• Marco (10/5): - Poche volte mi è capitato che il proprietario venisse ad accogliere al cancello, questa è una di quelle. Posto immerso nel verde e molto ma molto curato Tutto è nel posto giusto La camera con bagno molto carina e spaziosa. Vero phon in camera e non quelli da battaglia(altra cosa da non sottovalutare) Colazione abbondante e ricca, da torte fatte in casa a frutta, yogurt e soprattutto marmellate fatte da loro, disponibilità anche per colazioni salate. La TENUTA è in una posizione molto strategia si possono raggiungere le principali città, Montefalco Spoleto Trevi Foligno ecc ecc in poco tempo I proprietari i veri fiori all'occhiello di questo posto magnifico.. Disponibili ad aiutare a creare un itinerario personalizzato per ogni esigenza E per finire persone genuine che ti fanno sentire a casa. GRAZIE MARCO E FRANCESCA
• ESTER (10/5): - Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Luciano e Anna. Persone veramente gentili. Sicuramente un posto da raccomandare.
• Filippo (10/5): Sentirsi coccolati come a casa - L’accoglienza si Luciano e Anna è stata meravigliosa. Luciano super gentile ci ha fatto un’introduzione su Montefalco, consigliandoci delle cantine dove provare dell’ottimo vino, il Sagrantino. Anna super cuoca, ci ha viziato con la colazione veramente squisita, dolce e salata. Location immersa nel verde tra ulivi e alberi di frutta. Torneremo sicuramente, è una promessa!

• Cimbra (10/5): Oasi di pace, centrale per girare l’Umbria - Il verde in cui è immersa la proprietà, la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari Anna e Luciano e la colazione superlativa Niente, tutto era perfetto.
• James (10/5): A great place for a one-night stay - This place is kind of out in the country, but relatively close to towns and restaurants (about 6km, if I recall), so if you are traveling by car, it's a great location with easy parking. The host was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Accommodations were simple, clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was not very comfortable.
• Sarah (10/5): Beautiful quiet place to stay in the Umbrian countryside. - Clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Very peaceful nestled among olive groves. Short drive to Montefalco. The owners Luciano and Anna are so kind and very helpful in suggesting places that are good for sightseeing. Parking is easy and on site.
• Neil (10/5): Peace and Quiet - This little B&B exceeded expectations. Located some 2 kilometres out of Montefalco it is situated in a quiet, peaceful rural location. Our hosts made every effort to make us feel welcome even though they did not speak much English. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes provided on a daily basis. Nothing. However please be aware that they only deal in cash and whilst only 2k from Montefalco it is still a half hour stiff walk up the hill.

The beautiful town of Montefalco is very close by. and many other interesting towns are easily reachable. Luciano and Anna are delightful, and extremely helpful. There is nothing I didn’t like.
• Richard (10/5): Very enjoyable and very relaxing. - Quite, great location, excellent breakfast, and very nice hosts. I initially had a little trouble locating it. Once there everything was very nice.
