• jean-marc (1/5): très mauvaise expérience - La réservation réalisée et validée dans un premier temps a été suivie d'une demande complémentaire sur ma carte bleue, suspendant de facto la réservation. Dans le même temps, je recevais une alerte de suspicion de fraude de mon établissement bancaire qui a suspendu tout règlement. Booking.com et cet hôtel ont maintenu ma réservation que j'ai du payer. J'ai tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises avant l'échéance de la réservation pour essayer de trouver une solution et suis resté sans réponse ce qui a renforcé le sentiment de fraude. Les courriels transmis via booking.com n'ont abouti à rien. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel.

• Eva (10/5): Exceptionally wonderful in every way. - We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious with a great selection of food. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing.

• Юлія (8/5): Clean, comfortable place with a great location and convenient self-check-in - The room and bathroom were both clean. The bed sheets and towels were of good quality, and the self-check-in option was very convenient for our group. The location was excellent, close to the city center and a supermarket, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all. It was a bit noisy because the windows in our room face the road. Also, it would be helpful to have a shelf in the shower.

• Sally (5/5): Good location, rooms small but clean. Let down by the steep stairs & no lifts & no bar. - The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the tram and bus services, the central train station and pubs, restaurants and coffee bars. Rooms were very clean with a good bathroom and shower. I hadn't realised (perhaps not read properly) that the hotel does not have a lift or proper reception and the bar is never open*. The reception is only open from around 7.30 am to 10.30 am (although you can phone outside of these hours). The rooms are accessed via self service check in and a key safe which is fine but the stairs to the rooms are very steep and narrow; if you had any sort of mobility issues you would literally be stuck. There is a lovely lounge where breakfast is served but once breakfast finishes at 10 am the doors are locked and you can't use it. This is such a shame and and I would urge the owners to leave this open as a chill out area - the bar is also located in this area but as it is never open*, this might as well be closed off so the lounge could still be used. We were disappointed that the bar was closed as one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had it's own bar as after a full day of walking its nice to be able to sit and relax and the website needs to be updated to reflect this. *I asked on the Friday morning if the bar would open and the receptionist said "maybe tonight or Sunday" but couldn't say for sure or what times. It didn't open either evening so I am presuming it is always closed. The hotel next door is open to non residents and has a lovely wine selection.

• Грищенко (10/5): Amazing hotel - We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel! The hotel sent us the instructions for late check-in and they were very simple and detailed. We managed to get to our room quickly and without ant issues. The location of the hotel is great, it’s located 20 min walk from central station. And a few minutes from city centre. The room was perfect, specious and cozy. It was very clean as well, cleaning was just amazing! Breakfasts were diverse and very tasty from 7:30 to 10:00 on weekdays. The staff was very friendly and helpful regarding all my questions. Thank you very much once again, everything was perfect! -

Le bruit des voitures de la rue est le point faible. Pour passer une bonne nuit, n'oubliez pas vos boules quies. Le parking dans les alentours est assez onéreux, finalement nous avons trouvé un parking couvert à 10 minutes à pieds à moins de 20€/ 24h

Purtroppo le indicazioni per accedere all'interno della struttura non sono arrivate prima del check-in ma mezz'ora dopo l'orario programmato del nostro accesso. Anche se abbiamo avuto la massima disponibilità dell'operatrice al telefono, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi le indicazioni per l'accesso, per il numero della chiave che non era quello scritto sulla carta, e per accedere alla colazione, che avevamo pagato. Non siamo riusciti a coprire completamente la finestra con la tenda quindi abbiamo avuto un risveglio un po' mattiniero

• Melanie (3/5): Lage gut, aber aufgrund des Lärms von der Straße und der fehlenden Einhaltung der Nachtruhe durch andere Hotelgästen nic - - Die Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum - Das Zimmer war schön, wenn auch etwas spartanisch eingerichtet - Modernes Bad - sehr steile Treppe, um zum Zimmer zu gelangen - man konnte nur ein Fenster sehr schwer öffnen, und auch nur einen Spalt - die Fenster sind nicht isoliert, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war es sehr laut im Zimmer, vor allem durch die starkbefahrene Straße - die Vorhänge sind nicht gut, selbst nachts war es hell im Zimmer - die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig durch dünne Wände - zwischen 2 und 4 Uhr war es durch andere Hotelgäste sehr laut, Türen wurden geknallt, laute Gespräche auf den Fluren, keine Nachtruhe - es gab einen self check in sowie einen self check out, was auch gut funktioniert hat. Wenn es allerdings Probleme gibt, ist es ungünstig, wenn es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt.

• Crysta (6/5): Hôtel ok pour un week-end - La literie était très confortable, ainsi que la température de la chambre. La propreté était au rendez-vous. L’équipe de l’hôtel était très agréable et souriante L’arrivée a été assez compliquée puisque pas de réception. L’isolation du bruit est vraiment mauvaise, nous entendons toutes les personnes passant dans le couloir et surtout la chambre voisine où l’on pouvait même entendre la douche… De plus, la Tv ne fonctionnait pas car pas connectée a Internet… Pour trouver la salle du petit déjeuner et la réception il n’y avait aucune informations, nous ne savions même pas les horaires du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais pas grand choix, le prix est trop haut pour la qualité et la proposition faite.

Na 11 uur was je verplicht om in je kamer te zitten. Je kon dus niet beneden ff ‘chillen’ met een boek 2 werksters waren tijdens ontbijt keihard op plek waar ontbijt stond te kwekken… Stonden gewoon daar te eten en te drinken. Lijkt mij niet professioneel

• Janine (5/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr nett gemacht. Der Selfcheck in war etwas merkwürdig. Die Zimmer wirken auf den Fotos charmanter als in der Realität. Leider kann man auch nicht gut parken direkt am Hotel. Alles in allem für eine Nacht in Ordnung und es gibt ein nahegelegendes Parkhaus ( ca 10 min Fußweg )

Très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre à 15 minutes de marche, beaucoup de transport à proximité. Le personnel que l'on croise peut car c'est une arrivée autonome est très serviable, le jour où l'on devait partir ils nous on prévenu que l'heure de checkout approchait mais toujours de manière très courtoise sans vouloir déranger ! Rien, pour le prix tout était très bien, que ce soit l'arrivée, les équipements et la propreté (la chambre était parfaitement propre, rien à redire).
• Nathalie (5/5): - Het was koud overal. Wij zijn meerdere keren eerder hier geweest maar het hotel en de service is wel achteruit gegaan. Het bargedeelte is niet meer open, alleen om te ontbijten. De self checkin die er tegenwoordig is is in principe prima maar doordat er geen personeel is zijn overal de lichten uit.en oogt het heel ongezellig.

• Sandra Keizer (8/5): Goed verblijf! - Een nette, schone kamer. Centraal gelegen, met op loopafstand openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden. Heerlijk ontbijt. De auto's die op de weg voor het hotel langs reden kon je 's nachts best goed horen.
