- Demetrius (10/5): Book and Stay HERE!!! - Enjoyed everything about this hotel!! Easy and friendly check-in, beautiful and clean suite, the atmosphere was safe and secured. My family and I arrived back to the room after midnight once leaving an event and the security officer followed us; unasked to the door to ensure we entered safely. We were very appreciative of that gesture. Also, the complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious! N/A

- Edwin Rafael Molina (10/5): - We stayed at this hotel for family vacations in Houston, it was one of the best decisions of our trip. The hotel it’s located right in the middle of the main attractions and places to go in Houston. The rooms are incredibly nice, bed and room in general comfortable.
- Toria (10/5): - Great
- Toria (6/5): - When I first arrive into my room, I noticed there was leftover food, tea, and beer in the fridge. I notified the front desk immediately and they did give me the option to change rooms (it was late and I had my 3 year old so I opted out) they attendant assure me the food would be removed the next morning. The next day I came back in the evening, and the food was still there. The manager came up and removed the food herself and also switched my room. The towels had hair in them in both rooms. The ice machine was not working on floor 3. The vending machine was down, so you had to go to the front desk to buy drinks, which isn't unreasonable, but they could only take cash (similar to the vending machine so again, not unreasonable).
For a place to just lay your head, it wasn't a terrible experience.
- James (10/5): Highly recommend. - Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
- Stern (10/5): Made for a wonderful honeymoon stop. - Very beautiful, good food, friendly staff Nothing. Had no issues

- Earlene (10/5): - The room and property were clean and in a quiet safe area. I definitely would book at this hotel again. Have not been disappointed by Marriott locations yet.
- Cristal (2/5): - Horrible
- Adeola (5/5): Great staff but hotel facilities need to be updated. - Staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was leaking and the technician came in immediately to fix it up. The facilities are poorly maintained. The AC often stopped working at night and we had to keep turning it on.
The AC was dirty and it had to be cleaned out by the technician.
The bathrooms feel damp and the wall paper is peeling. Overall the rooms did not feel clean as the facilities are poorly maintained.

- Jerry (10/5): Will definitely stay here again - The room was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed while staying there. The rooms were quiet, and all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town.
- Woods-miles (10/5): MY NEPHEW'S PARTY AND TO SPEND TIME WITH FMILY. - I LOVED THE SIZE OF THE ROOM AND MY KIDS LOVED THE POOL PLUS THE BASKETBALL COURT. THEY WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY COULD NOT GET IN THE POOL BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COOL, BUT WE WILL RETURN DURING THE SUMMER SO THEY CAN GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY IT MORE. N/A
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kok (8/5): Very good -
- Rajesh (10/5): - Healthy breakfast, relaxed environment, bigger and clean rooms with kitchen
- Ilham (2/5): Last time - I travel frequently, around 50-60 times per year, and I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Houston West/Beltway 8 on Clay Rd from February 27, 2024, to March 3, 2024, in Room 138. It was a business trip. From the first day I checked into the hotel until the last day, there was no hot water. My colleague, who was in Room 139 next to mine, also experienced this issue. These rooms are designated for people with special needs, and I'm unsure if the lack of hot water is related to this. Despite informing the reception, the only solution provided was a spray to mask the odor when I discovered my sofa reeked of urine. It was only on the last day when I raised my voice that they offered me the option to shower in a different room. Consequently, this will be my final stay at this location and possibly within the entire Marriott chain in Houston.
- Lorenz (9/5): Texas Family V
isit 2024 - Poo,l the room and location. The bacon is quite tin and parking fee of $7.00 not free of charge.
- Harper (10/5): It was lovely - The room was spacious and beautiful There was nothing to not like
- Cedillo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catalano (7/5): Good -
- Karla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (6/5): - I booked a pet friendly hotel on Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel with my small dog, they charged me a $100 non-refundable pet “cleaning” fee. I was not happy, especially for the fact that I am a Titanium Elite Member and my pet is cleaner than most people. The front desk could have cared less that I was a TE member and she wouldn’t let me earn my points since I booked the hotel through Expedia where it looked like I wouldn’t have non-refundable pet depasit.I won’t be staying here again.
- Edtricee (10/5): 10/10 - The entire hotel experience was amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast served the best food and the staff was so friendly and help.
- YAN (10/5): - Only issue is big noise in the room!
- Deborah (8/5): - So great to have two bedrooms! Spotlessly clean, but some furniture is showing wear & tear.
- Jamilla (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (10/5): Great for Business or Leisure Travel - Clean, roomy, and quiet suites with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.
- Mary (4/5): - Pool was dirty and all BBQ pits were not working
- Adriana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abby (8/5): Very good -
- Donald (10/5): - Clean, quiet, huge room and reasonably priced.
- Becky (10/5): - The room was great and the hotel was very nice. Lots of space for breakfast and good options to choose from. The pool was nice, but really over crowded the first night and then too dirty from that to use the next day.
- Pavel (10/5): - Clean room and great breakfast.
Comfy beds.
- AEL (10/5): - no comments
