- Divya (1/5): No - No There was no service available on time, the room floor was damp throughout, the room phone was not working, the cleanliness was not proper, I was made to wait for 15 minutes, and was told that the room was being fixed. In the restaurant, the food items were not available, and when ordering from outside, plates and spoons were not provided despite my request. This hotel is very poor, I will never go again.

- Sharma (1/5): Bad - Very pathetic experience this time. Firstly they made us to wait for 3 hrs for check-in. The checkin time was 12 pm and they gave us room at 3:00pm. The reception staff was very I'll mannered asking us "booking lena hai to lijiye warna mt lijiye". All the services were extremely slow including room service and food service. During checkout too they were charging us for the food that were consumed by some other room. Previously it was a very good hotel but now I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

- Dr. (1/5): Likely to be a fraud. - Location They refused to provide a room, saying that they are overbooked and then falsely claiming that we never arrived at the hotel. I will advise to be beware of the fraud and try to avoid the property.

In their resturant Rats are a common visitor, probable multiple of them since the station is adjusant

- Teli (1/5): Very bad behaviour - The receptionist was very rude. The link was not sent for payment and said the same reason the booking was cancelled. We were four females who went to Khumbmela and came in the night and found that the room was being cancelled.
In the night at 1 pm, it was such a ruckus for us to find a new room and go. This is not acceptable and action should be taken against him and this hotel.

- Martin (4/5): Disappointing and noisy - Good location for station. Central. We stayed here because I had some work to do, and they advertise their great free wifi. Unfortunately, it's not working. I suspect the router just needed re starting but indifference from staff.
Room was tired and needs re-decorating.
We asked for a quiet room, but constant station announcements all night kept us awake.

The restaurant staff constantly asked us to change orders stating that "preparing something will take time". Our check in time was 12 noon. We reached the hotel at 4. Even after 4 hours of check in time our room was not ready. We had to sit in the lobby till 5:30. We got our room after one and half hours of reaching the hotel.

- Luke (3/5): Disappointed with the accommodation and service - The property is next door to the train station making it extremely handy It wasn’t clean. The pillows were stained and yellow, the water in the shower only trickled out and the room smelt.
Upon my arrival to then hotel at midnight I was told that my reservation has been cancelled as I didn’t get there at 5pm. However I had been messaging the hotel throughout the day telling them my train had been massively delayed and I wouldn’t arrive until very late. They replied and confirmed that it wouldn’t be an issue. After a long conversation they decided they did have a spare room for me after all and then tried to charge me extra money as I didn’t have a reservation for that room. Not a great experience at midnight.

The room was spacious and tolerably clean. Bathroom was also reasonably clean. Starting from the experience at the front desk, staff seemed overwhelmed and incompetent. Basic amenities such as a kettle and tea coffee sachets were missing and required 3 reminders to be provided. Bathroom barely had any hot running water and seemed run down. There wasn't even a bath towel or toothbrush provided.

- Hazra (9/5): Superb - Hotel was very near to Railway Station. Stuffs are helpful. Room was specious and clean. Good hotel to spend 2-3 night if one like to explore Jabalpur 1. Bathroom not enough big and there was a high guard at the middle portion to seperate showers area. Users may stumbled if absent-minded.

Taxi's are around and easy to reach shopping areas. No suitable TABLE for using laptops / writing table etc...
Toilet cleaning is POOOOOR....It's slippery even after requesting them for cleaning.

I WAS TOO EXHAUSTED FOR A ROOM CHANGE AS I HAD AN EARLY MORING CHECK OUT. I HAD INFORMED IN ADVANCE THEREFORE THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND KEPT READY BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF THE CUSTOMER. IF THE AC WAS WORKING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 8 OUT OF 10.

Later next day I ordered chicken 65 I ordered spice less I got the same but the chicken was too dry to consume all together the food was the worst this time an i had to order it online
Please make sure that chef is a good cook and prepare the same as orders by the customer
