• Wil (9/5): Excellence in hospitality and perfect location! - Great location, easy walk to Ubud Palace and multiple plant based vegan restaurants, even Sawobali, a budget friendly vegan buffet. Front desk personal are wonderful. Fari provided a warm welcome and help to problem solve an issue with beds. Bintang (not sure of the spelling of her name) and another women who worked in Thurs May 16th provided outstanding hospitality. I love love love their flexible breakfast schedule which goes from early AM to almost midnight ! This kind of breakfast policy is the best I’ve seen in all my world travels! Also liked that breakfast would be served in the room (balcony) daily if desired. I selected this hotel because their restaurant Herb Library had strong reviews for vegan food. IMHO the breakfast food options were rather bland and the smoothie was way too sweet, no berries and all bananas. Minor point, the room trash bin could be reimagined to be lighter, placed out of the way and perhaps with a cover that did not need to be physically handled each time.
• didem (7/5): The property is nice, but the reception was unhelpful. - Honestly, the resort is very nice, well-maintained, the rooms are very stylish, the pool area is lovely, it's very centrally located, and the breakfast is good. However, I can say that I'm very disappointed with the staff at the reception. I made my reservation through booking.com. Because I have asthma, I sent two emails specifying that I needed a sunny and airy room. However, they gave me a room located below the pool, completely sunless, with walls at the front and back for limited ventilation, resulting in a very damp and humid atmosphere. Yes all the rooms are beautifull but their failure to help me in this matter is a huge negative point for me.

It's surrounded by the jungle, a peaceful corner in the city. Every single detail was perfect, including the afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant were so good and the breakfast amazing, what a choice, we loved everything. I would recommend without hesitation. Fabulous experience. Absolutely nothing.
• Timo (10/5): Een prachtige oase van rust in het drukke Ubud! - Wát een fijne accommodatie! Onze kamer was zó ruim en mooi dat we na het inchecken eerst alles rustig in ons hebben opgenomen. Het personeel is ongelofelijk aardig, denkt mee en is servicegericht zonder dat het 'too much' is. Er was altijd voldoende plek bij het zwembad en de ligbedden waren erg comfortabel. Voor het ontbijt is er keuze uit zo'n dertig gerechten, echt super. De locatie van het verblijf is perfect. Echt een oase van rust, terwijl de drukke winkelstraat op één minuut lopen ligt. Wanneer we nog eens naar Ubud gaan, gaan we hier ongetwijfeld weer heen.

• Sophie (9/5): We had a really lovely stay in Ubud. The jungle room was a highlight — beautifully designed and surrounded by lush green - Beautiful property, in the heart of Ubud but felt it was hidden away in the jungle. Great location. Unfortunately we did not know until we arrived that the pool bar was having construction work on in the main pool, there was some construction and noise around the pool. We also noticed because of the lack of that bar, there was no staff keeping an eye on the towels running out or the collection of dirty plates / glasses around the pool beds pile up, which did attract ants and insects and made a few dirty beds not want to be used by guests. A few times we had to go to reception to ask for towels which only then prompted someone to tidy up dirty plates around the pool. I’m sure now once the pool bar has finished there would be staff around to notice.

Dwi driving us to Gilimanuk 4 hours away we couldn’t be any more grateful. The food exceptional and the rooms were perfect. Thank you - we didn’t want to leave so we will be back soon I had to leave
• Laura (8/5): Great place to stay for first time visiting Bali - Great hotel with very friendly staff and amazing jungle views despite being in the center of Ubud. For a first time in Ubud it was a great place to stay as it offered calm vibes with easy access to restaurants/ shops etc etc. Quality spa and nice pool as well. The tea selection was great. I do think the quality of some of the amenities can be slightly improved and the closet light never turned off which was annoying while sleeping. Also there was a lot of noise at night from surrounding areas, but this is a bit unavoidable given the location. It is great that breakfast is all day but I feel the quality of the food at the herb library can be improved.

• Nicole (9/5): Beautiful Stay, Outstanding Suite - Beautiful hotel in an excellent central Ubud location. The Premier Suite was spacious, spotless, elegant and very comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom had an incredible view over the jungle, and the suite also featured a beautiful large terrace that made the stay even more special. The pools are large, relaxing, and the overall property is truly beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, with very good quality and a great selection. We had also informed the hotel that we were celebrating our mother’s 70th birthday, and they prepared a lovely decoration in the room, together with a delicious cake and fresh fruit, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff on site were kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The only reason I am not giving the maximum score is the communication and reservation handling before arrival. Due to the war situation, our flights were cancelled several times and we kept the hotel informed throughout the process, updating them each time our travel dates changed. Most hotels we had booked responded quickly and helped us adjust our reservations accordingly. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel where communication became difficult. Our original reservation had been made directly with the hotel, and we had already paid a one-night deposit to secure it. At first, some alternative dates were discussed, but once our trip was finally confirmed and we informed the hotel that we had arrived in Bali, we no longer received replies despite several follow-up emails and messages. As our arrival date was getting very close and availability was limited, we had to act quickly and make a new reservation through Booking to ensure we could still stay here, as we specifically wanted this hotel. At check-in, the reception team kindly informed us that the original deposit could be used as credit for food, spa, yoga or other services, which was appreciated and which the yoga session as well as the spa experience were very good.

• Jeanett (8/5): Ubicación fantástica pero mucha humedad en nuestra habitación - Ubicación fantástica El desayuno y el personal muy amable El spa y sus masajes los mejores en la zona, vale la pena pagar un poco más y te trata una profesional Estuvimos alojados en un junior suite y estas habitaciones están en la planta más baja del hotel, con mucha humedad y la habitación olía tan fuerte a humedad. Pedimos un cambio y nos cambiaron el día siguiente a otra habitación que olía menos! Al ser fuera de temporada alta teníamos esta oportunidad pero si no , no era posible vivir en la primera habitación!

Мне было очень комфортно во время моего пребывания. Удобное расположение - близко к ресторанам и основным улицам, но тихо. В моей комнате было слабое интернет-соединение.

• Myriam (10/5): Fantastique - Absolument tout ! C'était encore mieux que ce qu'on a imaginé ! On ne s'attendait pas à un tel traitement ! Pour commencer, la localisation : Très central, l'hôtel est très bien situé dans une très charmante ruelle d'ubud pleines de petites boutiques, supermarché et restaurants. C'est très mignon, ce n'est pas hyper bruyant ni immense. C'est à taille humaine et il y a tout ce qu'il faut y compris des centres de massages juste devant l'hôtel ! - La chambre et l'hôtel : Tout est parfait. C'est propre, le service est au top, c'est luxueux mais authentique, la déco est magnifique, ils ont gardé le côté balinais, c'est très vert, les piscines sont très belles, il y a même un espace cinéma en plein air, la salle de finesse est très correcte et plutôt bien équipée pour un hôtel, il y a également une salle très zen pr faire du yoga, bref, c'est magique. - Le personnel est au petit soin du début à la fin et ils sont humains (chaleureux). On nous a amenés les bagages dans la chambre au check in et au check out. On a pas eut à les porter, sans oublier le verre de bienvenue et dès qu'on demande un service ils répondent et arrivent rapidement. Ils sont au top ! - Ubud est un emplacement idéal et cet hôtel notamment pour faire pleins d'excursions, d'ailleurs ils proposent aussi un bureau d'excursion. - La nourriture est très bonne, le service petit déjeuner est disponible toute la journée jusqu'au soir ! Ce qui est très rare.... Puis on a aussi droit à un "tea time" gratuit, compris dans le tarif de la chambre tout les après-midi. - Chambre : la literie est top, la pression de l'eau dans la SDB aussi et d'ailleurs on nous met à disposition des bouteilles d'eau minérale pour le brossage des dents ! J'ai trouvé ça super. On avait vu sur la jungle, c'était magnifique et vous n'avez pas à vous inquiétez des moustiques, ils sont équipés pour ! Juste un petit détail à savoir si vous êtes plusieurs dans la chambre, il n'y a pas de salle de bain fermé avec une porte. On peut se faire un endroit "intime" en tirant les rideaux pour en faire une pièce à part mais il n'y a pas de porte qui sépare le côté SDB de la chambre. Après bien sûr il y a la porte de la douche et des toilettes.

• Noora (9/5): Calm and quiet oasis in the middle of Ubud. Nice afternoon tea, and great breakfast! - Beautiful place with great details. The spa is excellent and also the afternoon tea is a nice touch. The water in one of the swimming pools got very blurry and green and ended up coloring our daughter’s hair. Our room was also quite damp and there was no chance to get wet clothes dried.

• Jan Jelle (10/5): Stop looking - this is the best hotel in central Ubud - Stop looking: you’ve found the best hotel in Ubud. It has that rare combo: super close to the center, but still feels like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The infinity pool alone is worth it. It has everything you would expect from a high end hotel, but beautifully and tastefully mixed with local culture and vibes. Mornings were my personal highlight, breakfast by the street, watching Ubud slowly wake up. In the evening, that same spot turns into a really cozy restaurant (often with live music) and great, healthy food. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Not in a “polite hotel service” way, but genuinely warm, personal, and attentive. You can tell they actually care, and it makes a big difference. I extended my stay with 6 nights, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to stay here <3 I loved everything

• Helga (10/5): Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand het centrum van Ubud - Het is een heerlijk hotel met mooie kamers in een groene omgeving middenin Ubud. Fijne zwembaden. Het water had precies de goede temperatuur. Het restaurant is gezellig met lekker eten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de laatste dag konden we onze bagage stallen bij de receptie en mochten we gewoon gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten. Niets.
• Salomé (10/5): Magical! - I stayed at Adiwana Resort for 2 weeks by myself and I LOVED my stay! I was able to disconnect from all the stress and did my Yoga classes at Radiantly Alive, just a few minutes away. The staff took such great care of me, between magnific massages that healed my back pain, to being fed healthy food, and resting by the pool; I came back renewed. I miss it all so much, I want to go back! It was all magical! Nothing!
• Clarisse (9/5): Beautiful peaceful resort in a very central location to walk everywhere! - Loved the room, the little gym , the spa and the location! The staff were also wonderful. The vegan breakfast options could be improved as the restaurant is no longer fuller vegan now.
• Sharon (10/5): A Balinese Paradise - We had an incredible stay at this wonderful resort. The entire property is immersed in lush, beautiful gardens, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. All the public areas are exceptionally well-maintained, reflecting the care put into every detail. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, featuring a large, comfortable bed, a stand alone bath tub and a shower with plenty of hot water, which was much appreciated. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive, and especially to Era, who on a half-day tour introduced to us Balinese culture. It was truly a highlight of our trip. • Victoria (10/5): Lovely tranquil resort, centrally located - This boutique resort was a perfect choice for my stay in Bali. It's located on a quiet side street but within easy walking distance of many attractions like the sacred monkey forest. I loved my huge room, which was tastefully furnished and offered a beautiful view of garden foliage. The staff were fantastic. The resort is calm and peaceful, which I enjoyed a lot. They offer a delicious complimentary "breakfast" that you can take at any time of the day. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to have the opportunity to return.

• JEANETTE (8/5): - After being assigned a room that was off to the left of reception and down six flights of stairs with no lift (301). This was an Adiwana room, we requested a ground floor room. After informing the staff we were not going to be going up and down 6 flights of stairs for the next 4 nights they kindly changed our room to one on the ground floor by the pool. Staff informing us we could stay in this room for 1 night and then move to the 2nd floor overlooking the pool which had only 2 flights of stairs and a lift. We were very happy with this and tired after a long day of traveling, so we just wanted to relax and sleep. However just as we were drifting off to sleep the guests above us started to have a party, it was like we were in a youth hostel. I went to the front desk a number of times, staff and security went to the other guest room to no effect. Luckily for us the noisey guests left the next day otherwise we would have just had to find somewhere else to stay at more cost. The rest of the stay was nice See above.

Ilmselt vajavad konditsioneeri filtrid vahetust vms. Vihmaga tuli ukse alt vesi tuppa mida marmorpǒrandal näha polnud. Vaevu jäin libeduse tǒttu püsti.

• Lianne (10/5): Our stay could not have been more enjoyable—the staff made it an exemplary week in Ubud! - Total silence most of the day and also the night, in spite of being located very near Ubud’s Main Street (& therefore central to everything we needed :) staff were excellent—attentive, friendly & took initiative to personalize our experience. Everything on site is lush, carefully groomed & cleaned hourly. Our room had all the amenities we needed & was super-comfortable! Great Balinese-fusion restaurant adjacent, with live music at dinner & will accommodate any dietary need. The wide-ranging Spa treatments available were amazing & easy to book around our other activities. We will be back if we return to Bali! Nothing we could think of.
