- Youngok (4/5): 객실 내 방음 전혀 안됩니다 - 방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요.

- YOUNGJO (8/5): 좋은 리조투에요 - 수영장은 패밀리용으로 너무 좋습니다. 가족여향으로 숙박. 수영장. 주변 인프라가 좋습니다. 객실도 깨끗합니다. 다만 객실 투숙개도 수영장을 이용허기 위해서는 할인을 받아도 워터파크 입장권 수준이라. 이점이 비용적으로 만족스럽지 못합니다.
- Julian (4/5): Frustrante y exasperante solo se salva el personal - La suite cove se publicita en la página como suite de 40m2 y apenas tiene 16 es una habitación normal, luego no es un resort tal u como se entiende en Europa y América es un hotel que tiene al Ldo unas piscinas de pago muy caras por cierto (entrada y sombra valen 200000 w al día) mas que culpa del hotel es culpa de la página de reservas. El personal es encantador pero el hotel es frustrante para un europeo ya que le falta todo para considerarse un resort, por otro lado estás literalmente incomunicado todo ha de ser en taxi menos mal que son baratos

- Jieun (2/5): - 사진 첨부하는 기능이 없어서 이렇게 남깁니다. 사실 안내 받았던 평수보다 굉장히 작게 느껴졌구요. 그리고 선반에 및 현관에 먼지가 쌓여 있고 벌레 시체가 있어서 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 리조트 라고 해서 상당히 기대를 하고 왔는데, 제가 알고 있는 리조트 규모랑은 차이가 있었던 거 같습니다 무엇보다 같은 가격으로 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 굉장히 많았는데 이 가격에 이정도 실망스럽다고 생각합니다. 관광객 바가지 쓴 기분이었어요.

- Donggyu (6/5): - 오션 뷰는 정말 훌륭했으나, 예약 상품에 포함된 바우처를 제공하지 않아 물어보니까 그제서야 제공함. 또 객실에 어메니티가 밀봉되지 않은 사용한 상태의 어메니티가 제공되었으며, 객실은 엘리베이터 앞이였는데, 3층입니다. 1층입니다. 문이 열립니다 같은 소리가 다 들림.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 일단 청결도가 잘 모르겠어요. 깨끗한듯 하면서 침구는 다 구겨져 있고, 유료 수영장 이용 했을때도 수건도 일단 주지 않고, 추가 수건도 요청 할 수 없다고 하고 안돼는게 많은 리조트 였습니다. 말은 리조트 이지만 서비스는 기대하시면 안돼고 그냥 조금 비싼 펜션 놀러가신다고 생각 하시면 됩니다. 수영장도 낡은 부분이 많이 보이고 전체적으로 관리가 잘되어 있다라고는 말 못하겠습니다. 그리고 체크인 할때 직원분이 너무 불친절하셔서 친절도도 기대하면 안됩니다 그냥 그냥.. 가격 적절하고 다른데 묵을곳 없을때 묵으면 괜찮을거 같습니다
- JIYEOUN (10/5): 워터파크 이용에 최적인 숙소 - 워터파크 즐기기에 최적의 숙소입니다. 방 컨디션, 워터파크, 워터파크 부대시설 모두모두 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 워터파크를 대부분 이용하다 보니 엘레베이터 바닥에 있는 천이 항상 젖어있고, 그게 관리가 잘 안 돼서 악취가 좀 났습니다. 그거 빼고는 전부 다 좋았습니다. 테라스 있는 객실에서 고기 구워 먹을 수 있게 고기부터 그릴까지 대여도 되고 이용 시간도 길고 침대도 좋았습니다.

- Mankyu (6/5): - 복층구조의 스위트룸을 예약했는데 방에 처음들어오니 너무 좋은 전망에 깜짝 놀랬으나 거실 전면 유리창을 청소하지 않아서 전망이 흐리게 보이니 기분이 반감됨. 그리고 천정과 구석구석에 벌레죽은것들이 그대로 있음. 침실은 2층에 있는데 올라가는 계단이 삐걱거리고 천정이 낮아 머리에부딪힘. 시설 내에 편의점은 바가지가격으로 기분 상하게 하고, 이불이 부족해서 프론트에 물어보니 한세트에 2만원내고 사야한다고 함. 단 하나 맘에 드는것은 바다전망뿐. 다시 오고싶지 않은 리조트임.

- youmin (2/5): 꼭봐주세요! - 2박3일 부모님모시고, 가족여행으로갔습니다. 클럽호텔b테라스 인스타보고 갔는데, 사진보다 작은느낌 베드딱딱하고, 어메니티모텔급, 절대청결하지않아요 수영장과 객실이 가까워 전체적으로 여기저기 바닥에 물이많은데, 여러번 미끄러질뻔. 여러후기처럼 프론트직원들 뭐하나 얘기하면 일처리하는데 하루종일걸립니다. 바베큐장도 구석으로 옮겨서 주차장,벽보고밥먹어야함 일때문에 호텔많이다니는편인데, 가격대비 전체적으로 굉장히 떨어집니다. 그나마수영장만이용하는편이나은데, 그것도안전관리, 청결부실해보임 안전요원들끼리 복작복작놉니다. 여수와서모든게좋았고, 호텔만실망. 인스타빨로잠깐반짝할듯 아 수영장이용료안내면, 구경하러도못들어가게함 수영장이용. 수건추가 전부 추가비용.

- Dong Hyeok (4/5): 책임 있는 고객 응대를 위한 교육을 해 주세요. - 시설은 좋으나 시설대비 가격이 비싼 편이고, 그 외 부대 시설 이용은 모두 유료. 외국의 리조트를 표방한 것 같으나 모든게 유료화 되어 있어 눈살을 찌푸리게 만듬. 첫날 숙박한 방에서 담배냄새가 베여 있었으며, 변경 요청에 만실이라는 이유로 거절, 이후에도 선조치가 없었으며, 다음날 재차 담배 냄새가 난다는 요청으로 옮긴 방은 괘적함. 담배 냄새가 나는 방을 알고도 배정하는 직원들의 친절한 행동이 고객을 기만하는게 아닌가 하는 의심이 들게 함. 구구절절 이야기 하고 싶으나.... 가까운 거리에 사시는 분들은 한번쯤 방문 추천, 먼 거리에서 다시 찾아가는 건 추천이 꺼려짐. 첫날 불괘한 사건이 있었지만 전반적으로 아이들과 잘 지내다가 옴.

Breakfast is extremely limited to x2 types of Korean soup only. Pool access is a 24,000 Won daily surcharge per guest that can add up quickly with a family, not included in the room charge. Check-in is exactly at 3 PM, no early check-in. Sheets are not changed daily and towels are very small. Property has small cosmetic issues like cracked tiles, unfinished room terrace area and landscaping needs. Outdoor pool area is also in need of additional cleaning and the pool is not maintained as it should be (Mold in corners, pool sweep and skimmer needed).

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 오션뷰 테라스 선택해서 갔어요. 방은 모텔수준...너무 좁아요 욕실에 욕조는 층고낮춰서 타일로 만든식인데..청소 때문인지 사용할수없게 욕실매트를 깔아놨어요.. 그것때문에 하수구가 열려있는 상태라 냄새가 엄청났어요.. 리조트자체로는 외부시설은 이쁘고좋아보이지만 제가 묵은방은 진짜별로네요..돈이 아까워요
