Abbiamo affittato due appartamenti, 1 da 4, 1 da 3 persone. Quelle delle 4 dormivano due in una stanza, due in divano letto un po duro e piccolo per 2 persone. Bagno molto piccolo. The absence of a wine opener in the room necessitated a visit to the office the following day to report the oversight, as one was not provided. While the kitchen was adequately stocked with various tools, essential items such as salt, pepper, and oil, typically expected in a self-catering apartment, were not available. Furthermore, only a single small bottle of water was supplied, despite the reservation being for three guests. The thin walls resulted in significant noise transference, particularly from the children at the adjacent school.

Molto pulito, comodo il self check-in e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un deposito dopo il check out. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, sempre attivo su whatsapp per ogni necessità. Ho trovato un po’ inusuale la richiesta di 100,00 euro di cauzione da depositare al momento del pagamento (poi restituiti con celerità subito dopo il check out) con un regolamento molto rigido relativo ai motivi per i quali potrebbe essere trattenuta tale somma. Ciò ha creato un mood un po’ allarmistico che può appesantire il soggiorno.

Il est bien situé pour visiter la ville. Très près du Mercat Central. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire les courses dans des superettes. Si nous revenons à Valence, nous y reviendrons sûrement. Il manquait juste un bon couteau de cuisine. Suggestions : pour la cuisine, mettre un petit panier avec huile olive. Vinaigre, sel et poivre, sucre

It was a 20 minute walk to Valencia Nord and shops and within the old town. Ideal. Being opposite a school, it was a tad noisy! And curtains at the window would have been good, the wooden blinds blocking out light totally.

• Serena (8/5): - receptionist gentile, ci hanno consegnato la camera in anticipo. camera pulita e molto spaziosa. posizione centralissima a tre minuti da mercato centrale e tutte le vie del centro. bagno vecchio, non aerato (non c'è finestra ma neanche ventola), e viene un po' di cattivo odore dal lavandino. il bagno potrebbe essere un po' più pulito. le finestre non sono insonorizzate e la notte c'è parecchia confusione in strada.

• Debora (9/5): Una vacanza indimenticabile in ottima compagnia - posizione centrale ma tranquilla, ascensore molto utile e sfruttato, appartamento con terrazzo privato....super!!!!! quello che scrivo, vuole essere un suggerimento, la cucina è comoda e dotata degli utensili di prima necessita, il mio consiglio, sarebbe quello di dare in dotazione anche una tovaglia, asciugapiatti, tappeto per cucina, rotolo di carta (scottex) e magari se fosse possibile delle monoporzioni di olio e aceto, sale perchè il turista che viene in vacanza , cerca un appartamento con cucina per evitare costi extra eccessivi dovuti al fatto di uscire spesso a mangiare oppure come nel mio caso, la possibilità di cucinare perchè intollerante al glutine e non sempre si trovano cibi non contaminati, purtroppo è impossibile portare in aereo il necessario, bisognerebbe anche a pagamento vendere delle mono porzioni. Devo aggiungere che ho chiesto della carta e un asciugapiatti e mi è stato dato subito, come pure ci è stato offerto in appartamento le cialde per il primo caffè e dell'acqua. Il mio vuole essere un consiglio e non certo una critica

• Fiorillo (1/5): Truffa - Sono stato truffato Mi vengono tolti 100 euro al momento del check-in come cauzione per eventuali danni alla struttura, un classico penso… al momento del check out, stante l’assenza totale delle pulizie della camera dal canto loro, mi viene detto (dopo averli io stesso contattati) che i 100 euro non verranno restituiti perché a loro dire avevamo fumato in camera (cosa falsa) ma per il loro regolamento la loro parola fa testo e fede… non c’erano danni nulla solo “sporco” perché dicono che i bicchieri li devo lavare io… Per carità non sono d’accordo con questa politica ma il problema è il mio perché dovevo leggere meglio ok… torno dal viaggio finito in data 11/04/2026 ed in data 13 mi scalano altri 70 euro!!! Chiedo spiegazioni mi dicono che anzi sono loro che mi hanno fatto la gentilezza ed io non so leggere il mio estratto conto, che la loro non è una truffa e di contattare la mia banca… nonostante la presa in giro palese contatto la mia banca e mi confermano quello che ho letto!! TRUFFAAAAA

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with a private terrace, which we really appreciated—perfect for enjoying the great weather and the beautiful view. There is also a shared terrace available for all apartments. The host was very kind and gave us several useful recommendations. The single room may not have a door, but it is still separate as it is located on the upper floor and has direct access to the terrace.

• Natalia (9/5): Wspaniały odpoczynek w pięknej Walencji - Świetna lokalizacja w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko spacerkiem. Mieszkanie przestronne. Dobra komunikacja ze strony właścicieli. Taras na dachu- wspólny dla wszystkich był bardzo przyjemny. Drzwi od łazienkowe przesuwne- trochę niekomfortowe, jak i te od prysznica- otwierane na całą szerokość raczej małej łazienki- jeśli jesteś większych rozmiarów się zablokujesz. Hałas od podwórka szkolnego- od rana do 21 cały czas coś się działo. Kilka torebek herbaty lub kapsułek kawy więcej zrobiłoby dużą różnicę.

• MARIA JOSE (9/5): Feliz estancia en Ciutat Vella - La limpieza, la ubicación, el ascensor que en estas fincas no suele haber. La atención recibida y todo en general. Cocina pese al ser pequeña está equipada. Todo genial La mampara de la ducha no cubre todo el plato y se moja mucho fuera aunque seas cuidadosa. Le tuvimos que pedir un cubo y una fregona y reemplazo de alfombras de ducha y lo solventamos sin problema. Al saber que podías recoger elnagua te sentías más tranquila duchándote. La fuerza de la cisterna es baja y le cuesta a veces tragar el papel. Salvo estos 2 detalles todo genial. Repetiré.

It is opposite a school which did create some noice at playtimes but it really wasn’t a ‘horrible’ noise so didn’t bother us Would have been great to have some closer parking options - however the staff were great and helped us locate the nearest car park and offered to make a reservation for us.

• Géza (8/5): Szuper kis szállás, jó helyen! - Szemben volt egy suli, de hétvégén este érkeztünk, így másnap hétfőn hallottuk a tesiórát, ill. a gyerekek nyüzsgését. Egy függöny lehet jó lenne. Jó helyen van, közel a piachoz (mindenhez), kényelmes és kellemes szállás, jól éreztük magunkat, nyugodtan ajánlom! A kukát le kellett vigyük az utcára egy nagy hulladéktárolóba, de nem esett le az aranygyűrű, így visszajárt a kaució :).

Facilità con il pagamento e le indicazioni fornite per procedere. Non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto, ma il bagno è veramente piccolo rispetto all'appartamento.
• Kim (3/5): Ik zou hier niet opnieuw verblijven, 2u voor de deur gestaan. - Receptie was open van 10 tot 18u, ik had in mijn boeking al aangegeven wanneer we er zouden zijn, kreeg dan nogmaals berichtje op booking dat ik op tijd moest aangeven dat ik buiten de uren zou aankomen en mijn nummer zodat ze alles via whats app konden sturen. indien na receptieuren zouden we ID en borg via Whatsapp regelen en zo de nodige instructies krijgen. Wij kwamen aan rond 17u en namen dan de sleutel in ontvangst. We namen sleutel in ontvangst en kregen verder geen uitleg dus gingen er ook vanuit dat extra uitleg niet nodig was. De jongen aan receptie zei dat ik altijd kon bellen of sturen met eender welke vraag via Whatsapp. ECHTER, na onze spullen in de kamer te zetten gingen we het stad in en kwam rond 21u30 terug, maar we konden niet binnen met onze sleutel en moesten blijkbaar een code hebben. Deze hadden we niet, we hebben 2u aan de deur gestaan, ik heb wel meer dan 20x gebeld op de nummers die aan de deur hingen en dus waarop ik altijd kon bellen. Via telefoon, via Whatsapp, via Facebook, Instagram, booking email. Uiteindelijk zijn we binnengeraakt met andere gasten, OEF! om 23u45 kreeg ik een simpel antwoord met de code in whatsapp, geen sorry of niets, ze hadden ook 5x teruggebeld om 23u45 maar dan sliepen we gelukkig al. Dit was ECHT niet oké!! 's Morgens sprak ik de jongen aan de receptie hierop aan en hij lachte het weg, ook dat helemaal niet respectvol naar gasten toe. Ook erna geen telefoontje, geen berichtje om te verontschuldigen, niets.... Verder sliepen we op kamer 2, aan de voorzijde, met Frans balkon, maar vooral: recht voor het appartement is een open sportterrein waar matchen basket enz gespeeld worden waardoor er super veel lawaai is en de ramen zijn totaal niet geluidsdicht. Om 6u smorgens en 6u savonds wordt ook afval opgehaald waardoor je dit ook goed hoort tot op de kamer, ook andere gasten die binnenkomen in hun kamer hoor je super hard in jouw kamer. Ik heb al 2x eerder in Valencia geslapen, maar nooit met zoveel lawaai rond mij, omdat normaal het hotel/appartement hier wel op voorzien is. Bed was klein maar locatie was op zicht wel goed, al zou ik er zeker niet opnieuw verblijven.

Vsetko bolo v poriadku, jemny refresh kupelne s wc by to mozno len chcelo. A dlhsiu lezaciu cast na pohovke rozkladacej.

• Mary (9/5): Great! Would stay again - Great location, comfortable flat, we were 3 adults. Well stocked kitchen / bathroom. Very friendly and responsive staff. A few hooks around would be great, for jackets or wet towels. As the shower door does not fill the whole space, the bathroom floor got quite wet when showering. Easily fixed with towels on the floor but might bother some people
