- Navarro (1/5): Book elsewhere!!!!! - There was nothing to like about the hotel. The disrepair of the place. False advertising on booking.com displayed old photos of the hotel. Old broken furniture, dirty air conditioner. The swimming pool was disgusting a kid was swimming naked and urinated in to the pool, the gym equipment was old and broken. Breakfast was included but the breakfast room and food was also terrible. Mould in the bathroom, brick wall outside the window. We paid for two weeks, we went up to the room and after walking in and seeing what we got went downstairs to ask for our money back as the room was not as advertised, we were told we could not get our money back and would need to pay extra for a better room. I'm glad we didn't pay extra after we also saw the other facilities were terrible. To top it off the second week a crazy couple moved in next door screaming and carrying on the whole second week from 3am onwards. Staff never said a word to us the two weeks we were there but asked us when we checked out how our stay was, a bit too late. Beware of booking.com they obviously don't check what they advertise.

Был включен завтрак, готовят несколько видов блюд из яиц при тебе ( омлет, скрембл) + был фо бо, варёные яйца, кофе, картофель фри, лапша, арбуз В ванной были волосы от других гостей, окна по факту нет, просвет в 20 см на стену соседнего здания. Очень грязный бассейн, плавали перья, куски пенопласта, мелкий мусор+ холодный. Терпимо на одну ночь

While renting the scooter at reception we were charged more for a first day of rental and misinformed about the ev scooter rules. We were told that only 1 person can rent 1 ev scooter according to law, in fact 2 people can ride on scooter easiely. While extending the rental we were charged in far price then.

There’s a lovely sea view, and the breakfast was really good. Everything felt quite old, especially the curtains and the window. There was a strong wind, and the window kept whistling 🤣. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable or cozy, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

- robin (5/5): the nightly drag races offered no sleep if the window was open - The breakfast was ok, sanna was good unrestricted the roof top pool was small. At night, the road in front of the hotel beach strip turned into a drag tace for super bikes hard to sleep
- Dorota (6/5): Zmęczeni.. - Dobra lokalizacja, przyjazny personel, możliwość wypożyczenia skutera. W pokoju wszystko słychać co dzieje się na korytarzu i u niektórych sąsiadów. Bardzo dużo gości z Chin którzy nie potrafią się zachować w czasie ciszy nocnej. Na dodatek w ciągu naszego 6dniowego pobytu były 3 fałszywe alarmy pożarowe w nocy. Nie licz że tu wypoczniesz!

- Annabelle (7/5): Bien, mais désuet et propreté questionnable. - Le service, la vue sur l'océan, l'emplacement et le petit déjeuner varié inclus. La propreté? problème d'humidité? Plusieurs chenilles processionnaire du plâtre un peu partout et ce malgré le ménage régulier. Le gym est difficile d'accès et est très limité, les machine désuètes. La piscine n'est PAS DU TOUT comme dans les photos.

- Stephen John (1/5): The new owners need to seriously check the operation of this Hotel - Location They accused us of stealing a hand towel! My wife asked cleaners why they were leaving one hand towel when there had been two, they said we had "misplaced it?!?". We were in the room at the time, they cleaned it, they picked up the bunch of towels on the floor in the bathroom and dumped them in the big blue used laundry bag they have! Four of them cleaned , they left no toilet paper and no tissues, sub standard clean as well, will leave photos. The manager on front desk rung our room 20 minutes later and said we "have misplaced a towel" and that they cost to replace. They have a chattel list in the room that outlines cost of everything in the room! Something you only see when you buy a commercial business?? I went downstairs and explained we had not remove ANYTHING from our room let a lone a TOWEL! In 45 years of travel this was a first! Accused of stealing! Eventually she said NO CHARGE!! So we still were thieves to her. Second complaint the TV didn't work. We were told it is only Viet TV anyway, don't worry! I explained we had paid for cable tv and she said that was only for the full suites! I showed her our booked superior room did indeed include cable! She sent the maintenance guy up to look at it, he couldn't fix the channels and left. Next day same thing! I said change the tv if it doesn't work, oh we have none available! I put my translator app on the tv graphics and FIXED IT MYSELF, told them and she just said oh. At this stage we decided to look at reviews of the Hotel and found that they had "scammed" more than a few people (who bothered to review because most don't) cleaning fees or misplaced/stolen towel fees when they leave!! The shower drain was blocked and overflowed everytime shower was used, scummy water everywhere, had to use foot towel to stop it flowing through bathroom! Shower door wouldn't shut. But the worst thing was on every floor the stairwell firedoors are left jammed open!!
- Carolina (8/5): Perfect location , good value for the money. Breakfast was not so tasty for us Asian guest seams to like it. We where mi - It had swimmingpool and sauna. Children safe. Friendly helpful staff. Had noisy neighbours that didn’t keep their door closed.

Jag är gammal gubbe har kört motorcykel I 50 år.Brasilien.Bali .thailand. Senast hyrt motorcykel på v-hotel I danang..Arrogant personal säger att jag inte får hyra motorcykel. Ingen respekt för gammal erfaren motorcykel åkare.

- stephan (8/5): Für den Preis mit der Lage wunderbar. Pool und Sauna braucht aber kein Mensch - Das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und auch die Lage ist super. Man kann den Roller in der Tiefgarage parken. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen was man an allen Einrichtungsgegenständen merkt. Wir hatten zuerst das grosse Zimmer mit traumhaften Blick über den Strand. Die Fenster sind allerdings so schlecht fabriziert dass geräuschempfindliche Menschen kein Auge zu tun werden. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Ich hätte jedoch nie gedacht, dass ich mich an etwas simplen wie Wasserdruck stören würde aber das Wasser kam (zumindest in der Suite. Im pinken Zimmer war es besser) so langsam raus dass man, um die wunderschöne Badewanne mit blick über Da Nang zu füllen, vermutlich mehrere Tage benötigt hätte. Klar, wer muss schon baden aber irgendwie sind die Badewanne und auch der (tatsächlich lächerliche) Pool hat doch auch ein Verkaufsargument. Um jedoch realistisch zu bleiben haben wir so günstig dort unterkommen können dass wir jeder Zeit nochmal buchen würden. Wir haben schliesslich direkt weitere 4 Nächte dran gehangen. Das Frühstück, zumindest die asiatischen Gerichte ist auch wirklich nice. Doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und etwas abgerockt.

- Yuriy (10/5): Нечего предложить в них все супер ! - Это лучший отель на побережье. Невероятная вежливость и внимание к каждой детали. Персонал на рецепшене буквально читали мои мысли. Сдали в аренду байк с минимальным залогом и без паспорта, провели инструктаж и когда я долго его не возвращал потому что катался по побережью они волновались и писали причем спрашивая не про байк а про меня ! Все ли у меня хорошо и не нужна ли мне помощь ?! В общем это супер мега клиентоориентированный подход. И сам отель очень чистый и класные завтраки. Нет такого

- Kelly (9/5): - The room was clean with comfortable beds and large windows with a fantastic sea view. We stayed five nights on the 11th floor. The staff were very pleasant (especially the breakfast staff), and helpful. We booked at Lavencos so my husband could use the sauna. There is a pool...albeit, an extremely small one. Short walk to the beach, and many good restaurants. There are also small shops near to buy water and other necessities. The view from our room was definitely worth the couple extra dollars per night.

- Tahlia (2/5): - The beach view was really nice I didn’t like the breakfast it was plain and there was no bacon or just something good to have for Brekky besides eggs and I feel you should change up the buffet a little. The staff were helpful with changing rooms but you should specify the view in the rooms so people know when booking if they will get a view of the hotel next door. The staff were very helpful and lovely but we had a few miss communications that we were not to happy about.

Khi nửa đêm xún có thể nghe rất rõ tiếng nước xả toilet ở phòng khác hay tiếng trẻ nhỏ khóc Giường rất cao so với bình thường tôi nghĩ nó cao khoảng 1 m so với mặt đất rất bất tiện đặc biệt là với gia đình có bé nhỏ như tôi. Cũng rất nguy hiểm cho các con nên tôi gần như không ngủ được vì sợ ngủ quên con lăn và bị rơi xún sàn

- Honey Rose (6/5): The hotel is nice but they are alot nicer with the same price. - Location is just 10mins walk from My Khe Beach. Staffs are accommodating, spacious room and comfy bed. The pool is far from reality, its small and perhaps good for 5 ppl only. They do accept card payment but not apple pay LOL. They wanted to cancel our booking coz of this issue, glad i found one resto beside and asked them f they can lend me some cash and ill return it via apple pay.

- Sharon (5/5): Not bad but not great - Good value for the money. The weather was bad so hard to tell about location and pool. The breakfast didn’t have many western options but was not bad. The shower did not work properly. There was someone asleep in the lobby bench when we came in, with blankets, not sure if it was staff but seemed strange. Also staff was in the toilets with door opened and pulling up trousers when we walked in, not a great impression. Some of the staff were lovely and helpful but gave a bad impression overall.

- Keisha (7/5): - We had a nice stay here, the hotel is close to the beach and not far from the main town area. The facilities and were room were fine. They made us stand in the lobby whilst they completely checked the room before they would let us leave. We were getting a very early boat to the Cham Islands and were running just on time with an Uber waiting there for us. Due to being forced to stand around while they checked everything for 15 minutes we were then late to the dock and just missed the boat. This was very annoying, highly unusual and bad service, you have our bank details, check the room in your own time, not my time.

- MANOSWINI (10/5): Great view - View of the sea from our room was excellent. The room was clean, breakfast was superb, staffs were very nice and humble. The location is also good, near the beach, a 5 minutes walking only. We also enjoyed swimming in their rooftop pool, with the great view of Da Nang city, the surrounding mountains and the deep blue sea. We liked everything of this hotel.
