The staff were very friendly and incredibly welcoming, too. Would definitely stay again! The location was a little bit far from the city centre, but it honestly wasn’t a serious issue. The neighborhood was pretty peaceful.

Penthouse condition was tiptop. Clean! True to pictures shown in the website. 3. Breakfast was okay. Got 2 options, to have it in the room/in the cafe itself. 4. The staffs were very friendly, and attentive. 1. The breakfast included during the stays. I stayed for 5 days. Everyday the menu options is the same. Could have any other choices rather than Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, English breakfast, Ham & Cheese and Soto Bandung. It'd be boring if need to eat the same meal for the whole week. 2. The reception has no aircond. The guest would be sweating like crazy while register, could have at least a fan. 3. A bit exhausting as you have to climb 4 stairs for the penthouse.

The rooms are closed to each other. the corridor is quiet small, which is fine for us as long as the staff can keep it quiet. We had neighbors with kids. They made quiet noise. So I have to go to the nearby coffee shop to buy a coffee.

- Cyanita (8/5): everything is good but they seem to take lightly of guest’s order - there are water dispenser so I can get hot and cold water anytime. we also can make morning coffee or tea ourselves. they also have small cafe and it is not overpriced, unlike other places which usually charged too much. It made us feel like in our grandma’s house. I ordered DOUBLE BED room but turned out it was given to other guest. So we got TWIN BED. Luckily I went there with my female cousin, so it was okay. But actually, it should be my husband who suddenly cancelled the trip. I couldnt imagine my husband and I had to sleep separately due to the property failed to provide my exact order. I plan to stay here again next time so please do not repeat the same mistake. Please do not take our bed request lightly.

- Faisal (8/5): Homey Penthouse near Pasteur, Bandung - Spacious penthouse type of room with two bedroom, homey decoration and kitchen. Bathroom is clean and feel at home. The TV program with net-flix and you-tube are working well. Location is in the residential area and 10 minutes walk to mini-market. Staff were very helpful for any request and they smiled when met them. Overall good stay experience. As a matter of suggestion: kitchen set (spoon, fork) should be enough to cater for 4 to 5 guest, one electric stove is not working and should be fixed. Penthouse room is not recommended for a family with elderly as no lift and have to step up 3 floors. Iron should be available without prior request. A signage of "slow response due to lack of staffing" should not be put at the reception desk as this will discourage guest and putting the image that the hotel reluctant to serve the guest, where the facts your service is already fine.

I booked the room, and when they show it to me inside was very strong mold smell, so I ask them to show me other room, and it was the same problem. So I had to pay additional 225k to get better room and it was clean. Staff dont speak English.

- Abigail (8/5): it was a good deal, but i couldnt sleep very well due to the bed and street noise - well decorated, helpful staff, good value for family stay, very nice penthouse the bed frame was king size but the mattress was two single sized beds which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. the bedsheet was also scratchy... street noise was pretty loud although they mentioned it was soundproofed... and we smell cigarette smoke coming from the window.. apparently the hotel staff took cig breaks right under the bay window...
- Ketty (7/5): Not as expected - I think this accommodation has just been overatted in a way that it wasn't as I expected in terms of convenience. It seems there is no restriction or rule for staffs to hang outs at the front patio/lobby sitting on the floor and playing cards, gadgets, smoking and having jokes. It's just improper for the guests to see them at first sight when entering the front desk, facing these guys, and finding slippers everywhere on the floor! Also, every night you will be texted and asked what your preference breakfast for the following day by the night shift staff. However, I was not sure if that information was transferred to the kitchen staff who would prepare breakfast for us. We found that our order were mistakenly prepared. Last but not least, if you decide to stay in this accommodation, I would suggest you bring your own towel as the towel provided by Cottonwood were very rough not at all comfortable to use as a towel. All as I stated above.
