I want to extend a huge thank you to the Front Office dept for honouring our request for interconnecting rooms, it made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. The check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the Harpreet. Rooms were clean and comfortable, appreciate Manish for your helpful gesture. Another major highlight was the dining experience. A big shout out to Chef Ashutosh and his team for the amazing food. Staff at the restaurant were attentive and cordial. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for families and look forward to visiting again!

The rooms are spacious and spotless. The fitness center is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with your workouts. • Sheetal201 (2/5): Disappointing F&B Service and Lack of Basic Hospitality - I would like to share feedback regarding the F&B service during my stay. The staff appeared quite casual in their approach and lacked empathy while interacting with guests. There was a noticeable absence of warmth and attentiveness, which is essential in hospitality. Additionally, the water bottles provided did not seem properly cleaned, which raised hygiene concerns. The staff did not proactively engage with guests—no one came forward to ask about preferences or check if anything further was required. Overall, the level of hospitality felt below expectations. There was minimal initiative from the team to ensure guest comfort or satisfaction, and service felt reactive rather than proactive. Improved training in guest engagement, hygiene standards, and attentiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We requested for tea and club sandwich but even after 1 hour despite multiple reminders they were unable to provide the sandwich. They mentioned they do not make sandwich in house and need to procure from outside. This is not expected from Mariott.

• Travel19134572756 (2/5): Felt more like a 2-star experience than Marriott - Stay: 09–10 January 2026 My stay at Fairfield by Marriott Indore was disappointing and did not match the standards expected from a Marriott-branded property. Overall, the experience felt closer to a 2-star hotel rather than an international brand. I was charged for an extra bed that was never provided. After checkout, I was informed in writing that the refund would be processed within 6 days, but the refund has still not been received and there has been no clear follow-up. Additionally, the way the issue was handled by certain staff members was unprofessional and overly casual. Instead of a serious and respectful approach, the communication lacked accountability, which only added to the frustration. Service recovery, guest handling, and internal coordination clearly need improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works toward restoring the service quality expected from the Marriott name.

Before this, I used to vouch in marriott hospitality but perhaps this marriott has changed my reviews. Their service is too slow. I had ordered dinner but it came cold and when i complained about that, no one has turned up even then. Its been 15 minutes. I ordered water bottles and a bucket which has not arrived till now. Will never like to stay here again. Rather we have another couple staying with us and i insisted on staying here when they were recommending Sayaji. Now I am repenting

From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional and helpful and warm. The checkin was seamlessly done and every team member that interacted with us went above and beyond for our comfort and ease. Harpreet Kaur helped us a lot. From guiding us about the city to exploring around and about, she gave us good recommendations about food and shopping in the city. The rooms were spotless and filled with good amenities. All cosy and comfortable. Thanks to Sarvesh for managing all the rooms clean and breezy. Special appreciation towards the staff which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will wholeheartedly recommend Fairfield by Marriott, for a stay of ease and a genuine luxurious experience.

Exceptionally polite staff, they all seemed very happy, and that is good to see. - The Breakfast that I had on two different days + a lunch that I had on the day of departure were amazing. While the food was good, the team led by Tapabrata was simply excellent. I had numerous instances of the staff walking over to me with a smile and inquiring if I needed something. The girl at the Kava reception was also very polite, helping to seat me on both days. Tapabrata himself made it exceptionally pleasant and warm. Really happy. I stayed at the Marriott Bonvoy in Boston in June. While that was superb too, this left a very personalized legacy for me. Thank you Fairfield by Marriot. Well, a couple of glitches. There were only three drops of body wash that were left on the mounted soap dispenser. In a middle of a bath you cannot call for one. All this should have been checked before allocating me the room. On the morning of November 30, somebody came and asked for my long towel (only one) and said they’d return in five minutes. No one came back with a towel.

• wasonnauthorshrruti (6/5): . - I came to stay in Fairfield for a 4 day stay to visit Ujjain and Omkareshwar for the 2nd time from 21st Oct-25th October.The stay had mixed feelings as they rooms were below satisfactory level this time with Acs not working to mosquitoes in the room but in all this dissatisfaction the staff of Fairfield was a breath of fresh air.The housekeeping staff Mr Vivek to Reception staff M/s Priyanka were of great help.Infact Mr Vivek helped in odd hour to change my room when air-conditioner gave serious trouble in the night.Also the servers in the restaurant area were great.Thankyou for hiring such a great staff Marriot and concentrate on your basic amenities in the hotel
