I wish we could have stayed for longer. - This basic but comfortable hotel is an extremely clean, friendly and exceptionally convenient base to explore Naxos and the immediate Agios Prokopios area. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The pool area is well-maintained and beautiful. Despite being in the heart of Agios Prokopios village and minutes from the beach, this hotel is quiet and serene. I miss it and am hoping to return. I liked everything

• Cathy (6/5): Was okay - if you’re price driven I would recommend. - Great location and friendly staff. Lots of families with young children were staying - so definitely family friendly. And cost effective too, considering location. However, hotel in much need of a renovation, specially the interior of the rooms. Bathroom was not very clean, but this didn’t seem to be an issue with cleaning staff, more so the outdated materials and fittings. Toliet did not flush well. If they were to renovate I would 100% stay again - staff were great.

• jcpKnoxville (10/5): Quaint, Comfortable Naxos Resort Hotel - My wife and I were looking for a new island in Greece to visit and we decided on Naxos. We were going at the very end of September/beginning of October (shoulder season) and figured on the Agios Prokopios hotel in the Agios Prokopios area. It was a good choice. If you're looking for a fancy beachside hotel then look at other options; If you're looking for a decent hotel with a nice pool, fairly simple but very clean rooms,lots of dining options nearby, and a staff who are overflowing with Greek hospitality, this might be your place. The location is quite nice, being about a block from the main road. There are gobs of restaurants, gelato shops, car rentals, and shops very nearby as well as a full scale supermarket. The beach is a 10 minute stroll away. The rooms are solid, with good air con, comfortable bed, and in our case a mini kitchen and a sizeable balcony. Storage space is adequate but not abundant. Breakfast is a good selection and consistent from day to day. There is a fairly large sunning area and swimming pool in the courtyard. When we were there you could always find a lounger to get some sun. They even provide floating toys for kids. The hotel is a solid value. There are places with much fancier options and prices to match. If you're just looking for a pleasant hotel with good facilities and lots of things nearby then I'd suggest the Agios Prokopios. My wife and I are already talking about when we can go back.

• Marina (10/5): - We really enjoyed staying at this property. Its a perfect family owned hotel with everything you need. Breakfast was buffet style and the beach was walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful. We got a pool view room and it was more than what we were expecting. Staff was really kind and helpful. Its a nice quiet place to just relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We did not like having to check out. We wish we could've stayed longer. This was the best hotel from all the others we stayed at for our trip. Definitely no complaints. We will be back.

• DohaRic (10/5): Fabulous hotel - Fabulous hotel in a quiet location in Agios Prokopios. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with fridge, kettle, cups etc. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a small balcony overlooking the pool area perfect for sitting out in the evening. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Agios Prokopios is a busy resort with a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is long and sandy. In September you can rent sunbeds and umbrella on the beach for 15 euros. We chose not to have breakfast only because we don’t eat till lunchtime but we had a look and there seemed plenty of choice. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Naxos

It’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants. 2 things: poor water pressure (washing my hair was a challenge) and poor sound proofing (this depends on your room, I got unlucky this time, also I had loud neighbours)

There was no where to put the suitcase so I placed it on the mini fridge so that I could keep it open

Huge room, balcony overlooking the quiet pool area, excellent breakfast, super friendly hosts, best location on the island. It is tucked away but just a short walk to the best resturants and a beautiful beach.

Only a 16 bus ride to - We had a balcony from both rooms overlooking our pool and the neighbouring hotel’s pool. It was great to have a small kitchen area in one of the rooms as it meant we didn’t need to eat out all of the time.

Le foto pubblicate su Booking non rendono la realtà: camere troppo piccole, armadio insufficiente, non c'era nemmeno lo spazio per sistemare la valigia sopra ad un armadio. Dotazione da cucina altamente insufficiente: scordatevi di cucinare! Il lavandino è fuori dalla stanza da bagno.

This charming little gem of a hotel is tucked just behind the main street of Agios Prokopios, pla - The team who run this place are truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our accommodation was absolutely perfect for our needs: one double bed and two singles, ideal for a small family or group. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, complete with a great shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The kitchenette came with two hobs and included washing-up liquid, a sponge, and a dishcloth, small touches that made a big difference. Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer!
• Y784CPsandraf (4/5): Very unpleasant - Negatives: We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends. In total, our group booked 6 rooms. At a minimum, I expected basic hospitality and respect. The differential treatment and lack of hospitality was appalling. My partner and I arrived last in our group (as we were trying to find his suitcase, which was left in Athens). Apparently, because we were last, they gave us the smallest possible room next to the supply closet, which meant lots of noise early in the morning and others’ trash piled outside our room. The room itself was only big enough for a bed and nightstand. No place to put suitcase, except on the bed. Other rooms were the same price and much more spacious. Other negatives: - water pressure in shower was abysmal; feels like you’re showering at Grandma’s where only 1 person can shower at a time - they watch you like a hawk (no privacy) - they come into your room without permission and turn off the A/C - you only get 1 beach towel for your entire stay - if you want it washed, that costs 15 euros - breakfast was very poor quality; and they take everything away at 10:29; won’t let you relax with a cup of coffee - there is no drinking water available to guests - worst of all, they treated my friends like garbage, totally denying their legitimate concerns and arguing with them

Our single room was very large and the outdoor pool was perfect for kids to swim in when they were tired from the beach. The location of the hotel to the beach, restuarants, and public transportation was excellent. Our walk to the beach was approximately 5 minutes. The beach was very sandy, long, and had many options for rentals of beach chairs/access to food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Wifii connectivity was an issue on occasion.

Non tutte le camere hanno la zanzariera. Meglio informarsi prima. I bagni avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione

C’era un grazioso balconcino con tavolino, una pace e un silenzio davvero eccezionali. L’hotel mette a disposizione dei bambini dei giochi da usare in piscina o in spiaggia, e questa è una cosa decisamente apprezzabile. La stanza è pulita e ampia. • John (5/5): Good location and great pool but that’s it. - The pool and location were great No blankets, just top sheet and you had to make your own bed. I’ve never seen that in all my travels. Poor water pressure and hot water was sometimes really hot or not available. I don’t think the floors were swept when the top sheet got replaced. Breakfast and you had to cut up the fruit yourself and everything was cold.

Il ferme direct la porte au client en disant que c’est fini . Manque d’au moins un distributeur de boisson . Sinon quand on est à. La piscine il faut remonter pour aller chercher ne serait-ce qu’une bouteille d’eau.
• Judy (8/5): - This is a small family owned and run hotel, I loved the look of the building and pool. There were 10 in our party, we had booked 5 rooms in total. Since our experience was quite different, I will be more specific than normal in my review: We had Room 1 - which may have been the best room on the property! The water pressure was great, we had a great view of the pool, wonderful balcony, and the room was large for 2 people. The bed and pillows were just ok, but not terrible. We did not pre-pay for the breakfast, and I recommend that you do not pre-pay, as there was a wonderful bakery close by with a huge selection, well worth the 3 min. walk. The hotel has LOTS of free parking, and it's a short 5 min. walk to the beach and local bus stop for visiting Naxos Town. There are many restaurants close by, I highly recommend Giannoulis, it's worth the wait in line if you want to have dinner there. The best gyros we had was the port gyros at Kavourakia close to the beach, and the best upscale Greek food was at Tanines ... well worth the walk and $.

The staff were also super helpful. A couple of inconsiderate guests left towels on sunbeds before heading out for the majority of the day but you get that everywhere

The room was great and really spacious. It was always cleaned immaculately! Breakfast was a little limited but nice and we loved having the figs from the owners tree! The staff were so lovely and welcoming! They went above and beyond to be helpful for example if we brought back some bits from the supermarket to eat at the hotel in the seating area by the pool they would offer us plates etc. The location is brilliant! Lots of lovely restaurants a few mins walk away as well as the gorgeous beach! Thank you for an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel!
• christina (2/5): Switched - This hotel was so bad we ended up leaving. ITs old and does not look like the pictures. The room smells and had a dirty shower. You also need the room key to turn on the meger AC. When you leave the AC goes off. Meanwhile it is hot out. Because we booked on Hotels.com we were still charged and spoke to rudly just because we expressed out thoughts on the room and property. STAY AWAY
• amandarK435BW (2/5): ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS - We booked this hotel based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but I can only assume those were written by extremely undemanding budget travelers or those with incredibly low standards. Our experience was genuinely awful — so bad, in fact, that we left early and paid out of pocket for a far superior hotel down the road (Lagos Mare – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). Here’s what we endured: Overwhelming Sewage Stench: Our room reeked of raw sewage coming from the bathroom drains. It was so nauseating I refused to shower after a long, hot day of travel — I felt I’d be dirtier coming out than going in. Appalling Customer Service: Breakfast service was shockingly rude and transactional. We had only prepaid for two breakfasts, and when we asked if our daughters could simply look at what was on offer before committing, we were flatly refused. The staff seemed more focused on counting heads than offering hospitality. Beach Towel Policy Straight Out of a Bad Hostel: We were told you only get one beach towel per stay — no exceptions. Even when towels were soaked or sandy, replacements were flatly denied. Invasive Presence: Family members of the owners seemed to be constantly lingering, watching guests in a way that felt intrusive and unsettling. Truly Awful Breakfast: Cold, rubbery eggs, subpar options, and poor presentation. Definitely not worth the additional charge. Run-Down and Deceptively Clean: While the property is relatively tidy and has some visual charm, it’s tired and in need of maintenance. What made it truly unbearable: The owner’s husband is one of the rudest and most gaslighting individuals I’ve ever encountered in hospitality. After explaining the sewage issue and our desire to check out early, we were offered another room — but by then the damage to our vacation was done. My husband politely asked for a partial refund, and that’s when things turned nasty. The owner's husband became aggressive, denied the obvious smell (even though staff had acknowledged it), and accused our luggage of being the source. Yes, really. I was cornered alone by this man, who essentially accused me of lying and imagining the issue. His refusal to acknowledge reality — even after it had been corroborated by others — was disturbing and deeply unprofessional. This was gaslighting, pure and simple. No apology. No accountability. Just abuse, denial, and blame-shifting. The only positives: the property has a certain faux-village charm, the location is close to the beach, and one female assistant was very helpful — but these do not come close to justifying the disrespect, dysfunction, and sewage stench we endured. Verdict: RUN. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of our lives. If you value cleanliness, honesty, dignity, or simply being treated like a human being — do not stay here.

• Amanda (2/5): - The Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs We booked based on glowing reviews, but this was easily the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Our room reeked of sewage from the bathroom drains — so badly I refused to shower after a hot day of travel. Staff confirmed the smell, yet the owner’s husband insisted it didn’t exist, even cornering me alone to “prove” it. When I pointed out the obvious, he accused our luggage of causing the smell. Gaslighting at its finest. Breakfast was another low point: rude service obsessed with counting who had paid, refusing to let our daughters even look at the buffet before deciding. The food? Cold, rubbery eggs and sad options. We were also told we could only have one beach towel for the entire stay — no replacements, even if dirty. The property has some superficial charm and is close to the beach, and one female staff member was kind — but it’s a bit shabby. We ended up checking into Lagos Mare (a fantastic nearby hotel) and only kept one room here for our daughters with a group of 10 we were with. When we requested a partial refund, the owner’s husband became confrontational and abusive. Between the sewage stench, the rude and bizarre treatment, and the terrible service, this hotel completely ruined the start of our vacation. Do yourself a favour — stay anywhere else.

The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a charming balcony overlooking a peaceful garden. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely older lady—who I believe is the owner—who greeted us with genuine warmth every morning, afternoon, and evening. Her kindness and hospitality were unmatched, and she even took the time to teach us a few words of Greek, which made the experience even more special. This place truly lives up to its name—quaint, homelike, and full of heart. If you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming stay in Naxos, I can’t recommend Quaint Homie enough. The pool was too deep too quick. I didn’t like that I had to go through one room to get to the other and the kitchenette.

• ilaria (9/5): - Struttura tenuta molto bene, pulita e silenziosa a due passi dal centro di Agios Prokopios e dalla bella spiaggia, nei dintorni ci sono locali, taverne, negozi e minimarket, noleggio auto...perfetto se so cerca tranquillità non lontano dalla Chora di Naxos. Ritornerei sicuramente. Un piccolo appunto per la colazione del mattino, la proposta potrebbe essere più varia, anche se la qualità di ciò che viene proposto è comunque buona e con prodotti freschi.
