Princess Olu (9/5): Citiheight Hotel is matching on! - This latest lodging at Citiheight Hotel was not my first nor second. However, I can regard my latest visit as the best. There has been a lot of improvement since my last visit and I was very impressed with most of the upgrades. Very clean environment, the staff are polite, respectful and highly professional. Staff accompany guests to their rooms assisting with the luggage and ensuing that guest settle in properly at the hotel. This is highly commendable. Please keep up the good work. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast. Excellent teamwork exhibited by the workforce. Breakfast was adequate to keep one going for the day. Airport pick-up is available at a reasonable cost and I can recommend this service. Overall, I enjoyed my latest lodging at Citiheight Hotel. 100% recommendation!!! Just a minor - There was no toilet brush in the bathroom for a guest to clean after use. The house keeper (Manager) was informed about this and she promised to look into it.

Fumigation of the hotel while I was asleep affected my health and ruined my trip. - I stayed at this hotel last year and it was ok so I booked it again but the quality and service was not the same. Cleaning was poor and hotel had a visible problem with insects and rodents. I stayed at CitiHeight Hotel in Ikeja in late August/September 2025 and had a terrible experience. The hotel fumigated while guests were still inside, filling the air with toxic chemicals. I became sick with breathing issues and my trip was ruined.

Constant (4/5): - The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful as much as they can. The location is very good. There were quite a number of disappointing aspects: 1. The credit card machine was not working, meaning one either had to pay in cash or make an expensive international bank transfer — which can cost international clients an additional $25–40. 2. The door to my room frequently got jammed and would not open with the card (this happened every day during my stay). On one occasion after breakfast, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for maintenance. 3. For some reason, the cleaning staff would take away the towels from my room and not replace them. I had to repeatedly ask the reception to send new ones. 4. The airport shuttle service was not functional (they offered it at a fee). 5. The breakfast buffet is located in a cramped corner of the restaurant, making it very difficult and uncomfortable to serve oneself when there are three or more people at the station at the same time.

Eniye (9/5): Weekend stay at Citiheight - The staff, everybody was exceptional. So kind, attentive, charming, funny, well dressed, well mannered, hygiene on point. The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast time wasn't made explicitly clear for weekdays and weekend, so we didn't get to eat breakfast on the weekday.
