It felt like it had the potential to be a really really nice space or at one point was but it was not being kept up as well as it needed to be to maintain that nice feel. Everything in the room just felt slightly dirty, or musty, or worn.

No major mishaps - One need to walk around the area for food and supermarkets across the hotel The staff from the reception, door man, breakfast crew and the housekeeping crew was friendly and courteous. The room was okay2 BUT The bathroom needs to be thoroughly clean. We only stayed here coz of location which was near our meeting point.
- Mim (8/5): Wonderful stay - SPACIOUS ROOM. EASY TO FIND PLACES TO EAT. VERY NEAR TO THE AIRPORT. THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY. Will stay here again in the future. The door needs to be fixed. I had to pish it really hard in order to close it from inside. And I also had to pull / push really hard to open it. May be a bit of oil / lubricant can fix it.

- Etienne (8/5): Very good - Decent hotel, well located, close to Batam airport (5-10min by taxi), not too far away from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal (20min by taxi). Breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff. The facilities were not perfect (a bit outdated, although no major malfunction), but for a one-night stay when you need to catch a flight the next morning, this hotel perfectly meets the expectations. Not many restaurants nearby but a couple of them a bit further away (especially on Jalan Tengku Sulung)

- Michael (9/5): Superb - Absolutely amazing staff. Friendly and helpful at any time. The hotel itself is conveniently located, especially for airport guests. I spent 7 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay, even though I wasn't flying in/out. Lovely town with great people. Can recommend it for a stay, even if you don't need to catch a flight. Great value for money. It mainly caters to Asian guests, but as a westener from Germany I didn't miss anything. Even at breakfast I was served fried eggs, which was not a buffet item. Thanks! There's a little wear and tear. But given the price range, I found more than I expected. Wifi can be a bit unstable at times, but this place doesn't cater to digital nomads, so no problem at all.

- Nikita (7/5): Meet my expectations - Cheap and comfortable hotel located near my fiancee's house so we could visit our cat as long as possible. Good wi-fi, nice breakfast. Nice shower with hot water, polite and friendly staff Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo and soap is quite poor and we always buy our stuff, this time there was not a sign to make up the room or not to disturb, so it was not good in the morning when the staff wanted to clean but we had to explain that no need to clean

- Astari (9/5): It was okay for 1 night transit stay. - The location. I always stay in this hotel when i have transit flight in Batam. When i get the room without window, the room smell moldy and the ceiling is damp. I hope they can take care of it asap. And also change the linen and towel because the current one is already old and turn brown.

- Amelia (3/5): If we had other options, we would not have chosen this place - While rather far from the city and shopping area, lots of food places around - the towels they gave us were dirty and we had to request for change twice - check-in was supposed to be at 2pm but we only got our rooms at 3.30pm - we requested for an extra bed and were charged accordingly but only given one extra pillow. Requested for another extra pillow but were told they would have to charge us for it which makes no sense?

Room was super small. Not much space to walk around. No cupboards to put your clothing. Shower head in the toilet is spoilt. Worst is breakfast. Burnt and spoilt food. First and last time booking this hotel.
