- Štěpánka (6/5): - Poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá, nachází se v klidné a nově upravené části města, která působí příjemně a udržovaně. V okolí je klid, takže je ideální na odpočinek, a zároveň se tam dá pěkně procházet a trávit čas venku. Hotelové lobby se mi velmi líbilo, působí moderně a příjemně zároveň. Recepční působila neprofesionálně, nedokázala odpovědět na základní otázky a celkově byla velmi nekompetentní. Na pokoji byla zbytečná přistýlka, o kterou jsem ani nestála a jen zabírala místo. Při objednávce jsem položila otázku na kterou jsem nedostala odpověď.

- Sarolta (9/5): - Tágas, szép és modern szálloda, közel az autópályához. Jól megközelíthető, és saját mélygarázzsal is rendelkezik. A szoba tágas volt, ugyanakkor kissé rideg hangulatú. A dupla ágy inkább egy szélesebb egyszemélyesnek felelt meg, két fő számára szűkös volt. Néhány további fotel kényelmesebbé tette volna a tartózkodást. A reggeli kínálata alapvetően változatos, viszont érkezésünkkor a választék jelentős része már elfogyott, és azt a zárásig hátralévő másfél óra ellenére sem pótolták.

- Ondřej (8/5): Jednoznačně doporučuji - Velmi hezky zařízený a prostorný pokoj. Sprchový kout a toaleta vyhovující, nechyběly produkty na mytí (krásně voněly po bergamotu). Veliká televize s více kanály, než je obvykle běžné. Naprosto luxusní snídaně. Hotel je na vcelku zajímavé a hezké lokaci (brněnský Karlín :D), není problém se k němu dostat pěšky z hl. nádraží. Špatně fungující, či spíše nefungující wifi připojení na pokoji. Wifi se zobrazovala ale po připojení k síti internet nefungoval. Z několika zařízení se dalo fungovat pouze na jednom z nich. V prostoru kolem recepce wifi fungovala bez problému.

- Milan (9/5): A good choice for an overnight stay in Brno - Nice, modern and clean hotel, spacious and comfortable room, pleasant and friendly staff. Not quite in the center, but still within walking distance to the city center. My only comment is about the breakfast, not that it wasn't varied overall, but the hotel doesn't think about people with lactose intolerance - in a hotel like this, lactose-free yogurt, lactose-free cheese, and lactose-free butter (not margarine) should be a given.

- Jana (8/5): Pohodlí s hezkým výhledem - Krásný výhled na město a příjemný personál. Zkušené a z pohledu účastníka bezproblémové zvládnutí velké akce. Možná vylepšit výběr sladkých dezertů. Měli jsme trochu problém při parkování, ale moc děkujeme za pomoc a vyřešení ochotnému personálu. Velká plocha parkovacích míst různých firem pro neznalého je bez znatelnějšího vyznačení matoucí.

- Miroslav (10/5): - Vynikající a dobře organizované snídání v tomto hotelu je vždy skvělý začátek dne. Výborné parkování. Snaživý personál. Bohužel v době mé poslední návštěvy byly zrovna asi evropské závody v basketbalu.. A v hotelu bylo několik autobusů dětí, které nebyly úplně ohleduplné. To se projevilo hned při check-inu - totálně přetížená recepce, ale i při celém pobytu. Děti běhaly po chiodbách a hlučně zavíraly dveře dlouho do noci a brzy od rána. Nicméně personál hotelu se opravdu snažil jako opravdoví profesionálové zvládaly jistě psychicky velmi náročné chvíle.. :-D
- Neuwirth (10/5): - Nemůžu absolutně nic vytknout. Nádherný primo luxusní hotel, člověk hned jak přijde dovnitř tak to je čistá nádhera. Lokalita hotelu také úplně luxusní. Pěšky do města je to cca 20 minut procházky. Pokoj krásný, moderní a absolutně čistý. Výhled nádherný. Na konec Děkujeme za nádherný zážitek v nádherném hotelu.

- Zoltan (7/5): od tejto siete hotelov očakávam top kvalitu - Hotel nový, moderný a čistý, raňajky OK check in bol veľmi dlhý, bola dlhá rada a nikto to neriešil, na recepcii bol jeden človek ktorý sa zaúčal, a jeho manažér sa to nesnazil ani riešiť. Mne osobne chýbali koberce na izbách, keď už nie sú koberce, mali by ste ponúknuť papuče chýbali hygienické potreby sprcha v zlom stave, voda tiekla všeljako v rovnakom čase tam bolo ubytovaných plno detských športovcov aj s rodičmi - a jeden výťah bol celý čas mimo prevádzky, bol dostupný jeden výťah
