- Luis (8/5): Pese a algunas cosas que no me gustaron, la pasé muy bien. - El desayuno lo hacen en una cafeteria. Es una bebida caliente, un jugo de bidon y un croissont. No lo aclaran cuando uno reserva. La cafetería muy amables. No aclaran que en mi caso hubo que subir dos plantas por escalera, al ser un edificio del 1400, cada planta equivale a dos de las actuales. Muy dificil estacionar el auto cerca del palacio. La recepción. No había nadie para recibirme y ayudarme. todo por whatsapp.

- Friedrich (9/5): Eine wahre Freude und Genuss - In einem traditionellen Palazzo zu wohnen war toll! Doch sensationell war die Betreuung durch den Manager Bruno!! Kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine Freude. Bruno half beim Kofferschleppen, Restaurantempfehlungen und -reservierungen. Moderne Kommunikation (tagsüber via WhatsApp) und traditionelle Unterkunft, BRAVO!! … und erst der Wein! Ein Genuss! Schade, dass wir weiterfahren mussten! Nochmals Danke Bruno!!

- Renelle (9/5): Perfect location for stay in Montepulciano - Location was excellent- at the entrance to old town so didn’t need to drag our luggage up the hill! Staff were very attentive and available to answer questions in a timely manner. If you get an upper room, you should know there is no elevator.
- Erin (10/5): Perfect, we will be back! - The room we stayed in was beautiful and looked out onto the countryside. Before we arrived, Bruno reached out to off with helpful directions and the offer to make restaurant reservations and any activites that we might like to do. We were already very impressed by this, but when we met him he was so friendly, kind and helpful. We had got engaged a couple of days previously and he kindly arranged for a bottle of wine from the region to be left in our room for when we got back, as we had mentioned we had wished we had time to do a wine tasting while we there. It was very thoughtful and we were truly blown away by the customer service. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much to Bruno and his colleagues for such a great stay! Nothing, it exceeded our expectations :)

Das Frühstück konnte in einem wunderschönen Café 20m vom Hotel entfernt eingenommen werden. Herrlicher Cappuccino und Croissants mit Cremefüllung. Italianità pur😊 und sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Maar bij het uitchecken moest je je ineens melden en waren ze wat onvriendelijk. Je voelde je niet echt gewenst. En het ontbijt was ronduit karig!

In arrival they gave us all instructions for check-in and parking. Breakfast is jn the nearest Pasticeria: amazingly beautiful with fresh croissants, juice and cappuccino. Highly recommended! N/A

- MARIA ANGELES (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - El desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio fue lo mejor de la estancia, no se sirve en el "hotel" sino en un cafetería cercana El establecimiento no tiene nada de HOTEL, mas allá del nombre. Se trata de un edificio de cuatro plantas sin ascensor, con unas escaleras muy estrechas y empinadas, de lo que nadie nos advirtió. Al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos, ni hacer el check in, nos mandaron un whastapp para que les envíaramos la copia del DNI por ese medio, No había nadie para ayudarnos con las maletas. Cancelamos una de las noches que teníamos reservada por ese motivo, NADIE NOS ADVIRTIÓ que fuera un edificio de 4 plantas sin ascensor. Se lo hicimos saber al día siguiente y a pesar de ello, nos cobraron las dos noches. El portal del edificio estaba abierto toda la noche, no nos pareció seguro. EL baño apenas tenía luz, en general estaba bastante oscuro. EL mobiliario esta bastante viejo, nada confortable, en el dormitorio únicamente había una mesa de noche.

- Alessandro (10/5): Ci ritornerei - La struttura mi ha lasciato un’ottima impressione per l’elevato livello di pulizia e cura degli ambienti. Le stanze si presentano in modo impeccabile, paragonabili a quelle di un hotel, e vengono messi a disposizione servizi quali asciugamani, shampoo e due bottiglie d’acqua, aspetti tutt’altro che scontati per una camera privata. L’unica nota negativa è che la struttura si sviluppa su più piani e per raggiungere le camere è necessario salire delle scale. Il prezzo risulta leggermente elevato, in linea con quello di un hotel; tuttavia, è corretto sottolineare che, pur in assenza di reception e di alcuni servizi aggiuntivi, la camera offre comunque numerosi comfort.

They were wonderful - excellent communication, they carried our luggage up to the fourth floor for us, even drove with me to park the car. They really were top notch. Our room was beautiful, well appointed - had a gorgeous view of Val D'Orcia (requested), it was super spacious with old world charm, and clean! It was more like a suite with a nice sitting room, which gave us a lot of space. They brought us water daily, other nice touches as well. The breakfast was good - simple, at their cafe. A cappuccino, juice, with a pastry or sandwich. The ladies there gave us excellent service. We loved Palazzo Mosela and will be back! Nothing.

- Elena (8/5): Un luogo ideale per una sosta a Montepulciano ! - Atmosfera molto accogliente e posizione centrale. Di fronte all'hotel , una varia scelta di ristoranti. Le camere in stile hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto speciale. L'apparecchio del riscaldamento della camera no. 3 era abbastanza rumoroso. Inoltre la colazione, per quanto il locale in cui venica servita, fosse molto particolare, non c'era la possibilita' di prendere piu' di un dolce a persona. Questo lo abbiamo trovato un po' riduttivo.

La porta dell'hotel era aperta e ci è stato detto di lasciare le valigie lì senza supervisione. Ho dovuto sollecitare per ricevere le informazioni sul self check in. Non credo sia questo il modo di gestire un hotel.
- Fernanda (10/5): Linda pousada - Tudo! O quarto era perfeito. Extremamente espaçoso, limpo, organizado. Uma construção antiga lindíssima, bem no início do centro histórico. Check in muito fácil, era Self check in. Recebi as instruções por WhatsApp, não tinha ninguém na recepção pra atender. Única coisa seria o café, que eles dão um voucher de uma cafeteria proxima da pousada, que está incluso um café, um croissant e um copo de suco, apenas. Melhoraria essa parte.
