Richard (2/5): - This was one of the worst motels I've stayed at. The only positive was the room was clean. There were 2 bars of soap and 2 towels. No cups, no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, all of Wich were advertised. I had to get on a chair to adjust the heat. Also there were no blankets on the bed. Went the office to get one . No ice machine.Refused to give me a refund for the next 2 days booked. Went to another motel for the next two days

Our cards didn’t work in our door so the maintenance guy (who was very nice) came and unlocked it for us and told us if it did it again, we could just climb through the window. Ummmm…..no. This place was scary. I would NOT recommend.

If you have ever seen a bad movie where shady things go down, this place looks EXACTLY like that. Please look at the reviews on CHOICE HOTELS and you will find the same as I am writing. DO NOT STAY. I left - couldn't stay and they charged my card and REFUSED A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T STAY!! Hotel next door indicated that they use this hotel for locals to stay. I believe this is where the homeless stay when a charity pays for a hotel for them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Verified traveler (4/5): - Check in was good staff was very welcoming. Room was ver small carpets were filthy toilet paper sat on edge of tub cause holder was broke. Only 1 light bulb in a 3 light fixture in bathroom. Only other lighting in the room was a lamp on end table and only 1 bulb. Only one curtain panel on window and was hung wrong side out. I was tired after driving all day and just crashed but was up and out early. Would NOT stay here again. Dont know why Hotels .com even lists these type of properties. Think they need to check them out occasionally. Spent 24 nights on the road this was by far the worst room I had the whole trip.

Verified traveler (4/5): - We arrived and checkin went smoothly. They were very nice and pleasant to work with. We got to our room and the door wouodnt open. Went back to the frint desk and they put us in a different room. The carpets were nasty, there was mold on the walls where it looked like there was a floor and they never cleaned it up. The internet and tv never did work, the shower was rusty and dirty looking. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. All night long it smelled like cigarette smoke in our room from other guest standing outside our door smoking.

The room I was given was incredibly small, with horrible paint and wall decor. The closet was about 15 inches wide, the fridge didn't work, and there was no internet access due to the room's location (#32). The staff consisted of one person handling both check-ins and cleaning. The coffee was stone cold, indicating it had been sitting for hours. I was surprising to see the owner and her daughter arrive at check-out in a brand-new imported car while their business is literally falling apart. Figures where the money is going? Not cheap for what it was, honestly.

First off, no trash can in the room, 2nd no shampoo or conditioner to us in shower. 3rd no fan and it took half of the night for the old A/C unit mounted super high by the bathroom to cool the room. The bed was majorly wore out, broke down. No blinds in the main window and no screen if you wanted to open and not get bugs inside. Stains on the carpet in many places. I will not stay in place again!

Karen (4/5): - There were no towels, washcloths until we asked for them. The parking lot has huge potholes and alley garbage. Somehow we understood that there was a breakfast available - not so. Go to McDonald's next door. That's fine, except don't advertise that you have continental breakfast when you don't.
David (4/5): Go somewhere else. - No hand soap in the bathroom! Really! No soap to wash your hands after you use the bathroom? That’s unacceptable. Went to check out, needed a receipt the next morning around 9am. No one at the office and I was told there won’t be until 10am.
Tess (2/5): - I booked on Expedia, and when I arrived the receptionist informed me that there would be an extra $40 per night fee for my pets. This was NOT advertised on their listing. I complained, and the lady cancelled my reservation but did not inform Expedia properly, so I got charged $90 for a room I never stayed in and Expedia has not responded in over 2 weeks now. Besides all this, the hotel was the sketchiest and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, which is saying a lot because I usually stay at cheap and dumpy two-star hotels to save money. But this one was a step beyond. AND their pictures make it look clean and beautiful. False advertising.

It is surrounded by more upscale higher priced hotels, but again while my son traveling with me commented looks like a good place to buy meth, you get what you pay for.

The TV did not work; the internet did not work. There were black bugs in the room & on the bed in the morning. Complaints to management were not addressed. Checked out in the morning but management would not refund the charges for the remaining 2 nights reserved. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Avoid staying here.
Ina (2/5): - I was informed the day of my stay that they would not be able to house me, I was in the town I needed to be for the state track meet which is a huge event, so after I was informed that they did not have a room for me, it took me one hour and a really helpful clerk at the Courtyard hotel, to find a room. The costs involved for my family for the inconvenience was triple what I would have had to pay if the Roadway inn would have been able to house us.
Susan (6/5): Cheaper than the others - The location is very easy, right off the highway. The hotel is very old and in need of much renovation. the room was clean, but smelled really badly. The TVs don’t work right, even though they are brand new, and nobody could tell us how to run them properly. Lots of good nearby. Staff was very friendly and tried to be lots of help to us.
Brandon (2/5): Don’t expect much - Low end motel - 1/2 a star at most, you get what you get and anyone that books a stay with this hotel should know what they are not getting. Upon check in, no towels in room, broken beds/ box springs that I ultimately was wrongfully charged for, no communication between office and housekeeping as to length of stay. Dresser drawers that would not stay closed creating hazardous walkways to and from the bathroom. Etc
Dawn (4/5): - Well when we got there to check in he had to check if they even had 2 eooms even though we had a reservation weeks in advance. Thwn are rooms were a long way away from each other. One room was clean with no towels or toliet paper other room was not really clean water damage around the bass boards, no tv remote, and toliet ran, no lighting in the bedroom area lamp waa broke and ther were playing cards stuck in a picture. Also who every was in charge was chexking one of the rooms to see if we were still there a day before we were supposes to check.out. As well as our keys were shut off 4 hours before check out time. All in all was not a good experience at all would not recommended this place to anyone

The heater was off when we arrived, and it took more than four hours for the room to warm up. Had to sleep in my coat and sweatpants, however, the manager was responsive and polite

Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t Go Here! Unsafe, unprofessional - Don’t Go Here! Unsafe, disrespectful, unprofessional. While checking in another newly checked in guest had to report that their TV was stolen. My room smelled of strong cheep perfume to the point that I was unable to breathe. There was hair on the bed near pillows (see photo). The office employee was never in the office so each time someone needed something I had to call a number and wait 15-20 minutes for another person to call her and then for the staff to walk over with her boyfriend from one of the motel rooms. So, when I tried to leave it took a substantial amount of time to get the staff to come over. The manager over the phone told me the refund policy is that any refund can be issues as long as I checked out within 30 minutes. I tried but the staff was not in the office so it was impossible. Manager told me to call the next day to discuss the refund, however when I called several times she was refused answer the phone or the reply to her text message or even to Hotels.com regarding the issue. This was one of the worst experiences with a motel one could have, had to pay for this and another room somewhere else. Don’t trust, don’t go here.

Stacey (4/5): So disappointed - Almost every plug outlet didn’t work, only 2 in the entire room worked, couldn’t turn lights on because the outlets the lamps plugged into didn’t work, couldn’t charge our phones. We couldn’t shower, no bath towels, wash cloths or soap and shampoo were stocked or available. Couldn’t reach front desk and when we went to the office, sign was on door that it was closed. We had to pull out the fridge so that we could plug in the coffee pot since the other outlets didn’t work. We paid a total of $77 for this hotel but it was only worth $30. This is suppose to be a hospitality business, that wasn’t very hospitable. I will say the bed was clean and the floors and the shower. My positive is that it was at the least clean.

Sean (6/5): Hotel is not well kept... - The hotel has not been well kept. The room smelled like they tried to mask a smokers room with deoderizer. It took 20 minutes and a number of calls to different numbers to finally get someone that could check me in.

Christine (4/5): - Upon arrival I was informed that there would be no TV in the room. The room was freezing cold and my daughter had to do maintenance on it to get it to hear the room. The microwave sounded like it was going to explode. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room and the drain in the flaking bathtub looked like someone had dumped their ash tray in it. The only good thing was that the mattresses were comfortable. We left immediately upon waking in the morning.

Verified traveler (2/5): Hope you have your tetnus shot - This place is the stereotype of cheap hotel. Dis-gus-ting!! Open the door, and get hit by a wall of cat piss smell. Walk around and your feet stick to the floor. Bugs I've never seen the likes of in the bathroom, and praying it did not get on my toothbrush! Lay in bed that feels 25 years old and is gross, and then get woken up by a worker entering my room while still in bed (at a normal hour to be in bed in the morning). If I were you, I'd take a hard pass on this place!

Kevin (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! We reserved 5 rooms for 3 nights. When we arrived late on the first night, none of the rooms were ready. After scrambling for an hour, they handed us our cards for our rooms. One of our party opened her door and there was a man in it. Another room has a broken tub so you couldn’t use it. Our bathroom lights in our bathroom wouldn’t work. Ask the rooms had an awful smell and were dirty. I spoke with the manager and told her we were going to find somewhere else to stay and she refused to refund us, she has charged us for all three nights ahead of time. Stay away!

They had one tiny trash can, the mattresses were old and used up, the bathtub was peeling and the caulking around everything was cut rate. One the positive the TV and fridgeworked and the bathroom vanity was nice. Nothing like an iron, they had a coffee pot but nothing to use in it.

Mari (4/5): - You should take this inn off expedia. We were sent to the “upgraded” room/hotel which took a while for us to find. We were told that a room is ready for us in the other hotel econo lodge. When we got to this other hotel, there were a lot if people in the lobby waiting for a room and the front desk couldn’t tell us how soon a room would be ready and it was almost midnight! There was one lady who arrived after us and she got furious when she found out that she had to wait for a room- she left. We did not have a choice but to wait as we were driving uhaul and towing 1 car. We waited less than half an hour though. I will never book with rodeway inn ever again!
Ronda (2/5): - The power did not work and room smelled terrible. I told the front desk I was leaving and would like a refund. Guy told me he would check into it. I didn't have time to stand and argue because I had to make an appt time. Had to hurry and book another room because everything was full - and EconoLodge had overbooked the night before leaving me sleeeping in my car - same owners as this place. Now they have charged my card (showed I checked out the next day). STAY AWAY!!!!!
Julia (2/5): - We arrived late, we’re told rooms had flooded, we’re sent to econo lodge where we’re waited over an hour for one room instead of two. The toilet didn’t flush. It sucked at both places.
