- Nadège (8/5): Rapport qualité prix très correct - L'appartement est spacieux et parfait pour une famille. Il est très joli, bien décoré et bien équipé. Il ne nous a manqué qu'une passoire ! Tablette de lave vaisselle, papier WC, petits plus qui font la différence. A proximité du métro et à 40 mins environ de Barcelone, c'est super économique et pratique ! Cornellà est aussi une ville très sympa et tranquille, nous avons adoré. L'insonorisation avec les voisins est inexistante, heureusement que les nôtres étaient calmes ! Le parking à 15 euros par jour est un peu excessif mais nécessaire car il y a peu de places de parking. Et enfin prenez en compte que la remise des clés s'effectue en mains propres à une heure précise. En fonction du trafic, difficile de donner une heure exacte. Il faut téléphoner quand vous êtes en bas, il n'y a pas de réception (la personne parle anglais ou espagnol).

La personne qui a remis les clés était très peu agreable. C'est un bizarre que le dépot de garantie est payé par un lien exterieur. Il conviendrait d'expliquer pour qu'on ne s'inquiete pas d'une eventuelle fraude. Tout s'est bien passé.

It has all the necessary cooking utensils. it's quite far from tourist attractions (30-40 minutes by taxi to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell). The upstairs bathroom lacks ventilation, making the space feel rather stuffy.

Farklı bölgelere giden Cornella riera ve cornella center metro istasyonları sayesinde heryere kolay ulaşım sağladık. Çocuklu ailelere uygun. Biz kullanmadık ama mutfakta herşey var ihtiyaç duyulan. Evimizde gibi rahat ettik. Merkeze uzak olması sebebiyle fiyat daha uygun olabilirdi diye düşünüyoruz.Belki kaldığımız dönem dolayısıyla olabilir. Booking pasaport bilgisi vermeme, farklı linklere yönlendirme ve ekstra para ödememe konularında uyarı verse de yönlendirdikleri işlemlerde bir sorun yaşamadık. Sistemleri bu şekilde.Endişe duyduk ilk başta ama standart bir depozito sistemleri var.Tüm işlemler booking üzerinden tamamlanabilir olsa daha iyi olabilir. Bir resepsiyon sistemi de girişlerde daha esnek olmayı sağlayabilir.Tam zamanında giriş için personel geldi sorunsuzdu. Teşekkürler.

- Catherine (8/5): Nice apartment, great location - Really nice little apartment, with everything you could need. Lovely and clean, with a very comfy bed. Excellent location, with lots of cafes and bars nearby and Cornella Riera FGC station just a 2 minute walk from the door that takes you directly to Espanya station. Collecting the keys was easy - I arranged to be there at 7pm and someone was already there waiting for me when I called the phone number. The hairdryer didn't work and I couldn't get cold water in the bathroom sink. Also, the people in the apartment next door seemed quite loud, but none of these issues would stop me going back again.

- Sara (5/5): - The location The heating wasn't working in the apartment we booked. They moved us to another apartment after three days. Despite the 10 PM quiet period posted in the apartment, there was noise from other apartments all night long. The intercom didn't work, so we had to go downstairs and open the front door. Proper waste sorting wasn't possible because the bins on the street were open only by residents. A mop full of hair and extremely dirty was available for cleaning the floor. Hair was also found in the washing machine.
- Daniel (10/5): - Very close to 2 different metro lines, about 20-25 minutes by metro to downtown Barcelona. Good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The place is spacious, comfortable for a few travelers. It’s in a calm residential neighborhood, so don’t expect much to be open at night around here. There is an elevator as well. Good communication with host. Would stay here again. Minor detail but water in bathroom sink was very hot when hand washing no matter what way the knob was turned. Nothing serious or bothersome. Just a small thing to fix.

Como recomendación, echamos en falta algo de folletos de la ciudad o información sobre turismo y los medios de trasporte.

Phòng cũng sạch sẽ với trang thiết bị đầy đủ. Phòng rẻ nên tổng kết lại vẫn là được nhé. Hơi xa trung tâm một chút, xung quanh rất ít quán ăn. Đặc biệt không thích là nước sau khi đun sôi lên để uống thì lắng rất nhiều cặn và có mùi clo

- Miquel (10/5): - La ubicacion es excelente y las condiciones del piso son suficientes para estancias cortas. Buen sistema de aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, camas comodas y espacio sufiente para hasta 6 personas. Destacar su sistema de checking muy comodo tener todo en una web donde se ve claramente toda la informacion de la reserva. La manta marron que nos dejaron en el sofa fue un poco insuficiente, estaria mejor un edredon como en las demas habitaciones. Tambien hubiera sido util que nos dejaran dos conjuntos de llaves ya que eramos 5 personas. Luego hay pequeños detalles por todo el piso que si no se van arreglando pueden causar problemas a la larga, como marcas en las paredes, oxisdo en ciertos rincones, el tendedero esta practicamente roto, algunas paellas estan abolladas, etc.

- Dorota (9/5): Bliskość do metra (jakieś 70 metrów) to mega duże udogodnienie. - Szybkie odpowiedzi na maila, bardzo dobry kontakt. 4 kołdry na 5 osób, i zepsuta żaluzja antywłamaniowa, więc mieliśmy ograniczony widok i światło.

- simon (10/5): - Nagyszerű környéken található a szállás. Közelben bolt, pékség, kávézók.Pár percre a metrótól. Az apartman mindennel felszerelt. Delighi kapszulás kávéfőző, sütő- főzőlap, mosogatógép, hajszárító rendeljezésre áll. Hosszabb tartózkodásra is kiváló.Pontosan olyan, mint a képeken. A tulaj nagyon segítőkész. Kissé zajos volt reggel, erre mennek a gyerekek iskolába. De ez nem annyira zavaró.

- Sami (8/5): شقه رائعة ونظيفة. - الموقع جداً ممتاز متوسط جميع المعالم السياحية ويبعد 50 متر فقط عن محطة المترو ، كذلك الشقة في الطابق الأرضي مباشرة وامامها مواقف مجانيه ، وهي نظيفة وواسعة وبها مطبخ متكامل. كل شيء كان جميل .
- Vladan (9/5): Value for money. Good for Barcelona visitors - Spacious apartment for four of us. Nice terrace. Close to a metro station and a nice, cheap supermarket. Clean. Not far from the airport. Carlos was very polite and helpful when we arrived. It was close to the passageway, and we were woken up several times by noisy walkers during the night. Had to pay extra for late arrival.

Superbe lieu L espace dans le logement et sa proximité. Par contre pour un logement de 6 personnes un seul WC n est pas suffisant. S assurer que les clés du portail principal fonctionnent correctement.

- Kutrolli (7/5): Buono ma attenzione a caparra, orario di check in rigido e registrazione in capo all’ospite - Assente Troppe attività in capo a me, registrazione su un sito di tutti gli ospiti, di tutti i documenti. Tanti dati da inserire con tempi strettissimi, in assenza dei quali la prenotazione si poteva cancellare in automatico. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta affatto è che per il check in ritardo seppur tutto chiaro e la persona che mi ha aspettato gentilissimo , non mi capacito perché dovrei pagare 50€ in più quando invece di digitalizzare tutto il processo di registrazione si potrebbe semplicemente digitalizzare la porta d’ingresso con un codice che viene fornito agli ospiti come fanno tante altre strutture in giro per il mondo. Da ultimo, il fatto di dover lasciare 200€ come caparra e’ noioso. Anche questo non succede in altre strutture in giro per il mondo, sia alberghi che case. In fondo il rischio che si rompa qualcosa in casa è un rischio d’impresa per chi fa questo business. Dentro l’appartamento non c’era nulla di così tanto valore che possa fare fallire l’impresa. Per il resto come ho scritto sopra tutto ok!
- Piotr (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Do stacji metra kilkadziesiąt metrów. Do drugiej stacji troszkę dalej (ok. 10 minut spacerem). W okolicy sklepy, restauracje. Spokojna sypialnia Barcelony.Dobry kontakt. Polecam. Przydało by się odświeżyć trochę łazienkę. Głupia sprawa, ale brakowało kubków, kieliszków do wina...
