  This elegant two-bedroom villa features a private outdoor swimming pool, a separate living area, dining area, and a large well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and the private bathrooms have shower facility. Floating breakfast is offered for Rp 400,000 per couple. Our staff require 24 hours notice please. Please note that the bedrooms are not connected.

• Three-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool

  This spacious and elegant three-bedroom villa features a private outdoor swimming pool, a separate living area, dining area, and a large well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and the private bathrooms have shower facility. Floating breakfast is offered for Rp 400,000 per couple. Our staff require 24 hours notice please. Please note that the bedrooms are not connected. The third bedroom is smaller than the other bedrooms and is upstairs. The bathroom for this bedroom is smaller and is downstairs.

• Yvonne (9/5): Fantastische plek met heel vriendelijk personeel! - Echt je eigen plek. Grote slaapkamers en prachtige beetje buiten badkamer! Niets....er is alleen geen uitzicht maar daardoor is het wel lekker privé!
• Robert (8/5): - De accomodatie heeft een prima ligging, afgelegen genoeg om weinig tot geen direct omgevingsgeluid te hebben maar dichtbij om zelfs op loopafstand winkels en horeca te bereiken. De accomodatie heeft een privé zwembad en 2 hele ruime slaapkamers met ieder een eigen (buiten) badkamer. De centrale keuken/living is heel groot, voldoende gemak! In de ochtend, zelfs vroeger dan eigenlijk mogelijk was, werd ons ontbijt ter plekke klaargemaakt i.v.m. onze activteit om dolfijnen te spotten (tip: Edi Popeye voor een meer diervriendelijke aanpak!)

The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortably cool. The bathroom was spacious and provided plenty of room. The TV is positioned too far from the lounge/living area, making it difficult to watch comfortably. The breakfast was average and could be improved. The staff were not particularly friendly and repeatedly reminded us about the 11 AM checkout, which made us feel rushed. The twin beds were quite small for adults. The shower was also uncomfortable, as the water spray did not feel pleasant on the body.

• Andreas (5/5): Deutlich zu teuer..... - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die beiden Transfers zwischen Flughafen und Ferienhaus wurden vom Eigentümer ohne Kostenberechnung übernommen, das hat sehr gut geklappt. Es ist ein stark in die Jahr gekommenes Haus, aber keine Villa. Der gesamte Poolbereich zwischen den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohn-und Essbereich wird überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Der Pool selbst ist alt, ziemlich verkalkt und schmutzig. Es erfolgte in 16 Tagen keine Reinigung. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber es gibt jeden Tag exakt dasselbe. In einem der beiden Bäder mussten jede Nacht große Kakerlaken gejagt werden. Alle Pflanzen im Poolbereich und in den Bädern erhalten keine Pflege. Die vielen toten Blätter in den Bädern haben wir selbst abgeschnitten. Preis und Leistung passen bei Villa Teman nicht zueinander. Die Fotos der Villa entsprechen nicht den aktuellen Zustand.

• Dávid (9/5): Wonderful - The villa is not only stunning but also really comfortable and well-equipped. But the most important part of Villa Teman are the staff. Everyone did such a great job at looking after all our needs all day every day. The breakfast service, the daily (extensive!) housekeeping, the daily pool maintenance, the little things. It was just perfect. The rooms are equipped with semi-outdoor bathrooms. This is not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. If occasionally sharing your bathroom with a spider is not really your thing, maybe look for someplace different. Then again, in that case you might want to look for another country first ;)

Третий номер на втором этаже над кухней, там нет окон и в туалет необходимо спускаться. Душ там же внизу. Ничего страшного, но это номер другого уровня и это нужно учитывать если вы едете большой компанией и вам нужно три номера одного уровня.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large living area. The private pool is in a nice secluded garden and offers plenty of sun. The staff is really nice and prepares the breakfast in the villa’s kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay at villa Teman. For dinner we recommend Warung Apple which is just across the street. If you want to have a good massage we recommend Spa Belinda. We enjoyed our stay in Lovina and thanks to the staff of Villa Teman for having us.

The staff were absolutely beautiful and couldn’t have been more helpful. They prepared breakfast for us every morning which was a real treat. Beautiful gardens and pool, very clean, comfortable beds. The living area, kitchen and bathroom are open which makes it difficult to escape the heat, insects and smoke ( difficult if you have breathing issues). A microwave and kettle in the kitchen would have been handy to make meal preparation easier. Otherwise a really lovely villa
• eric (7/5): Mauvaise expérience à lovina - Le fait que la villa soit isolée et la piscine pour se détendre Des l’arrivée on s’aperçoit que la villa n’est pas dans l’état que le laisse supposer les photos sur le site. Comme l’on déjà fait observer d’autres utilisateurs, la villa est vieillissante. S’il fallait la rénover, s’était avant la saison et non après car elle nous est louée au prix, malgré son état. De plus, les photos ne montrent pas les bâtiments en mauvais état qui jouxtent la maison, ni l’état des parasols et des murs autour de la piscine. J’avais loué cette maison pour un anniversaire et j’ai été très déçu. De plus, j’avais commandé un repas pour le soir de notre arrivée, il avait été préparé pour le midi, alors que nous arrivions à partir de 14h. On a commencé par le soutenir que c’était pour le midi, mais j’avais les échanges whatsapp. Finalement le repas nous a été resservi le soir, même pas chaud (tentez le mi goreng froid…). Le dessert était immangeable et on vous répond qu’il y avait plusieurs plats. Pour couronner le tout et pendant que vous êtes à table, on vous demande de régler immédiatement le repas. Quand vous répliquez que vous réglerez plus tard, on vous dit non et qu’il faut payer tout de suite. Serviettes de toilettes non changées. Tasses mal lavées. C’est le seul logement sur Bali, où nous avons été déçus surtout au regard du prix de la nuit. Quand j’ai réservé il y a 5 mois, la note de cet hébergement était très bon, je comprends la chute.

Niets van de accommodatie, maar in de buurt stond voor dag en dauw een haan te kraaien. Maar goed, dit soort dingen heb je nou eenmaal in Indonesië.

Zimmer sehr schön - Aussenbad auch groß nur warmes Wasser hat etwas gedauert. Apple Warung sehr empfehlenswert auch der Strand sehr nah. Unbedingt gegenüber der Delfin Statue schnorcheln. Tolles Riff. Sehr netter Ort, ruhig mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wir waren auch mal Fischen. Super nettes Personal. War alles super.

• Gerrit (10/5): Kein Hotel, sondern VIP-Villa mit Hauspersonal - Hier wird man verwöhnt wie ein VIP zum Preis eines Hotelzimmers. Es gibt 3 Poolvillen nebeneinander in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße, ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum öffentlichen Lovina Strand (nicht ganz sauber, auch Hundekot, wenig Schatten, keine Liegen, dafür sanft abfallendes Meer ideal für Kinder) und zu Lokalen auch 5 Min, zum kleinen Markt ca 10-15 Minuten. Die Villa besteht aus einem Eingangstor, einem Vorgarten mit Fischteich und Brunnen, einem großen seitlich offenen Wohn- und Essbereich (sehr gemütlich) mit Tresen und Küche (2-Flammen-Gasherd, Mixer, Toaster, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank). Es folgt der kleine Aussenpool (privat) ca 2x3-4 m mit 4 Liegen und Sonnenschirmen (nicht einsehbar) sowie da hinter 2 Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad halb draußen. Klimaanlage und Ventilator in den Schlafzimmer, 2 Ventilatoren im Wohn-Ess-Bereich. Morgens kommt der Poolboy und die Housemaids - sehr nett - sie machen in der Küche Dein Frühstück (es gibt 3 Pakete), so dass Du Dich an den gedeckten Tisch setzen kannst. Die Frühstücksmenge für Europäer ist etwas zu gering, deshalb besorge Dir zusätzliches Obst (Markt - sehr günstig auch ohne Handeln) oder Toast. Brot, Croissant und manchmal Joghurt gibt es bei Bakery Lovina an der Hauptstraße kurz vor dem Traditional Market (Pasar). Genial war die private in house cooking class mit Mira. Sie hat 4 oder 5 indonesische Gerichte nach Wahl mit uns in unserer Küche gekocht (gegen Aufpreis). Wir hatten viel Spaß vor allem beim Mörsern. Sie hat sehr gut die indonesische Küche erklärt. Und wir hatten Essen für 2 Tage, das wir im Kühlschrank aufbewahren konnten. Unseren Kindern haben wir etwas ungewürztes selber gekocht und sie mit dem IPad beschäftigt, so dass wir in Ruhe kochen konnten. Insgesamt eine tolle Abwechslung zum Hotelaufenthalt. Alles war super sauber. Und es gab sogar einen Nachtwächter - aber sonst keine weiteren Hoteleinrichtungen wie Lobby, Restaurant oder großer Pool. Wir haben uns wie VIP gefühlt. Kleinere Mäkel wie verzogene Türen, die man mit sanfter Gewalt öffnen musste, geringen Wasserstrahl, schwache Toilettenspülung und verschimmelten Mixer (muss unbedingt erneuert werden).
• Silke (9/5): - Die schöne offene Bauweise mit dem im Innenhof integrierten Pool. Sehr schön waren auch die nach hinten raus gelegenen Schlafzimmern mit den angeschlossenen, offenen Bädern. Es war zu den beiden daneben gelegenen Häusern etwas hellhörig und leider funktionierten die Toilettenspülungen in den beiden Badezimmern nicht gut.

• Denis (5/5): Très décevant : nous ne reviendrons pas - Bin situé et piscine agréable Après de multiples voyages, accueil très décevant, voir désagréable : nous n'avons même pas vu la villa qu'il fallait payer la totalité, même pas 5 minutes pour souffler. Est il normal de payer avant la fin du séjour ? Non effectivement car aucun établissement ne le fait. Finalement, nous avons payé 2 fois et avons eu un remboursement en cash car impossible de recréditer la carte ☹️. Sinon, le jardin et les fontaines manquent cruellement d'entretien. Les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas bien et aucune pression de la douche. Pour couronner le tout, le transport réservé par la villa pour aller à Amed était plus que pitoyable : 2h30 de route dans un véhicule si vieux et délabré, inconfortable au possible qu'on a cru possible de tomber en panne voir pire. Bref, c'est dommage que cela ne se soit pas passé aussi bien que dans tous les autres établissements que nous connaissons.
• Sven (9/5): Ruhige aber zentrale Unterkunft in Lovina - Die Villa hat getrennte Räume mit einem gemütlichen Bett und einem Außenbadezimmer. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral in Lovina. Der Pool liegt ab nachmittags viel im Schatten, was aber nicht sonderlich störend ist. Das Frühstück wird morgens frisch in der Villa zubereitet, leider ist wie fast überall der Orangensaft nur so ein Fertigmix, das Obst war auch nur teilweise schmackhaft. Ansonsten würde das Frühstück sehr liebevoll bereitet. nichts…

God beliggenhed - tæt ved strand og by. Det tredje soveværelse er meget mindre end de andre og ligger ovenpå. Der er ingen gardiner, så lidt svært at lukke lyset ude.
• du rietz (8/5): - Mysigt boende som låg nära allt. Fräscht och inbjudande Det var två separata sovrum med egna nycklar, kändes lite som två lägenheter och kan för yngre barn vara svårt att sova själva i ena rummet. Boendet bredvid andra huset väldigt nära och man hörde dom bada, stänga dörrar etc men vara bara en kort stund som det störde en.

La salle de bain ouverte qui laisse entrer les insectes le soir: il vaut mieux checker avant et laisser la salle de bain allumée la nuit. Manque juste un micro ondes

• marsmonkey (9/5): - 早餐是工作人员按前一晚约定时间和菜式在villa的厨房现做，仪式感十足，味道很好，搭配水果茶水咖啡很丰富，卧室距离厨房还隔着庭院泳池也不会打扰。 私家泳池很大，能游起来。 距离海边很近，走过去四五分钟，方便起来看海豚。 空调位置有些不好，总是吹人，建议加一个挡风条。 门前的小路是细石子路，下雨后走鞋会脏。
• Thierry (8/5): Endroit agréable , personnel charmant, juste besoin de renouveau - La surface de la villa Besoin d’un rafraîchissement la villa est vieillissante et la piscine aurait besoin d’un lifting ainsi que les parasols qui étaient très tachés , la statut qui fait jet d’eau de la piscine ne fonctionne pas et elle recouverte de mousse
• Chris (10/5): Perfect place to start our coast to coast trail run across Bali - clean, super comfy, best staff - Stunning place - we stay every year guiding a trail run tour from coast to coast across Bali (@ tourdetrails if interested!) - and we keep coming back. Great staff, clean, great location walking to Lovina beach, great food, perfect for small or larger group (we travel with ten guests plus two guides) Everything was good!
• Emiel (3/5): Geen fijne villa voor wat je betaald. Niet schoon en geen vriendelijke mensen. Locatie is wel fijn! - Zwembad is fijn, locatie is goed, villa is ruim. Niet schoon, geen vriendelijke mensen, schimmel in de blender waar je in de ochtend sap uit krijgt, kakkerlakken in de badkamer. Ze doen moeilijk als je vraagt naar schone lakens of handdoeken je krijgt dan antwoorden van dit doen we niet dagelijks.

• Janet (10/5): Great Villa with very comfortable facilities and our own pool. Exceeded our expectations - We had friends over for dinner and the staff cooked and served the meal. All the comforts of home without having to do anything in a lovely setting. nothing

• Lynne (9/5): Great Villa and very friendly staff. - Location and shared villa and breakfast was superb. 3rd bedroom is much smaller than the other two and has a very small bathroom. Thai is noted in the details however we didn’t see this.

• Tina (10/5): Luxus pur! - Die Villa war einfach traumhaft. Super ausgestattet. Der private Pool ist perfekt. Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
