• Gabor (9/5): - Great location, stuff is outstanding, from the manager to the last person we met were welcoming and really nice. For European taste the breakfast is the week point, if they offer fresh omlett or fried eggs, for example , would have been much more pleasent.

• Kanishka (4/5): Disappointed!! - The property provisioning is not upto mark for a rated property. We had to take a bath with cold water and the room we got on checking had a non functional toilet. On realising the same late night and were asked to move to another room.

Our room was at the 5th floor but there is this noise that keeps happening throughout. It is either the noise from the patio upper floor (from where we could view the town) or the lifts. I am very unsure but it stopped from midnight but the noise came back in the morning throughout.

• Alexa (8/5): Very good - I had an excellent experience at the White Pearl Hotel.The location is very convenient, near to the lake and the main street where you can find everything (convenient stores, drugs store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc). The staff is amazing, everyone is polite, kind and ready to help the guests. They can help you arranging taxis, tours, etc. The breakfast is good. The room is spacious and beautiful, the bed is comfortable. The view from the room and the rooftop is exceptional. The cleaning in the room should be better. We were two nights and the cleaners only made the bed, but they don't clean the floor.

Room lighting, washroom setup, also the washroom door lock was not working, hot water wasn't available in washroom during late night, welcome fruit basket wasn't fresh, lift service was unavailable during night time. This is an overrated property with substandard facilities.

Even had coaches turning up at midnight and they were all shouting all night all the way through the breakfast. No sound proofing.

We were only asked if we wanted the room cleaned the day before we were due to leave. No fresh towels or toilet rolls were supplied during our three day stay. Better options in Pokhara for less than this hotel charges.

• Shrestha (8/5): It was fun but had bad experience because of driver - Every staffs with politeness Driver who drop me to station asked me for extra money which I don't like I used to use hotel vehicle to pick and drop but driver asked me to give him 500 for dropping as it will comes under hotel services... I don't have time so I didn't discuss with driver but I don't like the driver asking money

• Praveen (9/5): Cozy hotel with a good view of Fewa lake - I made a last minute booking as I arrived in Pokhara one day earlier than expected. They were speedy in checking us in which got us more time to rest. They promptly gave us a lake view room as booked. The room was very cozy, and well maintained. We enjoyed the lake view and sunset. Reception staff were very dedicated and helpful in giving us directions to nearby shops and restaurants. They also lent us a charger because we lost ours. Breakfast was good, but could've had more variety. The toilet felt a bit old and worn down compared to the room, but I am nitpicking here. A safe locker for storing valuables would be useful when we are going out for the day.

Food was superb & delicious with good variety for buffet breakfast. Service was impeccable & friendly staff made our stay worth remembering. Big shout out to very helpful manager Mr.Khem who went out of the way to make our stay a pleasant one by guiding us to the right places & upgraded our rooms too. Will definitely stay here on our next visit & would also recommend to the friends visiting Pokhara. rooms didnt have locker . would appreciate if they keep .

The staff is very friendly and willing to help with my requests or inquiries about the city. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good too. Although the bathroom was clean, it looked outdated compared to hotels in a similar price range. Also, I found that my mattress was a bit firm for my liking, but it wasn't a significant issue.

• Min (6/5): Pleasant - The floor-to-ceiling window offers a stunning view with distant mountains and the beautiful lake. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the lakeside, and it's quite pleasant for a leisurely stroll during the off-season. The facilities are old, the room is not very clean, the bathtub is dirty, and the attitude of the staff is not friendly. The worst part is that the bathroom door not only cannot be locked, but it also cannot be closed unless pressed by hand. Once the hand is released, the door will spring open. Overall, the accommodation experience is not pleasant.

The staff is very good, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The manager personally ensured that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Breakfast options are limited.

• Diane (9/5): Great stay fab location - First visit to Pokhara and I chose Hotel White Pearl because of the reviews. The reviews are spot on, excellent 3 star hotel and definitely value for the money. The service is exceptional, everyone wants to ensure you have what you need & your stay is comfortable. Very clean and large rooms, we stayed in 604 and had 2 brilliant balconies with great views of both the lake & the mountains. Comfortable bed, great shower with lots of hot water and good air conditioning. Terrific location, on a quiet street, 2 minute walk to the Main Street with loads of restaurants, bars & stores. We had room service for dinner one night, food was good! The hotel manager is lovely and he personally ensured we got to the airport safely and on time. The rooms do not have safes, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again. Be great if the rooms had safes
