I had the smallest room but still ok and in addition , I had another separate private room with settee , chair & coffee table . Ishbel ( owner ) was extremely pleasant & made a great breakfast in her very well presented breakfast room . Great views from here & both of my rooms . No evening meals but a great chippie just down the road & was ok to bring back & eat in my additional room ,

- Mary (10/5): Best By Far - During our trip through England and Scotland, we stayed in seven different places, two hotels and five B&Bs. Norland was by far the best of the best. Our host made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our comfortable room had a lovely view of the Moray Firth with a light house in the distance. We walked through the town of Lossiemouth to the marina and beach. What a marvelous area! Other B&Bs just offered continental breakfast, but Norland's host served a home cooked traditional Scottish breakfast in her lovely dining room. We highly recommend this B&B!
