- Mark (8/5): First choice hotel for this part of Nottingham. - Rooms large and comfortable. Bathroom great. Restaurant welcoming and small but good choice. Car park filled up very quickly and no places left.

Only bar food of an evening but that was fine for us Parking outside the hotel wasn’t easy but did find out from reception we could park anywhere on the university grounds. Unfortunately a party of school children there the same time as us and were running up and down the corridors and screaming

Would stay again Far from the centre. Like an hour walk. So you would need to Uber or bus to the centre if you are not like me and don't wanna walk an hour.

Very very noisy at night due to people using the atrium meeting area way past midnight which the bedrooms overlook and staff moving furniture at about 5am...very little sleep. On arrival zero parking on site...had to park 9ver half a mile away and walk...

- Ros (3/5): My daughter was very ill in hospital , I needed a safe sanctuary to sleep in and off for three days which this flat did - Location ok Parking in street available near property Bedroom / shower room / kitchen acceptably clean except carpet downstairs Has washing machine Some tea / coffee dried packets available - Could not access property easily as digital key did not work always and had to rely on others to key me in the building - red light in window of downstairs flat - not sure what this signified - House with flats in smelt strongly of cannabis - Top floor flat where I was staying was smelling of cannabis as was coming in though draft from landing - Landing outside flats was very dirty with mud everywhere - I found it difficult to get to the top floor - Carpet in flat was not properly hoovered clean Window in bedroom blind did not stay closed as was broken and I was woken up by light at dawn Tv s did not work could only access screen which was written in another language with instructions

- Jasmine (8/5): Brilliant location for a conference on site. - Large room and brilliant location for on site conference. Reception staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. I didn't use them but nice touch with the robes available. Towels were also a nice quality. The room was very hot. Fortunately there was a fan in the room, but there was no plug near the bed to plug the fan in so couldn't really make best use of the fan. There was a plug socket near the bedhead but I think the room would have benefitted from an additional socket near the floor by the coffee station or near the seating area. One of the elevators was out of order and parking is always a bit of a challenge.

I was impressed, it has nice big pond around and the back nice to wake up in morning to see it There nothing I can say bad about it

- MICHAEL (10/5): Excellent for an overnight conference stay - The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is copious, and there is always car parking. One of the lifts was out of order, which meant a longer waiting time for the one in operation.

Loved the bar and surrounding atmosphere Its was so disturbing at night, couldn’t sleep until midnight due to the noises. Having a room just at the front didn’t help. - Jacquelyn (9/5): excellent place but no fridge like us booking for a few days at a time a fridge would be very handy - All great and a very good location for our needs (queens medical) but the only one observation is there are no fridges in any of the rooms we have had cause to stay here and in several rooms over the last few weeks and I would book for the future as we are going to need too, but no fridge and being a regular customer no discount from the hotel only by booking in booking . - Ruth (8/5): Great location - Great location, and easy to get into the City Centre on the bus. Room clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking on site and staff helpful. The lighting in the rooms was a bit harsh, and it felt a bit like staying in a hall of residence. You could also hear guests in the adjoining room.

- Abigail (8/5): - The location was great for the university. The hotel lobby and bar was nice and spokes restaurant was great. The room and bathroom was clean and perfect size for one guest. I got given the wrong key so walked in on someone else in their room. Although staff did apologise and give me a free £10 drink token, it made me feel uneasy going to bed both nights thinking someone could come into my room, so I didn’t sleep well. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable.
