• Mendoza (3/5): I would not be going back. - That it was close to places. It smelt like cat pee.
• TROY (6/5): If you make it too your room your safe. - I showed up at 2pm and room wasn't ready as advertised and wouldn't give me key. Had to back when it was pouring rain and wait for them to open door and got soaked. I would pick elsewhere next time based on that Bad area. Two crackheads yelling at each other in parking lot at 1am

• Jamie Z (7/5): Cheap place to stay. You get what you pay for. - Check-in was super quick. The guy at the counter was friendly and offered a few suggestions of local things to do. The was among the cheapest hotels in town. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Large TV. Parking directly in front of the room. Old building with maintenance issues. Wet floor in the morning after a rain. Small bath towels. Old, crusty showerhead. Musty smell in the room. TV is not a Smart model, so no Netflix or Prime.

• Cheryl (8/5): - I like that it was close to the army base where I was able to get to and from my son's graduation in a timely fashion and he was also able to come off base and be close enough where we didn't have to rush to get him back I was really surprised that the room did not have a telephone and rumpi had an issue in the morning time. We had to use our own personal phones but other than that it seemed to be pretty well
• Odette (10/5): - Nice clean room. It was refreshed every other day. Upon arrival we were asked what kind of stay we were in the area for, and some lovely suggestions were given. We asked for an extra pillow, and it was quickly given to us. We had trouble opening the door on the last day, and were assisted before we needed to visit the office. If you have any problems with your stay, it is probably because you didn’t go to the office to speak with them. They can’t fix what they don’t know about! Parking was right in front of the room and the room was kept nice and cool with the air conditioning

• Marvina (4/5): Poor Stay - Check-in staff was good. Room itself was clean. Nice flat screen tv mounted to the wall. Older motel with recent updates to the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable at all (very thin mattress). My husband had trouble sleeping on it as well as myself (we're larger people, not small). The "free Wi-Fi" was not working the entire 3 nights we spent here (the desk said it was a problem on the provider's end, not our end). More excuses were given each night without service (my husband was very aggravated). We told the front desk (which had service), and they said the service was "spotty", although they had it (we never did). I've never stayed anywhere where it took more than 1 business day to repair an outage (the desk said the work crew were out for the weekend). The cleaning lady was very nice. The bedside lamps were tilted (I was afraid to touch them in case they fell over). There wasn't enough space on the far side for a bedside table to put my husband's cpap machine on it, so we had to put it on the floor. I wouldn't stay here again.
• Martin (2/5): - This place is in a terrible area. We didn’t want to leave our cars outside. The rooms were super small and smelled funny and were old and the carpet was nasty. We don’t even stay. Very disappointed.

• rherorocks (4/5): - Check in and out were simple and pleasant. Room was clean and had good amenities. Management was very helpful and pleasant. Price was budget friendly. The bed was so hard I had to lay on the pillows to try to sleep and the AC didn't keep the room cold enough. If I could have fallen asleep on the mattress in a chilled room I would absolutely stay again.
• Mickie (10/5): Affordable prices - It was close to what I needed. A little run down, it was an older motel. They were very helpful for item that got left at motel about shipping them to us. No ice machine had to go ask for ice and got small cups.

Thank God. Expedia shame on you for hanging up on me four times when I asked about early check in by phone. I suppose you cant give out front desk number but I wish I could book place again but without Expedia.......no customer service help.

• Joseph (8/5): - Although old and no frills, room 108 was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC/heater worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, and no sign of bugs inside or out.

• Jerri (7/5): It was okay for overnight. - It was easy to get to. In a great location. The furniture and curtains were in very bad condition. Hole in my curtain. Arm chair had stains ALL OVER. I did not sit in that chair. The drawers were ripped out of the dresser and desk. I think the mirror had been removed from the dresser top and the attachment piece was broken off and exposed. It looked like everything was junk except the beds. I sanitized everything and still slept in my outside clothes instead of my lighter sleep wear.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Water shut off and loud traffic - The room was clean, but the traffic was extremely loud, and the door didn't seal well to keep air out. Apparently, there was a plumbing problem in the morning: they shut off the water without notifying guests. I was in the shower! I was told it was only 10 minutes, but it wasn't. I had already dried off, dressed, and packed up my car before I went to the office, and the water was still not on. They didn't offer anything to compensate.

The room also had a basement smell but once I put on the a/c unit, it cleared the air. The staff interaction was pleasant and friendly...i would stay again if the need arouse.

• Sharon (6/5): - When traveling on a budget, this hotel is good enough. It’s not the Ritz, but then I also wan’t paying for an upscale hotel. I needed a convenient place to stay for two nights. When I asked the manager if there was an accessible tub, he changed my room to one with a walk-in shower. I appreciated that.
• felicia (10/5): Great stay and great price. - We had the deluxe room and the best part was the jacuzzi tub after a long day of vending at an event. A/C was super cold and beds were clean and comfy. Area is great and the noise level was the best with little to no noise.
