• julie (7/5): Pratique pour 2/3 nuits - Très bon emplacement pour les transports, tant pour venir de l'aéroport que pour aller visiter la ville. La literie était usée, il y avait une mauvaise odeur qui venait de la salle de bain. L'isolation phonique est à revoir.

• SALVADOR (7/5): Bien pero mejorable. - La ubicación es muy buena no en el mismo centro, es la avenida del Trastevere que es muy ancha y a ocho minutos andando de la estación de tren donde te deja el tren directo del aeropuerto de Fiumicino. Andando son 25 minutos a todo el barrio más antiguo donde están los mejores restaurantes del Trastevere, está súper bien comunicada con toda Roma teniendo muchas opciones para ir a todos los sitios importantes y con muchos supermercados comida y comercios de todo tipo en ella. Annamaria tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos tres desayunos gratis para hacerlo en un horno al lado de casa lo cual es de agradecer, también nos dejo cápsulas de café en la habitación y un ramito de bombones siendo un bonito detalle. En el check in no te recibe nadie, llegamos a las 10 de la noche, la manera de acceder a la habitación electrónicamente nos fue un poco complicada a sernos explicada por WhatsApp, y tuvimos que estar 20 minutos mandando mensajes pidiendo ayuda sin contestación, aunque después la encargada nos llamó se disculpó y nos explicó la manera correcta de hacerlo,suerte que una chica que entraba en el edificio nos abrió. La luz del baño era insuficiente al no funcionar la que estaba sobre el espejo, y solo hacerlo la que accionaba también la del extractor del baño que hacia un ruido bastante molesto. La limpieza aunque sábanas y toallas estaban muy limpias, era insuficiente con suciedad debajo de la cama lo cual no es explicable. La cama eran dos colchones pequeños y bastante gastados juntos, que ya tenían partes duras e incómodas, lo cual para dormir en pareja y descansar bien era fatal. A pesar de decirle a la encargada que no hacía falta que entrara en la habitación en los tres días que íbamos a estar, lo hizo todos los días a hacer la cama pero eso sí sin vaciar papeleras, quitar tazas sucias ni limpiar suelo mi baño. Por último la puerta de la terraza donde entra la luz a la habitación no tiene persiana ni cortinas gruesas que tapen la luz del amanecer lo cual es muy molesto...una lastima estos detalles porque si no existieran la estancia sería perfecta.

• Jasmina (6/5): Esperaba algo mejor - La hospitalidad, la limpieza y la ubicación. - Es un piso adaptado para tener habitaciones por lo que la insonorización no es buena - las camas y almohadas son muy incómodas - durante la noche se nota mucho el ruido de la carretera aunque todas las ventanas estén cerradas - hay un balcón compartido con otras dos habitaciones por lo que no hay mucha privacidad - hay acceso a una cocina que pero no se puede utilizar ni está equipada con cubiertos u agua

Lo staff durante il check-in e durante il soggiorno è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Camera molto pulita, materasso comodo, ambiente caldo e accogliente anche senza l’uso del climatizzatore. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno hanno sostituito le serrature delle camere con le serrature elettroniche, per cui per accedere alla camera dovevamo inserire un codice. Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dalla camera per circa mezz’ora, fortunatamente però la proprietaria ha risolto tutto abbastanza velocemente, sbloccandoci la camera. L’unico vero problema è che, dopo la sostituzione delle serrature, per un paio di volte la porta della camera si apriva da sola, malgrado l’avessimo chiusa bene dall’interno. Successivamente però il problema si è risolto.

• sheryl (8/5): Lovely accom, enjoyed the evening balcony drinks, - 2 issues.....1....we were given tickets for breakfast, but the Cafe wasn't open on the Tues, so no breakfast. You need to inform visitors who arrive on a Monday. 2....the kitchen area was really beautiful but it needs to be stocked with more Cutlery. We only found 1 spoon. That there wasn't enough Cutlery available...1 spoon is definitely not enough . Cleaning staff did not leave toilet paper, and we were told on our arrival to use the lift, but when we got in it stopped half way between floors and we were stuck for at least 15mins in hot, claustrophobic conditions which caused me some health conditions

E' stato molto frustrante trovarsi nella struttura e nessuno è presente. Ho passato un ora ad aspettare e chiamare il numero che mi era stato comunicato, niente. Ero obbligato a cercare un altro albergo per la famiglia. cosa non facile per questo periodo a Roma a prezzi abbordabile. Segnalo per altro che il giorno prima avevo contatto la struttura per conferma con risposta affermativa. Siamo arrivati in orario indicato per il check-in.

• Matthias (9/5): Excellente adresse à 5 min à pied de la gare de train - Chambre et salle de bains rénovés et très propres. Bonne insonorisation de ma chambre. Personnel attentionné. S'agissant d'une guest house, il faut bien réfléchir à l'heure d'arrivée que l'on annonce et il est déconseillé d'arriver plus tôt qu'initialement annoncé. Mais les nombreuses qualités compensent largement ce petit désagrément.

Tutta la biancheria era sporca, a partire dal copri letto fino ad arrivare alle federe. Capelli ovunque, macchie ovunque. Sinceramente non ho lasciato la stanza solo perché speravo mi venissero a cambiare tutto, invece la risposta è stata, non sono stata avvisata dalla persona delle pulizie e non hanno come fare.

Tenía una terraza compartida. El desayuno te lo dan en un local muy cerca del piso. Está muy cerca de la estación de Trastevere.

• Giorgia (5/5): Il prezzo merita la posizione ma non le condizioni della stanza. - la posizione sotto casa c'è una pasticceria buonissima, eppure viene dato un "buono colazione" da spendere nella pizzeria al taglio . Inoltre c'è stato un piccolo problema al wc, l'acqua non scendeva creando non poco disagio; il problema non è stato il danno al wc in sé, che può succedere, ma come è stato non gestito dalla proprietaria. Il copriletto si presentava fin da nostro arrivo pieno di chiazze bianche, dalla natura ambigua. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, per addormentarmi dovevo aspettare che i vicini di stanza fossero stanchi e non parlassero più, poiché l'insonorizzazione delle stanza faceva pietà. Detto ciò bel soggiorno.

• D (8/5): The guest house is within about a 55-min walk of the Vatican, which is helpful. - By far the greatest strength of the Roma Trastevere Relais Guest House is the wonderfully reliable Alessandra Z, who runs the place together with Stefano. When I got into a sticky situation with my luggage, despite it being a national holiday in Italy that day, Alessandra was on WhatsApp messaging for over 4 hours as she did everything she possibly could to help me out. In the end, her unceasing efforts paid off, and I was able to catch my train. Thank you Very Much, Alessandra and Stefano, and I hope your next national holiday is calmer! Being a guest house, it would help if the place also had a numerical keypad, so that -- IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY -- guests can be sent a new, one-time passcode. Without this facility, as there isn't a 24-hr help desk in the guest house, leaving something behind can prove to be a nightmare, as there is no way of getting back in once you've checked out, and you have no choice other than to wait for one or the other guests to return (However long that takes) and let you in to pick up forgotten items.

• Iliyan (3/5): The only good thing was the location and the gift basket we have received at our arrival. The guest house is not maintai - Location. The room was not cleared even once during whole stay. The sheets weren’t changed as well, and the room was full of dust. Also, the AC was not working properly, and the bathroom/toilet was smelling highly unpleasant during our whole stay. The room next to us was super noisy disturbing our good rest and sleep.
• Brielle (9/5): Great Place and Location - The staff were very friendly and kind, they even came early to check me in so I could put my things away quicker, it was very generous. Be ready to pay a local tax (€6 per night) in cash when you get there!
