I asked them to change the room but didn't accept it. I ended up staying at the hotel because it was late to look for another option. Small rooms with no ventilation, the room smells bad.

The Internet was also not functioning in the evening when other local people came to use the facilities, this was a big downside for our stay. Also very noisy around this time

Sábanas de poliester que dan mucho calor, hay aire acondicionado pero es demasiado ruidoso. No dejan toallas de manos en las habitaciones. Para una noche esta bien pero no más. • Wilsen (7/5): - Un precio justo por lo que ofrecen, el Staff muy amable y educado. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y rápido en estar listo. El cuarto tiene una cama cómoda, buenas amenidades y estaba limpio. Desafortunadamente se me dió una habitación al lado de otra habitación que estaban arreglando y que a las 8am ya estaban martillando y con material bloqueando la entrada de mi habitación. Todo esto a pesar de tener muchas otras habitaciones vacías porque el hotel estaba casi vacío. Se lo dejé saber a la recepción al hacer el check out y la muchacha se disculpó por lo sucedido.

Creo que sería bueno una nevera pequeña en la habitación.

• Karla (5/5): - Esta céntrico para lo que necesitaba movilizarme Nos ubicaron en una habitación que no tenía lo q ofrecen, no tenía escritorio q necesitaba para trabajar, no tenía Cafetera, el baño se inundaba cada vez que uno se bañaba, y al no irse el agua con jabon se pone resbaloso y peligroso, y lo que mas me molesto fue el escándalo desde muy temprano en habitaciones que estaban reparando, x cual motivo no dejan descansar ni trabajar. El Internet es pésimo, ni lo mas minimo en velocidad, no habia basurero en la habitación. Las piscinas si muy bonitas, el desayuno bien.

• Julie (7/5): - Safe, clean and offered a variety of recreational activities. The restaurant was also quite good. The room had a funny smell on entry and there was nowhere to lay my suitcase except on the floor. The front desk staff was not so interested in being helpful.

• Julie (10/5): A gem! Great design, comfort and atmosphere - A very pleasant surprise to find such a well designed, professional, pretty hotel in this weird city. Super welcoming staff, a beautiful setting, very comfortable and truly everything there you need. With a big pool, a good restaurant and bar with a very nice atmosphere. Great WiFi, too. Will come back. Maybe a little bit too expensive but still worth the money.

Buenas cobijas Las instalaciones son bonitas y cómodas. El aire acondicionado de mi habitación sonaba muchísimo y casi lo enfriaba. La puerta principal no cerraba bien. Las almohadas son súper incómodas, muy altas y duras. Se escucha todo de afuera o de los cuartos del lado como si lo tuvieras en la habitación.
• Elmira (9/5): - Uiteindelijk was het prima omdat ik een upgrade kreeg naar een andere kamer. De geboekte gekregen kamer was iets groter dan een kippenhok en dat voor 98 dollar . Niet te doen! Het ontbijt was echt matig met alleen 1 koffie !

• Jemie (5/5): Decent location with convenient amenities - Parking was convenient, and having a restaurant right near the room was a nice touch, very accessible and easy. The room felt a bit dated, and we had to deal with bugs in the room, which was unpleasant. We also weren’t given any kind of welcome or orientation, so we didn’t even know there was a pool and slide on the property until after we had already checked out.

First day, no hot water at all, and I had a very cold shower. Second day, only warm water. This is major issue for a hotel charging $160/night

The rooms are right next to the parking lot, which makes it easy to get settled in. Also, the restaurant is nice. Overall , I liked the property, it’s perfect for an overnight stay. The pillows need to be changed asap, I was unable to have a pleasant sleep due to the thin pillows we had. The mattress is fine, but could be better.

• bendabest (6/5): Regretfully 3 star. Close to 4 star. Has potential for 5 - Regretfully I have to give the 3 star. I would stay here again, because it done the Job for 1 night . The positive things are the staff at reception and breakfast were excellent. They were friendly and approachable and dealt with my questions. Secondly the room size was good and the beds were clean. So a big plus! The negatives, now I didn't report this to reception but my t.v was constantly fuzzy showing a bad picture, on arrival the door was open what I didn't like as anyone could of walked in before I arrived. The air con unit was a little noisy for my liking however it wasn't a big issue. Finally the bathroom was clean the sink very posh and toilet clean. In the shower there were 3 flies by the plug hole what I thought was odd, but these were small. Overall even though I listed the negatives, I would stay again, on the whole it was clean, and if a few changes were made it would definitely improve the hotel. I would happily stay for 1 or two nights without changes. With changes u would spend weeks!
