• Mokaniuk (3/5): negative impressions of staing at this apartment - When checking in, expect to pay an additional fee for the so-called "tourist tax" -40€, which no one warned about (although the tourist tax was already paid when registering on the Booking). Also, this is the first time I've encountered such a thing, that they have their own prices for late check-in, although thank you for warning about the payment of 20€ for checking in at 23:00. It's also noisy, the windows are broken through. Overall, I don't recommend

Difficile trovare parcheggio anche nell'arco di 10 minuti a piedi (salvo parcheggiare in divieto di sosta) Sistemabile la serratura d'entrata, aprendo la porta mi sono fatto un taglio non del tutto trascurabile al dito contro la lamiera (e non ho fatto gesti particolari perché ciò avvenisse, ho semplicemente girato la maniglia una volta aperta la porta) In bagno sarebbe utile avere un punto d'appoggio temporaneo per gli asciugamani

• Adriana (4/5): It was okay if you are only there for a few days. - The location is quiet, there is no noise. The market is very close and works 24/7. The apartment was clean. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and they had a free parking space. The beds are uncomfortable and my back is stiff. The heating was not on. Kitchen and toilet are shared with another room. The shower is broken, water leaks everywhere. There is no closet and the blanket stank of cigars.

• Kateryna (3/5): - Nothing Everything is very old and needs to be replaced. It's dirty. The room is terribly cold. It's impossible to sleep at night; the machines are very noisy. There's almost never hot water in the bathroom. They also charge an extra fee if you check in around 9:30 PM, although this isn't stated on the website in advance.

Terrible and disgusting - nothing everything. the room has the nastiest smoke smell and there was water all over the bathroom. there’s others living in the property and they do not flush and it’s just nasty. There was no wifi either. We had complained to the property people and they replied by saying how they have no control of the wifi not working and how they cannot control the smoke smell. They did not at all try to solve the problem and instead just ignored our problem and said we can’t get a refund.

• Robert (5/5): - I didn't expect it, but there was a kitchen with stove and fridge a plenty of utensil so that is huge. We had also towels at the room so perfect as well. I was scared of that old squeeky bed in the bedroom. My back didn't thank me, but the biggest issue was cold... It was really cold there. During night or in the morning was heating completely off and whole room had crazy low temperature. So this accommodation is good for the summer, but winter is crazy.

Młody człowiek nie znał angielskiego, kluczył uliczkami kwadrans a później nie potrafił otworzyć pokoju. Opryskliwy szef niewiele pomógł. Wreszcie jakaś pani przysłała prawidłowy kod do otworzenia drzwi.

La struttura è a dir poco indecente, sporca, privo di armadio, materasso sudicio e pieno di macchie di sporco, cuscini sporchi e di pessima qualità, un tavolino e due sedie dei peggiori bar di strada, muri sporchi e con evidenti segni di umido, il bagno privo di norme antinfortunistiche e con prolunga elettrica volante, nella doccia manca la cordina di chiamata, le pareti e le mattonelle sono sudice e gli interstizi delle mattonelle piene di nero umido, tavoletta wc volante, ecc. ecc., ho anche fatto foto a testimonianza di quanto asserisco. Struttura assolutamente da chiudere.

• Davide (3/5): - Passi il fatto che la struttura è molto vecchia e di conseguenza anche i serramenti (quando passa una macchina sembra di averla in camera); passi la sciattezza dell'arredamento (almeno le batterie all'orologio mettetele!). Ma il bagno pieno di capelli per terra e nella doccia, l'acqua calda che non va e la muffa alle pareti, questo no che non passa!!! Potrei anche lontanamente capire che non vogliono investire nel rinnovo dei locali per mantenere un prezzo basso... però almeno pulire il bagno! Che schifo
• Laura alexandra (7/5): Falta un poco de modernización - La habitación era grande y espaciosa la cama igual y tenía mesitas y un bien armario ideal para organizar la ropa si se quedan varios dias, el apartamento cuenta con wifi, cocina , nevera y baño Si van en modo ahorro es buena opción. Las toallas tenían un olor desagradable , el balcón no funcionaba asi como las repisas de la habitación no bajaban,la habitación no tenia calefacción, la manija de nuestra habitación estaba un poco vieja y se veía insegura, la cocina tenía comida vieja que otros huéspedes dejaron que probablemente atrae insectos , El mueble de la cocina estaba roto , se veía insalubre donde estaban los cubiertos, el microondas tambien bastante viejo y oxidado. En el baño, la ventana no servía, el soporte de ducha de mano estaba roto, no tiene ninguna superficie antideslizante al salir de bañarse asi que es un poco riesgoso.

• anja (4/5): - The connection to the city center is great, which is a big plus. Buses and the metro are very close, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes — no complaints about the location. I generally never have trouble sleeping, but I have truly never encountered such an uncomfortable pillow in my life — it was awful. The windows are very old, so air constantly circulates, which is not ideal in colder weather, and there is also a lot of street noise. The bathroom was full of mold, and the showerhead couldn’t be fixed in place, which made showering quite inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was also poor — just enough to send a message/open Google maps but not reliable for anything beyond that. These are not expensive things to fix (like replacing the pillows, improving the internet, or repairing the shower), which gave me the impression that the hosts don’t really care about improving the quality of the accommodation. On the positive side, the rest of the room was clean and looked just like in the pictures. This place is only suitable if you're just looking for a place to sleep and don't plan to spend much time inside. If you're planning to stay in and relax a bit more, I strongly recommend considering other options.

• Nestor (8/5): Good for price - It's a great room. The bed is large and very comfortable, and there's plenty of space. It also has a convenient table, which is really useful, The building is very quiet, and the neighbours are peaceful too perfect for a relaxing stay. It's also very accessible, with train and bus connections that take no more than an hour from the most far away locations of the city. In summer the fan isn't enough to keep you cool, if you can't handle sleep in a warm room, avoid unnecessary complaints. the cleaning is acceptable but they can do it better.

• No mafie no spie (7/5): Invadenza vita privata dei sensitivi spie, perché mi perseguitano da 58 capitali?? - La bella pulizia, la stanza grande, il materasso, le lenzuola e i cuscini buonissimi, il cucinino con lo essenziale e pulito, un ventilatore potente, la simpatia del gestore DONNA. L' Appartamento affaccia sulla strada molto trafficata, faceva caldo e c'era solo un ventilatore ma potente, un po' di ore di rumori strani e senza tregua sul pavimento, 5 ore, roba da strategia del terrore, o malati strani, dallo appartamento di sopra, risolto scrivendo al gestore, alcuni uomini parlavano dotto finestra per ora dando notizie che io non volevo come nelle altre 98 prenotazioni. Stressano e io volevo solo dormire.

• Cifuentes (10/5): Rome and his lovely service. - Everything was really good, a big room, a large living room, and a cleaned toilet but the most extraordinary was the kindest of the staff. Elisabetta's replay was always on time and when I forgot my pair of sunglasses after my check out I texted by booking chat and 2 minutes after I got the code to open the door and get my stuff. Thank you so much for that lovely service. 10/10. I like everything.

• Maria592 (10/5): Exceptional - The host provided us the info for self checkin. The room was clean, the shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and the apartment had everything we needed. The room had a spacey balcony and the beds were comfortable. The decor was also cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the location. The apartment is pretty far from the center but if you put your head to it the public transport is ok. The amazing pizza restaurant that is only 2 minutes away by foot compesated for the location. Also there are grocery shops near with really good italian food: coldcuts, cheeses, sauces and fancy breads.

I wrote them because I have diabetes type 1 and such a condition for this amount of money is ridiculous. This is no way, it's far from the city center, it's a dangerous area as specially for women, you can not take a decent shower, the metro is far away. How this place is described here is a big lie. Sorry to say, I did not get my money back and even booking.com can't do anything about it.

Even the location is okay since the metro is quite cheap - Everything was clean (towels, bed linen), enough hangers, power outlets behind the bed, so it’s comfortable to charge your device. Your own bathroom in the room plays a key role ofc bc there is no need to wait for it to become available and you are the only users of it. We knew that the property is located quite far away from the centre, but be ware that the neighbourhood is quite creepy and not safe to walk around when it’s late in the evening. (although there are plenty of stores open even at a later time of the day + a 24/7 carrefour not far away)

• Lexie (2/5): Rome is a - The only thing we liked about the property was the location The place was dirty, shower head didn’t work properly, drain to the shower didn’t drain right and would clog, the host did not communicate with us at all when we ran into issues, we received no information about checkout, only 1 towel each for 5 days (4 nights) and no hand towels or anything, there was noise constantly, someone was banging on the door one morning for 20 minutes and covered the look through hiding who they were, dogs barking, a bug in the room, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. We had terrible sleeps, never felt clean, and never got any response from the host after they received money for tourist tax.

I was using bust 105, also where is station 105 there is Carrefour market 24/7 and around pizzerias. host was vary helpfully, explained me everything how to use key, I checked in 10 pm and before this time he was on line with me. • Sami (1/5): Ei hyvä - Leaving the premises I didn’t like anything, the thing i disliked the most was that there were a couple, who steal guest’s food from the fridge and harrass the guests, as seen on other reviews. They are also living there permanently according to others, and think they own the whole place. Owner also doesn’t understand a word of english even tho on the listing it is listed as a language spoken there. On the premises we spent the most unpleasant hour we have ever had in any accomondation, trying to argue about refund etc. We were supposed to stay for a week but had to find another place in safer area and truthful listing. We tried to handle the issue with some eployees and the owner, but that story is too long for here and only the owner is responsible for the wrongdoings and not the employees thus they are not criticised here, they were just doing what has been told. All in all the worst experience out of all my reservations (also the only one where we had to leave because the place was so far off our expectations and standards) and yet after contacting booking, they were not eager to help with the situation then.

• Helen (6/5): Cheaper than other accommodations in Rome, but please note you may have to spend more on commuting to the city center. - The room was spacious and the host was easy to communicate with. The room had a fan which made the hot nights a bit easier for us. The location is quite far from the city center where all the attractions are so the taxi trips ended up being quite expensive. We had food stolen from the shared fridge which made the shared space feel a bit off. I would recommend finding somewhere a bit closer to the city if you plan to do a lot of sight seeing.

• Yogesh (5/5): Home but not homely! Far from main Rome area. - Property is a flat in society with 3 rooms. Property was clean and kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, basic grocery, tissues etc. Bed was good and spacious. The property is noisy, it needs soundproofing as one side we have road, and other side the room we got was at the main entrance and hence movement of other guest was disturbing every night. The bathroom is shared and hence need mats to wipe the floor. Also for this amount of booking we expect free toiletries as we are charged for towels, cleaning and even for bed linen. Provide something complimentary too or at least reduce the city tax. Property anyway is very far from the main city and needs 1hr travel daily to main area.
• Mateusz (8/5): Very good - The overall stay was very nice. The place is well-communicated with the center of Rome. It's a nice neighborhood with old aqueducts just around the corner. We had a pleasant time there. We shared the bathroom and kitchen with other guests but all was clean and we really liked it. In general, we recommend! When we arrived, we could not get into the building, even though we announced our arrival time to the owner. We got into the building when somebody else living there was coming in. When we finally arrived to the room, there were wet towels and used bedsheets after some other person, there was trash in the trashcan. It was 12.50 and even though we announced our approximate arrival time to the owner, they said that they didn't expect us at that time. Anyways, that was not a big issue.

• Sofija (10/5): I would come back again - The landlords were very accessible even though we haven't met. We communicated only through messages. The location is well connected with Termini station even during late night-early morning shifts. Around the accomodation are some markets so you can provide yourself with groceries. I got the impression that someone is coming daily to clean the flat and was positively surprised. The water is hot and the heating is on. I would come back again! :) Leftovers in the kitchen and open older groceries could be thrown and fridge could be cleaned.
• Steffi (6/5): Nice place - The place is nice and clean. It's a flat with 3 double rooms. Kitchen and bathroom is to be shared with other people. It's a nice place, but the street in front of the balcony makes it noisy. Bring some earplugs and everything is fine. Tram and bus are in 10min walking distance. Metro is about 1, 5km away. If you walk to casilina street, you will find coffee, food markets and nice pizza places on the way.
