- Anny (1/5): There villa in a good location if they willing to renovate or fix the property - My family didn’t enjoy the stay The property was old and damaged by the time used but they didn’t upgrade or fix it. The villa has beach view but they locked the view without letting me know ahead of time. The pool was alright but didn’t turn on the outside light as it should be. I requested the baby crib but I needed to call them three times till 10pm for them to come and set it up

- Hien (5/5): ok stay - The villa was incredibly spacious. The lay out of interior allowed for movement and not crowded. furniture seems dated however or maybe it has been used well. the location for the villa was not great. poor lighting and it's literally right across a large abandoned hotel property so you had the sense of being stranded somewhere with rotting cement buildings that are unfinished and left to wither away. the small refrigerators in the villa is NOT a fridge. Apparently, it is only there to keep things NOT hot/warm, not to keep them cold so be aware of that if you need to bring medications that need to be refrigerated. the breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, but the staff (the boys that cleared the tables) were friendly and helpful and tried to clear the tables as fast as they could for you. this villa/hotel is NOT in the main city. it is in the outskirts of the city, about 30-40 min drive away so if you are looking for the city of Quy Nhon, this would be the rural , fisherman village. close to ky co beach which was the main reason for our visit.

Du må ikke tage mad og drikke med udefra. Hotellet tager overpris for drikkevarer. Havde forventet lidt mere luksus for et 5 stjerner hotel. Skal du op til byen så vil jeg anbefale at du går langs stranden. Det sparer dig for 2 km. Husk dit værelseskort, ellers vil vagten ikke lukke dig ind/ud. Værelserne er store men det giver ingen mening at det er køkken, når du ikke selv må medbringe mad.
- Tommy (6/5): - The buffet was great, but the room was moldy, and we had to request a room change. We had two rooms in total, and the lock on the second room’s door was broken—it was never fixed. Be aware that you cannot bring food or drinks into your room, and if you’re caught, there’s a $200 USD fine. This means bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to stay at a resort, not a prison. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is in serious need of maintenance. It also looks like half of it is still under construction. We stayed in the “Luxury Tower,” but the only luxury aspect was the balcony view of the beach. If you’re expecting a five-star experience, lower your expectations to a 2-3 star level, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!
- David (2/5): - Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Resort Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at this resort, and it was a complete letdown. The amenities that were advertised, such as certain pools and bars, were shut down during our stay. The photos on their website were misleading, and it felt like bait-and-switch. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. When we asked for water, they refused to provide it. The room was worn down, with sticky floors and a general feeling of neglect. The resort itself felt like a ghost town, with very few guests and a lack of atmosphere. To make matters worse, when we decided to check out early due to the poor conditions, they refused to provide a refund. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this resort. The combination of false advertising, poor maintenance, and unfriendly staff makes it a place to avoid.
- Matthew (2/5): You would think FLC is going bankrupt with the condition of the property -- nice staff - We stayed in 3 br beach front villa, it was clean and spacious, would be ideal for traveling here with multiple families. the food was also adequate. the resort was completley run down, we went during an off season so cant complain about the inacessable beach, but we still walked it and was covered in trash. pool in total disrepair and not safe for children. not a single bar on the entire resort and very pricy meals (For vietnam) staff did their best to accomodate but it was ultimatley an unkempt and unfun stay, the highlight was leaving the resort to go into the city (25 min or so) where we ate some KFC.

- Mark (10/5): Relaxing, clean and very friendly staff - Breakfast was very nice, the villa out of this world and the most friendly staff you could ever meet. Me Khiem was also very nice and he gave us complementary afternoon tea in our villa. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a relaxing holiday, if you are after nightlife etc maybe would not suit you, but for a really relaxing holiday you can not beat it. - MANHEE (6/5): Evaluation after 1 night at family room. - There is great view and good beach. However the room condution was terribly behind the level of 5 stars hotel. Tool broken, many molds, a lot of bugs at bed and pillow etc. I couldn't sleep at bed and sofa either because of the bugs.
- Cathryn (6/5): - This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I would warn English speakers that this hotel can be a bit of a struggle as it didn’t seem there were many staff with English skills. Not a bad thing at all, just want to note that you shouldn’t expect fluent English at all times. Additionally, this hotel does not allow Grab on the property. In order to leave, you need to book a private car or ask the front desk to hire a taxi. The taxis are outrageously priced — ours asked for 150,000 VND for a 2km ride and eventually he settled for 100,000 which is still WAY beyond baseline. The town nearby has some cute cafes and beach access, but is obviously much more limited than downtown Quy Nhon, which is a 20-30 minute ride. Also to note, we were informed by a local guide that FLC properties displaced a fishing village in order to build their resort, and I don’t think I would’ve stayed here if I had known that beforehand. In short, only stay here if you don’t plan to do any excursions or exploration outside hotel property.

Room: Each Room has a own Bathroom and big Bed with a lot of space Pool: I never saw a long privat Pool like this Service: For move outside the villa, we always had a Transport (Golf-Cab), who bring us to the Breakfast, Motorbike or outside from Resort. It was a special Experience The Quality from the Furniture wasn't high quality, but half as bad. Breakfast was ok, quality not from a 5*
- Uyên (7/5): Good - The staff were very friendly and show care to customers, I am impressed by that. The communication is smooth and all our questions were solved. The property was quite old and there are some rust between doors and hingers, so it is quite hard to open and close the doors. The spa experience was good overall but the facilities are old and some are not functional
- Garry (4/5): - Do not visit unless you have a good weather forecast or you are a mad keen golfer. It can be very windy even in good weather. The staff interactions were either very good or poor at best. The walkways to rooms are open to rain and wind so walk carefully. The room set-up was awkward with reasonable hanging space but little in the way of drawers which would have been very useful. The fridge also contains the mini bar so there is limited storage of customer food (be very careful bringing in any outside food!). More hooks on the walls in the bathroom would have helped to keep clothes organised when showering. Be careful of balconies as the fitting we had for the glass were looking very worse for wear. Some of the food at our very different settings was good but most dishes were slow and somewhat small portions. Use the hotel transport option to transition from the airport or train. Our highlight though was the excellent massages in the day spa! Overall a disappointing and uncomfortable experience even allowing for the poor weather.

Beach was beautiful wide and had excellent shaded seating. Pool was large and well kept with the lounge chairs first rate and well spaced you weren't on top of the other guests. Staff wasn't the friendliest I have ever encountered I don't know of a 5 Star hotel that has bus tours and allows guests to wear wet bathing suits in the lobby. Having said the above the hotel caters to the locals and they seemed to enjoy. Room furniture was shabby. Balcony was large but lacked the right seating

- WON SUC (2/5): This hotel doesn't educate and train it's hotelier - I went this hotel on last Saturday to Sunday. When I checked-in, it takes too long time because hoteliers are very unskilled... Also when I checked-out at 5:50am, I said to hotelier that I have to go airport hurry so that she said that it would take 1~2min for room-check... But I wait more than 10 min and said again "I am in hurry", but she used her mobile phone... After 15 min, she gave me room charge receipt for room service and 2 coke.... I was angry for too late and I just signed receipt... In Taxi, I saw that receipt, it was around USD 300. I called my guide, let guide call to claim... She and this hotel didn't know that they made big big mistakes before my guide let them know... I am U.S. Attorney and I will come back after 3 weeks later... I plan to sue this company and make this company punished...

- Dean (8/5): Great for family vacations - This Hotel caters mostly to the domestic family market (Vietnamese families) and does it very well by providing many leisure and sports options for kids and adults alike as well as numerous food outlets that suit Vietnamese families very well. If you're a couple looking for a quiet romantic getaway, forget it. If you're a family with kids, then I think you'll be sure to love it.

Not used to foreigners which is fine as good standard. but feel someone should talk to foreigners to tell them what is available in the area. We found it difficult to get information about the excursions. Food not great. Pool amazing. Beach better than Thailand. Lovely fishing village within walking distance. Definitely go back. Rooms are big with kitchenette and great views.
- BUM (8/5): - I had a great time at FLC. The staff at Spa was excellent. Breakfast wasn't that good. It didn't have a good selection of fruits. I had to wait for a while to have someone to come by to give me hot drinks. I had a private driver to come in and out to pick me up but each time he came in, he was asked set of questions from the car model to car license by the security guard. The only question they didn't ask was how the car was made. As a result, he was at least 10 mins late. When changing shift, the same set of questions were asked as if they didn't have any records regarding the driver and the car. I think it's an inefficient procedure and annoying that made me late for my appointment every single time the driver picked me up.

- Jeffery (10/5): Relaxing resort - I would definitely recommended FLC Luxury Resort to people. As well as a visit to Eo Gio Bay for the view, the Buddha statue and a visit in the little village. The hotel has lots to do and nice big rooms. We had a great one on the top floor with a wrap-around balcony. Food was good and well priced, and mini bar was cheap! No real reason to go all the way in to Quy Nhon though.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - It's a great facility! Would be nicer if they had a jacuzzi or hot tub. And it's a little far from everything so you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. They have a shuttle but only run it 2 times a day which is quite inconvenient. But overall it's a nice place!
- Stephen (10/5): Gem of a place - This resort is awesome. The beds are comfortable. The facilities are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, however guest services let the hotel down. This is the only area where there needs to be a big improve,ent, easily done with some staff training. Firstly, we were wanting to know where the restaurants were so that we could see the menus to decide on lunch and dinner. First guest services staff member told us there was only one restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. We went looking for it and found another more competent staff member who told us there were three places to eat lunch and dinner, and told us their locations. Also, the guest services staff need to ensure there are menus in each room for the restaurants and the spa. We had three rooms and there were none of these in any of them. While I’m on negatives, the spa has 80 rooms yet only 2 masseuses. Four of us wanted a massage at the same time and this was not possible. The massages were normally 1.2 to 1.5 million vnd for an hour. We got a special for 500,000 vnd for an hour, but sadly, it was not worth even close to this amount. We both got very poor massages. Shame, because the facilities were very nice. A proper massage course wouldn’t go astray for the staff. Back to the positives... the food was fabulous. We enjoyed every meal we had there. The prices were reasonable for the food. The grounds were immaculate and looked very beautiful. The gym was pretty good. And there were golf carts to take all over
- chan (8/5): Just okay - Everything was ok but bad odor in the room when I got inside,also in elevator. Sofa had stains despite of 5 stars Hotel, Otherwise everything was okay
- Nate (8/5): Not quite what I would call 5 Star. - First, this is a spectacular location. The land was built by God to hold golf courses, and the beach and mountain views are amazing. The hotel is huge. Walks to restaurant, beach, pool, bar can be long. The rooms are nice, but not up the standard of 5 star resort in Danang/Hoi An/Nha Trang. Neither unfortunately is the service. But then, this is a relatively new resort, and the first in the area, so I suppose it takes some time top develop those standards. The drive from the airport is long, but quite pretty. The golf course is very fun and can be a real challenge in the wind. The sight lines can be tricky, but a good shot is rewarded, and a bad shot is not penalized too badly. Not quite as good as The Bluffs at Ho Tram Strip, but very good.
