Dla mnie osobiście nie było minusów, ale ktoś kto nie lubi zgiełku miasta może narzekać na hałas przejeżdżających w pobliżu pociągów

• Claire (9/5): Super - Établissement très bien placé pour accéder à Manhattan en 10 mins de métro pour grand central station. Le quartier est plutôt celui d’entreprises sans intérêt mais pour dormir c’est très bien. Le café et le thé sont en libre service toute la journée gratuitement. Ainsi qu’un micro onde et une supérette s’il vous manque un petit truc. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le personnelle disponible et aimable. De plus on peut laisser le jour du départ ses bagages en attendant d’aller à l’aéroport gratuitement aussi. C’est super. Pas très bien isolé comme la plupart des hôtels. Prévoir des boules quies.

• Peter (9/5): Gute Ausgangsbasis für Sightseeing in Manhattan - Gute Ausgangslage, um nach Manhattan zu fahren. Subway Hunters Point Av. 10-15 min zu Fuß. Nur wenige Stationen bis Grand Central, Broadway, 5th Avenue etc. Zimmer kein Luxus aber völlig ok. Industrielle Umgebung und Bahnstrecke mit hupenden Zügen vor dem Haus: nicht immer ganz ruhig, aber für uns war das völlig ok.

La struttura è posizionata fronte ferrovia. durante la notte sentivamo il treno passare e suonare.

• GWK (10/5): - The best place to stay in NYC: pleasant staff, close to public transportation (subway E to/from JFK, bus Q32 direct to Manhattan/Central Park/Penn Station), comfortable and quiet room, the neighborhood is safe—not “sketchy” at all, contrary to some reviews—and the train whistles aren’t loud at all.

• Eirini (10/5): - Ολα ήταν τέλεια . Το κατάλυμα είναι value for money 100% . Ηταν από τα πιο οικονομικά την περίοδος που ταξίδευα νέα Υόρκη . Η τοποθεσία μπορεί το βράδυ να είναι πιο απόμερη λόγω του ότι είναι industrial περιοχή αλλά είναι ασφαλής. Εχεις πρόσβαση σε μετρό 7 με 15 λεπτά ανάλογα την στάση που θες να χρησιμοποιήσεις. Ηταν πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό ήταν φουλ εξυπηρετικό , μας βοήθησαν σε ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε με βαλίτσες , check in , check out τα πάντα . Επίσης έχει ένα μίνι μάρκετ με σνακς για όποιον θέλει να αγοράσει σε περίπτωση που κάποιος πεινάσει και είναι άβολη η ώρα για να ψάξει φαγητό . Ολα τέλεια το προτείνω

• Karl (8/5): Super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis mit guter Lage zur City-Erkundung - Die Zimmer sind für den Presi bestens ausgestattet. Das Bett ist Kingsize und sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Im Zimmer ist ein Safe für die Wertsachen und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Frühstück wird im Hotel angeboten und ist für den Preis sehr gut. U-Bahn ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Downtown in 20 min zu erreichen.

Nice breakfast better than other hotels ive been to in NY Windows outside need a clean spoiled the view, but to be fair road was being resurfaced just not while i was there thankfully. • Samuel (9/5): Great. - We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into a room before check in time by about 8:30am we were crashed out in our room. Bit of a random location but easy walk to Sunnyside Long Island City and Queens which we really enjoyed, away from the crowds of tourists.
• Sun (9/5): - Location. It was very easy to get to the hotel from LaGuardia Airport via public transportation. The location is within walking distance of Long Island City, where I had access to many restaurants and Trader Joe's for groceries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building/facility is a bit old, but the location, price, and staff make up for it. Will be back.

• Jana (6/5): - Postele pohodlne, hezky výhled na mrakodrapy. Slíbené snídaně hrůza - roznášeny na pokoje, dle objednávky neodpovídalo. Jednou nepřinesena žádná, pak s 1h zpožděním - to už jsme odcházeli na objednanou památku. Pak zrušeny a reklamace řešena přes booking - naštěstí vráceny peníze, ale na hotelu absolutně žádná chuť to řešit nebo sjednat nápravu. Již bych se rozhodne nevratila. Hrozný hluk železnice, lokalita nic moc.

• Agnieszka (7/5): - Dobre położenie hotelu - blisko trzech dużych stacji metra. Bliskość torów kolejowych może być uciążliwa że wzg. na hałas ale byliśmy tak zmęczeni że nie przeszkadzało. . Pokój 4 os. całkiem spory, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Kawa, herbata i woda przy recepcji całodobowej - bezpłatnie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Łazienka. Zasłona prysznicowa w wannie za krótka, więc zalewało łazienkę, co przy 4 os. było kłopotliwe. Sprzątanie pokoju niestety nie obejmowało umycia wanny.
• Lena (7/5): - Die Nähe zu den U-Bahnen war sehr hilfreich. Man war innerhalb einer halben Stunde bei den wichtigsten Orten. Das Zimmer war relativ eng zu viert. Die Gestaltung der Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch, aber es war alles, was man brauchte, vor Ort.

Kaffee und Tee gibt es in der Lobby gratis. Frühstück täglich buchbar für 10,99 Euro. Der Weg zur Subway liegt bei 10 min. In 4 Stationen ist man mitten in Manhattan. Preis Leistungsverhältnis wirklich super. Aufgrund der vorbeifahrenden Züge nachts doch recht laut. Wir waren darauf vorbereitet und hatten Ohrstöpsel dabei und somit haben wir sehr gut geschlafen

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just two subway stops from Grand Central, making it very convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The hotel is located right in front of the railroad tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping with train sounds, this may not be the best place for you. However, it is an affordable option with a good value for the price, and overall it offers a comfortable stay for budget-conscious travelers.

Certo, alloggiare a Manhattan (in Centro) è certamente l’ideale tuttavia questo Hotel mi ha davvero - Seppur la struttura non si trovi a Manhattan, la stessa si trova vicino alle principali attrazioni. Letto enorme e comodo. L’angolo caffetteria e the gratuiti, disponibile 24h. La colazione americana più che sufficiente e ad un prezzo incredibile. Staff gentile e disponibile. Unica cosa, mancava spazio per riporre le proprie cose. Sarebbe stato sufficiente avere due sedie o un mini armadietto.

Die Decke im Bett war zu dünn.Dafür hat die Heizung über das Klimagerät perfekt funktioniert.Hotellage zur Subway recht gut, aberetwas laufen muß man.Sie haben nur 2. Stationen bis Grand Central. Man kann mit Koffer auch die Subway nutzen,ist schon etwas beschwerlich. Taxikosten zum La Guradia Airport relativ günstig.Von JFK muß man bis Queens Plaza fahren. Dann aber mit Koffer gute 15 Minuten zum Hotel. Preis von JFK 8,75$ +3,00 $ bis Queens Plaza.Hotel hat für amerikanische Verhältnisse relativ gutes Frühstück.Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Dicker Decke als Ersatz.War relativ kalt im Zimmer ohne Heizung im Mai.

I like the complimentary breakfast, and the fact that children were half off for breakfast, the next days. There wasn't anything about the place I didn't like.

Great value and comfort and good access to Manhattan via 7 train. - free coffee and tea, nice in-house market with sandwiches, wraps, drinks and travel needs. reasonable and sometimes free parking available nearby. walkable to subway and nice local area with restaurants etc.. a challenge to find.
• Yuri (8/5): Very pleasant stay - The coffee. As a european; the coffee was watery everywhere. Starbucks, Zeppole's etc. Hotel coffee was the only coffee that wasn't watery. Service was excellent, very safe area, staff very friendly, cheap market at the hotel and close to a direct subway line to Manhattan. I think we had the only room without a wooden floor. It made our room seem a bit 'prisony' at first but it grew on us and the rest of the room was excellent. But maybe add some colour to the room.

The location is in a sketchy part of LIC, it's a 13+ min walk to the closet subway stop, the room had the bare essentials and I got woken up REPEATEDLY from people slamming the exit door right outside my room so needless to say the walls/doors to the rooms are paper thin. Do not recommend, find somewhere better.

The location is in a very commercial/industrial area close to a community college but not adjacent to restaurants and retail shops.

• Judith (10/5): This was a perfect location to save a bit on money because it was only a few minutes walk to the subway and only a few s - The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. The front desk person was happy to help with directions and they stored our bags after we checked out. The room was small, as expected, which was not a problem. However, both the handle for the toilet and the water controls in the shower seemed in danger of falling off. On the plus side, there were tons of outlets in the room as well as a mini fridge.

Serviettes changées tous les jours. Petit magasin au rdc de l'hôtel très pratique (alimentations, boissons, produits corporels et accessoires). Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de prendre le petit déjeuner mais je crois que le thé et le café sont offerts. Fer à repasser. Coffre et frigo. Malheureusement bruyant car juste en face de l'hôtel il y a plusieurs voies ferrées. Hôtel un peu excentré, mais bouche de métro non loin donc cela reste pratique et cela explique le prix plus bas. Les draps ne sont pas spécialement repassés donc un peu froissés. Lit un peu dur. Pas de couette, juste draps et couverture. Climatisation bruyante. Malgré tout je pourrais retourner dans cet hotel sans problème
