Нелли (10/5): Все отлично! Нам понравилось!!! - Прилетали в апреле. Заселили раньше времени, это очень хорошо). Номер большой, комфортный! Кровать большая, матрасы хорошие). Очень комфортная душевая. Есть тапочки, халаты. Рядом вся инфраструктура, центр рядом, мы гуляли пешком! Жаль только что не работал ТВ, мы не смотрим российские каналы, мы всегда в своих путешествиях смотрим местные каналы( нам интересно), но, увы… только Ютуб, ИВИ… В целом, отлично!!! Персоналу спасибо за чуткость, внимание! Поварам за вкусные завтраки, чудесные!!! Обязательно вернемся и рекомендуем отель!!!! Нет замечаний

Номера чистые и комфортные, персонал очень внимательный и доброжела-тельный. Завтраки вкусные, всё свежее. Отдельный плюс -номера с балконом: ночью красивый вид на улицу Байтик Баатыра, а утром открывается вид на снежные горы. Интернет быстрый и стабильный.

Eric (9/5): Very nice, comfortable room. - Very spacious and comfortable room, with very comfortable beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of good options in the buffet. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was good for where we needed to be. Overall, the facilities were very nice, felt newer or at least high quality than other hotels we've stayed at in Kyrgyzstan. There is no private parking available and it was a little tough finding street parking. The check-out process also took very long. I really don't know what took it so long, and having a flight to catch in the morning it was a little frustrating at how long it took. But overall, it was a good stay.

Sokolov N. (5/5): - Мы останавливались в этом отеле с коллегой на 2 дня. Сначала нам выдали не тот номер, по брони у нас была одна большая кровать, но нас заселили в номер с двумя раздельными. Мы специально выбрали номер с одной большой кроватью, потому что такие номера обычно более просторные, уютные и яркие. Это была основная причина выбора именно этого отеля. Сотрудница которая нас заселяла уверяла, что бронь была именно такая, хотя в моём подтверждении на Booking чётко указана большая двуспальная кровать.В номере также лежала книга «Куран». Мы уважаем религию, но нам стало немного некомфортно и показалось, будто это подчёркивает, что отель очень строгий или «супер-халалный». Наверное, отелю стоило бы заранее иметь какой-то знак или обозначение, чтобы гости понимали специфику и атмосферу.После наших обращений персонал пообещал переселить нас, и на следующий день нам действительно дали правильный номер просторный, яркий, с балконом. Это было приятно.Но появилась другая проблема: из-за слабой балконной двери в комнату проникал запах сигарет. Видимо, кто-то курил снаружи, и дым быстро оседал внутри. Думаю, отелю стоило бы установить более плотные двери, чтобы запах не попадал в номер.В целом отель мог бы быть очень комфортным, если улучшить работу с бронированиями и решить вопрос с запахом через балконную дверь. Тогда впечатления были бы значительно лучше.

Один из лучших, в которых я была В номерах нет ничего особенного, стандартный номер (в соотношении цена-качество просто идеально), но отношение персонала заставляет влюбиться в это место. Все добрый, отзывчивые, помогут с любым вопросом и искренне поинтересуются, как у вас дела Учитывайте, что это халяль-отель, постарайтесь не пить алкоголь. Владелец отправляет часть прибыли от отеля на благотворительность и хочет, чтобы все деньги для этого были чистыми. Но это не минус, просто обратите внимание

MS (9/5): - Great location, great breakfast buffet selection, helpful staff (but a bit of struggle with English) Our floor was supposed to be a nonsmoking floor but it it smelled of cigarette smoke. Had to use the room card everywhere-- to go into the elevator lobby, to access the elevator, to go into the restaurant.

Nikolay (8/5): - Постоянно не работает телевизор, который раз приезжаю все время какие то проблемы, в этот раз не было пуль Странная дверь в номер, настроена таким образом что ты еще не успел выйти а тебя она догоняет на не приличной скорости
Thamara (7/5): - The hotel is located in a commercial building and in a main road in Bishkek. The room was very spacious and comfortable, toilet refurbished, but could be better distributed. The breakfast is good and bring some variety.
Matteo (9/5): Nice stay in Bishkek, comfortable room. - After A week of yurt camps and treks is nice to stay in a very nice well-equipped Hotel. Staff is very welcoming, and the room was really comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and full of options even for us vegetarian Nothing to complain

Emyllia (10/5): Do not hesitate. Just book this hotel. - Very clean & the bed was soft. The room was just nice in size. The location was nice too. The breakfast was nice & delicious. The kocation was nice near many restaurants , supermarket & malls. Also banks. Sorry i didnt take any pics here. Nothing.
