• Soledad (3/5): No repetiría. - La ubicación es muy buena si vas a la zona de la comisión de europea. En el desayuno hay mucha variedad de cereales. El colchón era una calamidad. Totalmente deformado. Increíble ese colchón en un hotel de 4 estrellas y de esta cadena. La limpieza muy justa. Hubo un derrame de algo pringoso en la planta, que estuvo 24 horas, y lo no lo limpiaron hasta que yo avisé. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones.

• joeptim (6/5): Te doen, maar niet nog eens - De ligging is prima, de kamer schoon en redelijk ruim; ontbijt was goed, niet uitzonderlijk, maar de ontbijtruimte was wat aan de kleine kant Het personeel leek redelijk ongeïnteresseerd, zowel bij aankomst en vertrek als bij de bediening in de bar; ze waren vooral met zichzelf en onder elkaar bezig, zo leek het. Toen wij een dag eerder vertrokken werd nergens naar de reden daarvan gevraagd: er had zomaar iets ernstigs gebeurd kunnen zijn bij het thuisfront, gelukkig niet, maar enige interesse was toch wel op zijn plaats geweest. Het meubilair in de foyer/bar/restaurant is zo hier en daar wel aan vervanging toe: zittingen van stoelen waren bijvoorbeeld gescheurd

• Burak (4/5): A Marriott experience stay where the hotel doesn't trust the guest - Breakfast I stayed at this hotel 11 days ago, and during check-in, a total of $274.18 was charged to my credit card for the room rate and security deposit. Upon checkout, only $239.96 was charged for the room rate. The hotel staff member stated that the initial amount charged at check-in ($274.18) would be refunded to my credit card within 4–5 days after my stay. However, this amount has not yet been refunded to me. I don’t know when this fee will be paid either. Unfortunately, they are providing a customer experience unbecoming of a hotel chain of Marriott’s caliber. This is the first time I’ve encountered a situation like this at a Marriott hotel. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to deal with tracking the refund. The hotel also has some interesting features. If you're a diplomat, you're greeted with chocolates, but if you're traveling as a tourist like me, you don't have access to them. I was bothered by the way customers were treated differently; I hope they fix this odd practice.

• Anna (9/5): Een heel goed hotel waar we zeker opnieuw voor zouden boeken. - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het heel uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. De badkamer was prima: goede en ruime douche, goede verlichting, ruim plaats voor toiletgerief. De rustige ligging. Onze kamer lag aan de kant van een binnenplaats en dat was zalig rustig. Waar wij zaten voor het ontbijt: koude tocht van de airco. De bedmatras lag me niet echt en zoals in de meeste hotels syntetische dekbedden en overtrekken waar je veel te warm onder hebt.

• Marie (3/5): - Die Lage ist, wenn man im EU Viertel zu tun hat, optimal Die Temperatur im Zimmer lässt sich nur via Lüftung ändern, die extrem laut ist und nach ein paar Minuten von der manuellen Einstellung wieder auf automatisch springt. Die Türen fallen so laut ins Schloss, dass man nachts immer wieder geweckt wird. Das Frühstück, zB Teeauswahl, könnte für den Preis höhere Qualität aufweisen.
