• Vacation34541792586 (10/5): Good - Good, room beb was damaged so then room changed for me. Room and washroom all good. Food can be improve more better as I already stay treebo hotel in Hyderabad madhapur where breakfast was good. One important thing carpets in floor are good but in between there are many bend if any older people come they fall as it's bend are not visible at all. I itself stumbled 3times.

• aramkrish (10/5): My Stay @ Nestlay Casa - The room is neat and clean, best suited for 1, if family then 2 can adjust...Bed size is ok but the space for keeping things are small...Breakfast is very ordinary and the dining hall is very small. The time should start from 7:00 AM instead 8:00 so that the crowd can manage accordingly. Value for money and restaurants are available near by so food is not an issue...If you are gong by CAR then parking is very limited and pls check in advance....Over all GOOD for couple of days stay...
• RameshK141 (10/5): Excellent - An excellent place that I would recommend to others. Quiet and clean. Breakfast is very simple and hygienic. The rooms are cleaned regularly and with great care. Located in the heart of the city. Individual water heaters, hair dryers, cable TV and air conditioning all work well.

However, there is currently a limitation on food options, as guests are unable to order their preferred meals and must go outside to eat.
• 0511Alice0511 (10/5): Happy stay - Good, clean, well maintained rooms, polite and co-operative staff. Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights. 5 years old property. Rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and many items to choose. Also centrally located in the city.
• arpita69 (6/5): Functional but don't expect much - I was very surprised that nobody bothered to even replace the empty handwash and soap containers in the bathroom. The cleanliness was very average - when I found my lost earring, along with that tons of dirt came out from under the bed and sofa. The breakfast was so poor that I didn't consume it a single day. The staff was somewhat okay but the attitude wasn't very great towards guests. They also keep people waiting for rooms. Lazy attitude. I also got dirty filthy pillow cases despite asking for a change.
• VaniBala2022 (6/5): Water and foods are our essentials - It is jus walkable distance from hotel to IELTS center. The areas which I think they want to improve is drinking water facility, they provide one complimentary water bottle for each day which is not sufficient. Keeping water outlets would be advisable. Also restaurant is not available in the hotel, except complimentary breakfast. Except these, everything is fine.

Except that the rooms were small in size the facilities provided were class. The hotel is suitable for short term stay to catch flights from chennai Airport since airport is nearby

I visited Chennai for medical reasons and needed clean & hygienic stay and it met my expectations. Happy with the service and staff. • PankajBatra (6/5): Unhygienic rooms - Room Unhygienic, cockroaches will come out and will be there on your stuff. Washroom very small, can't take showers properly even Breakfast very basic, chapati and vegetable, bread, vermicelli. Food quality poor. Location is good, staff is helpful.

• 625anirbans (2/5): Not at all advisable - Rooms with ants and cockroaches. No intercom. Poor service. Defective bathroom. Suggesting not to stay. If you do not want to waste you money do not stay in this hotel. The staffs are lazy and they will give all the stupid answer when you complain.

We had family reception function to get over late night. Hotel cannot intervene in our time of entry into room in the time of duration of stay

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location (museum, train station and hospitals). I was there for the museum. The managerial and front desk staff are outstanding - very responsive and caring. They treat you like family. Room was spacious, air conditioned, and comfortable. The bathroom was functional and clean - I asked it to be cleaned more thoroughly and they did that. If there is anything they could update, it would be the bathroom. The breakfast is basic but I had enough options. For the price, this was an incredibly good deal.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Avearge hotel - It was ok but when I arrived, I was about 12 hours late so I did not get the room that I had booked for, given a king size bed and an additional Mattress ( I had booked a king size bed and an additional bed). My daughter was given a mattress and slept on the floor. The toilet was also dirty and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast is also very average considering the Indian standards and the price we pay for the room. I am disappointed as comfort is the only thing a traveller would look for in these circumstances.

• Venu (10/5): Nice hotel in the heart of the city - It was an awesome surprise to see such a clean and beautiful boutique hotel that is so affordable in the middle of the city. The staff were so friendly and service oriented which was refreshing. I can't recommend enough this hotel to anyone who needs to stay close to all Chennai's main attractions.

The desk managers were less-than-happy to help out with such small matters as calling a cab, and in fact did not know the area well. One of them (the younger one) had a habitual response to all my queries: "No" or "I don't know." It looks like a matter of poor training, something I've noticed at other Treebo hotels. Treebo needs to attend to this.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid this place - The guy at the reception gave the impression that he is suffering us. I saw another guest ask for some small help and was faced with blank stares. No food nearby and no help from the hotel looking for food.
