay for what you get. - Mattress cover was exposed at one corner and there was a large brown spill of some sort. The bathroom door had splashes of all kinds of stuff on it, the toilet ran entire time. Either the toilet or tub leaked..was always water in that certain corner. And most import to me...the safety latch on the door was missing, same goes for the rooms of my other family members. Also, a jar of something gross, wrapped in a bag was left on window seal, obviously housekeeping doesnt look over things too well.
- Alcario (10/5): - We evacuated from Corpus Christi due to Hurricane Harvey. The staff was very kind. Rooms were small but clean. Probably the best hotel I have stayed at for the price.
- William (10/5): Awsome - it was a great place to stay
- Delmira (10/5): Love - We loved our stay! Thank you!
- Miguel (6/5): College Couch - The beds were very comfortable but there was a torn couch in each of the two rooms that we booked. The bathtub was a bit dirty which is why I gave it a lower rate.
- rosey (6/5): - Pool was closed
- Paul (6/5): - The pool was not open till about 7:30pm and it was dirty the water was green
