The pool is dirty, cold. There were baby diapers floating in the pool when we stayed so we didn’t enter the pool. We booked this property for a tea gardens infinity pool experience but ended up not using it at all. The worst part was no facilities for drivers. I felt very bad for our driver.

On one occasion they offered tea and snacks only and on 2 occasions they only offered a full buffet option, which didn't include the meals we would have preferred.
