• Cabeza (9/5): Excelente! - La ubicacion es insuperable. El cuarto es muy elegante, la cama comodisima. Recomendable. Solo te comunicas con quien administra por whatsapp. Prefiero un trato mas personal. Pero entiendo que es un gusto mio.

• sybille (4/5): bien situe mais le contact avec la proprietaire est difficile - emplacement tres central, tout pres de la piazza di Spagna. On a ete a de nombreux sites a pied ou en quelques stations de metro (ligne A). La petite cuisine est pratique pour rechauffer un plat ou consulter quelques livres sur Rome. le contact (a distance) avec la proprietaire a gache une partie de notre sejour. D'abord l'acces au logement est conditionne a des serrures electroniques. Si vous n'avez pas internet sur place, vous ne pourrez pas acceder au logement. Il n'y a personne sur place (sejour de 4 nuits), a part la femme de menage. Ensuite, il faut payer des taxes sur place. La non plus, Elisabetta n'est pas venue et nous demandait de payer par Paypal en selectionnant "familles/amis". Le cash n'etait pas possible et par CB, Elisabetta voulait nos numeros de carte etc (pourquoi pas le code...) et 3 Euros en supplement. Au final, nous avons paye par virement sur un compte bancaire apres des echanges nombreux et penibles. Nous attendons toujours le recu pour le paiement fait la veille.

Easy access to great restaurants and places to visit, No reception except for the kind lady who sat in a mini space on the landing. My 1st time in a B-n-B, it was not in the Booking.com description that it was a B-n-B, would not have booked it.

Hay que dejar la habitación a las 10h y que no hay servicio de consignas, con lo cual si tú vuelo sale tarde debes ir cargando con la maleta desde por la mañana.

Modern and clean property - Excellent Location, clean and modern You must have an internet connection to open the door, so if you are from outside of EU, you will have to pay roaming charges. The city tax payment is by PayPal only. We were informed about this at the last day of our stay. We had to install the app and create an account for this payment. The property provides tea and coffee at the room, but it doesn't supply any cups, only small plastic cups which are not suitable for hot drinks.

A Spanyol lépcső 2 perc,Trevi kút 8 perc,Pantheon 15 perc , a Colosseum kb.30 perc séta. Szívesen visszamegyünk legközelebb is. Evőeszközöket kicsit hiányoltam, egy kés jól jött volna a konyhában, de ettől eltekintve rendben volt minden.

• Andrea (8/5): Bella esperienza in posizione strategica a Roma - Sono stato all’Angel Spagna Suite per tre notti e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva.La posizione è uno dei punti di forza maggiori: si trova in pieno centro, in Piazza Mignanelli, a pochi metri da Piazza di Spagna e dalla Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti. È ideale per girare tutta Roma a piedi, tra monumenti, negozi e ristoranti, senza dover prendere mezzi.La camera singola piccola era accogliente e ben tenuta: letto comodo, aria condizionata indipendente, bagno privato pulito, TV, minibar, cassaforte e una bella vista sul cortile interno. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, mi sono sentito molto a mio agio e tutto funzionava perfettamente.Il servizio è stato gentile e professionale, sia all’arrivo che durante il soggiorno. L’unico piccolo neo è stato al momento della partenza: ho chiesto se potevo lasciare la valigia in custodia fino alla sera, ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Mi ha un po’ sorpreso, perché in tutti gli altri affittacamere, B&B e alberghi del centro di Roma dove ho soggiornato è sempre stato un servizio offerto senza problemi.

• Marc (8/5): Ideal for a long weekend stay in Rome - The room was clean and cleaned daily. Communication from the manager was swift and very friendly and helpful. The Shower was really good heat and water pressure, which was needed after a day of exploring. The location is excellent. It's easy to get to from the airport via the train and the metro(metro station is very close to the building). The building is next to the Spanish steps and within a 20 min walk to other major attractions. There's some lovely coffee places for breakfast nearby as well as really nice restaurants a street or 2 away from the main street. The room was ideal for a few days of a stay in Rome to explore it's history.

Any amount of restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment, even a McDonald's beside the apartment if thats what you want, Communication with the owner was through WhatsApp which was easy and the odd time we had to contact the owners the reply was immediately answered, check in was simple. This was our first time in Rome and we got lucky with the apartment and location. I would have ne hesitation in recommending this apartment to a friend. Nothing.

• akis (10/5): - Υπέροχη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με εύκολη πρόσβαση στον σταθμό μετρό Spagna. Τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα είναι προσβάσιμα με ελάχιστο περπάτημα. Αξίζει να περιηγηθείτε τριγύρω. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, όπως και οι πετσέτες, ενώ υπήρχε και καθημερινή υπηρεσία καθαριότητας.Στο μπάνιο παρέχονται είδη ατομικής υγιεινής, ενώ μπορείς να φτιάξεις και καφέ μόνος σου. Υπάρχει κοινόχρηστος χώρος κουζίνας, ο οποίος εξυπηρετεί τους φιλοξενούμενους. Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει ένα μικρό ψυγείο στο οποίο μας προσφέρθηκαν 2 νερά. Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε στα μηνύματα μας και αντικατέστησε το σεσουάρ μαλλιών, διότι το υπάρχον ήταν χαλασμένο. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε την επόμενη φορά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία! Θα ήταν χρήσιμος ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης!

C’era a disposizione acqua e un frigo nella zona comune La signora che faceva le pulizie era piuttosto insistente e sgarbata. Purtroppo non si puó mettere un “non disturbare” quindi anche se stavo male e avrei voluto rimanere in camera non ho potuto farlo

• Daniel Reguera (10/5): Perfecto para unos días en Roma. - La ubicación es excelente, esta en todo el centro de Roma. Habitación muy limpia, con lo básico para ir a la habitación a descansar. El baño muy bien, sencillo y funcional. La cama era comodísima, además dos tipos de almohadas para que escogieses la mejor. Había un hervidor de agua en la habitación, café y azucar por si querías hacértelo en la habitación. La verdad que no eché nada en falta.

• Elena (9/5): Muy bien. Súper céntrico, limpio y contestan súper rápido. - Súper céntrico a 7 min de la fontana de Trevi y media hora del Coliseo andando. Responden súper rápido a cualquier duda, aunque no hay recepción. Todos los días limpian la habitación. Tiene una mini cocina con una cafetera y una tostadora. La cama súper cómoda. La habitación tiene mini nevera y secador. Tele súper grande y calefacción. Se escuchan bastante los ruidos. La cocina podría tener un microondas. Tasas turísticas no incluidas en el precio (6€ por noche).

• Daniela (7/5): - A localização perto do metro ajudou muito. Além disso era fácil ir a pé para vários locais turísticos. Ar condicionado e chuveiros bons. Ter secador de cabelo é ótimo para mulheres que viajam! Não gostei do colchão. Havia uma espuma sobre o colchão que o lençol mal cobria, muito ruim. O conforto ficou muito comprometido pq o colchão era mole. A limpeza foi mediana porque o box do chuveiro tinha algumas sujeiras nos cantos.

• Dario (10/5): Confortevole, pulito e centrale. - Staff preciso, smart e disponibile Struttura, ovvero il palazzo e la stanza erano esattamente come da descrizione. Un suggerimento: sarebbe carino avere la possibilità di acquistare un ticket accessorio, ma non obbligatorio, per poter fare colazione in un bar in convenzione con la struttura.
