• Kavitha (9/5): Truly enjoyed the stay and wish to return. - The location is fabulous. Near to shopping malls, massage and food. Rooms are spick and span with clean bedsheets and towels. All the necessary toiletries were provided. I was surprised they provided the travel size Pepsodant toothpaste. We were welcomed with Starbucks vouchers as welcome drinks. Each coupon allowed us to redeem 2 drinks and had to use before check out date. Staff are friendly and greeted us at every corner of the premises. One of our rooms were upgraded to a suite. It came with the mini Nespresso with capsules. The suite had a mini kitchen with microwave too. Also, the TV had many channels that met our interests. The breakfast was acceptable with lots of local food varieties. The hotel did change their menu every day. Good effort on that. The staff attended to our tables and cleaned the plates promptly. The sofa and recliner in the suite needs to be cleaned or replaced. We didn’t use the sofa and recliner as it was heavily stained with dusty cushions.

Having stayed in several hotels abroad recently, I truly feel iHotel Baloi exceeds expectations in service, cleanliness, and comfort. One side of bed power point is too low hence unable to plug in your handphone plug. No day curtain. Room insufficient lights. Duty manager Mr Jumandi did a good job in service recovery. IMO, avoid room facing GBM despite having a good view on higher floor but the dis advantage is facing afternoon sun which you need to close the curtain completely.

When asked for an extra key card, not given. Only allowed 2. One card is used as a main switch. Then one card to be shared by 2 people. When my cousin came back, I was out and she had no card. Asked for an extra one, not given. This is the first time we experienced this.
