- Jack (8/5): - Very close to subway. Staff friendly. Shower and bathroom good. Nice area to relax downstairs. Room is a little small, but we made it work. Can fit two large suitcases and two people in the room without tripping over everything, but had to do a little re-arranging to make it work.

- Natsune (8/5): - It was really nice that you could leave your luggage near the reception after you check-out and pick it up later to be able to explore and sightsee on your day of travel. There were also many convenient stores and small restaurants nearby (the Udon place next door was wonderful) so food options were great! The room was quite small for 2 people but considering we just needed somewhere to comfortably sleep and have our luggage out and sorted, it was alright. If you're looking for a spacious experience I would get a bigger room.

- Shibui (6/5): Bien mais... - Le personnel d’entretien a été agréable, réactif et professionnel. L’hôtel est également bien situé, pratique pour se déplacer dans Kyoto, notamment grâce à la proximité de Shijo-Omiya et des transports. Le lobby est propre et l’établissement reste fonctionnel pour un séjour de quelques nuits. Plusieurs points ont malheureusement rendu le séjour moins agréable. Nous sommes arrivés vers 13h30 et on nous a indiqué que le check-in était possible à partir de 14h. Après avoir attendu et être revenus à 14h, on nous a finalement demandé 1 000 ¥ pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre immédiatement, ou d’attendre 15h. Sachant que la chambre était déjà prête et qu’il ne restait qu’environ une heure avant le check-in officiel, cela nous a semblé peu trop commercial. La chambre était également assez bruyante et pas très bien insonorisée. Nous avons aussi trouvé certains endroits poussiéreux. Le thermostat de la douche était difficile à tourner, comme s’il était grippé. Enfin, la prise située à côté du lit semblait en mauvais état : le branchement ne tenait pas correctement, ce qui n’est pas pratique et donne une impression peu rassurante au niveau sécurité. Ce point mériterait vraiment d’être vérifié rapidement.

- Keerthana (8/5): Tiny room, big breakfast room, good luggage service. - It was very close to the Omiya station. And also the bus stop. So it was very accessible to get to any part of the city. They also had a transport service for luggage making it easy. They had a spacious breakfast room / dining area with coffee which was very comfortable due to rooms being small. Rooms were tiny and bed was tough for 2 people unless they were thin. It would have helped if the bed was bigger.

Se eu soubesse disso no momento da escolha do hotel, não tinha escolhido este hotel. Ao contrário de todos os outros 4 hotéis em que estive no Japão, este é o único que cobra pelo café.

A receptividade dos anfitriões foi um diferencial: muito atenciosos, educados e sempre disponíveis para ajudar com dicas e necessidades durante a estadia. O ambiente é acolhedor e transmite sensação de segurança e conforto. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos para quem busca uma experiência excelente!

- Andrea (8/5): Good value nearby central Kyoto - The property is conveniently located and has very comfortable rooms and shared spaces. Most attedants were very helpful and attentive. I liked everything mostly. A couple of attendants seem a little tired and were not as friendly (could be a language barrier) but others made up for that with their kindness.

Inoltre l'uscita di sicurezza risultava chiusa. Solo dopo richiesta l'operatore mi ha spiegato come aprirla. Ma se non avessi chiesto e ci fosse stato un incendio ?
