• Veso (5/5): Just like living in a basement - Staff was friendly Hotel provided misleading information regarding room. Room had no windows nor any sort of ventilation. What appeared on rooms description tho, was a room with a giant window.

• RAYMOND (8/5): Overall, our stay was okay, but there is still room for improvement in facilities and guest request - Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay, and the location was very convenient for our family activities. Some facilities were lacking, and a few amenities we expected were not available during our visit. We also requested a small surprise birthday greeting upon arrival for our mother, but unfortunately the hotel was not able to arrange it. We hope that hotel can improve these areas to provide a better experience for future guests.

• Esmee (7/5): Oke - Het was heel erg schoon! Er zat geen raam in mijn kamer. Het hotel heeft niet echt sfeer, het is prima voor een doorreis maar zou er niet te lang blijven. Het zit naast een drukke weg. Water werd niet warm.

Kein Tresor. - In der Umgebung gibt es überhaupt keine Restaurants. Man muss ein Taxi nehmen. - Das Hotel-"Restaurant" verdient den Namen nicht. TK-Kost mit Mikrowelle matschig aufgewärmt 🤮 Dazu noch teuer.

There was a time I go down to the restaurant because no one is answering the telephone, when I arrive the lights are off, there a man inside, and I asked if I can order for breakfast, and he said they are closed, I was mad cause no one informed us ahead of time there will be no food or restaurant for next day cause it'll be closed, so I just asked the staff, can I atleast buy this 3 in 1 coffee, so I can prepare it myself, and he declined it, he didn't even attempt to ask someone to have me buy it instead as hospitality. 2nd the rooms has no telephone, the other room we transferred too. 3rd the receptionist, seems having a hard time communicating with the guest, it is when we are requesting for an O.R and she can't understand the instructions were telling her to have the food and room separated

• Haluk Adil (6/5): After one night I left. - Shower area clean, large, hot water. Located at very busy industrial place. Watch out for traffic, There is nothing there except 7 Eleven just a few hundreds feet away. Room didn’t have a window so you need to turn on the lights even daytime. Generally whole building smelled like a paint, maybe they just did a paint job.
