Rooms were great size and we had what we needed for our stay (1 night stay) The beds were very hard, which may suit others but was not to my liking this is purely a personal preference..

• Trudy (9/5): Spacious hotel 5 minutes walk from Busselton Jetty as well as Main Street. - Spacious room with patio and furniture. Although a little dated the bed was comfortable, had everything necessary for a short stay including sink and microwave and crockery and cutlery. Noisy frig.

• Cristy (10/5): Location is excellent, it's comfortable, clean, quiet and has its own pub on site. - Location is so close to the jetty precinct, shops and walking paths/beach. It's quiet and clean and seems to be lovingly being refreshed with paint and refurbished bathrooms at the moment. The shower has no door so it leaks surrounding the toilet, and the exhaust fan is very gentle. Maybe just request an extra towel for the shower.

• Diane (10/5): Highly recommend! - The location is perfect for exploring the jetty and surrounding areas, which are delightful in themselves, especially for families. The hotel is great for meals as was the local brewery and cafes. The staff were exceptional. I had an issue with leaving behind an item of value and importance and the staff went beyond my expectations in finding the item, keeping me informed and returning it to me through the post. Besides that experience, all staff were very friendly and the room was a great size, beautiful and clean with great amenities for a traveller. I highly recommend this Hotel for your stay. The screen doors were a great addition but couldn't be locked externally but that was minor compared with everything great about the property.

• Davin (8/5): A reasonably priced, excellently located place to base exploring the area from. - The location is a perfect base to visit all the local attractions (Bussleton Jetty, Light House and Caves). The on sight hotel bistro served very good meals and drinks at reasonable prices or there are a selection of eateries within walking distance. Check in and out was seamless and the reception staff definitely know the area. Car parking was close to the rooms, even though it is 'un-gated' it still felt a secure area. Nothing really to dislike

Clean throughout the property. Ample parking. Having to carry suitcases etc up a set of stairs if your room was second level.

It has all the amenities fridge, tv, kettle, plenty of hanging space. The location is excellent close to the beach and the town centre The parking was frustrating, as we had to park out in the large carpark which was not too far, but just inconvenient. The other people visiting in other rooms seemed very noisy, banging doors, moving things around for a long time. My wife wanted to tell them to be quiet! I am not sure it is soundproofing but we were worried our sleep would be disturbed fortunately it settled down and we slept very well

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The walls are so thin you can hear everything around you. The bathrooms are nice and modern but the main bedrooms need some modernising as they are very outdated with stained floors and furniture. Unfortunately I wouldn’t return.

It is also perfectly located in Busselton. We had dinner in the dining room and it was excellent A delicious chicken pie & the perfect roast lamb with all the trimmings. Highly recommend Leaving
