• Amanda Louise (10/5): Amazing!! Close to everything amazing staff that go above and beyond - This hotel is amazing! So close to everything and very cheap!! The staff are so kind and friendly you are greeted every time when leaving or coming back and the staff make your stay special they get to know you by name and treat you like family!! I highly recommend this place and will be back again!
• Abbas (10/5): Amazing location, well priced and beautiful staff. - Booked 3 rooms for mates and myself. The property is perfectly located close to all the needed amenities and attractions, but far enough to not hear the late night partying on Bangla Rd. The staff were ALL exceptional and attentive to every ask. I forgot a new bag I had purchased which I had left in the motorbike seat. Nam who works at reception messaged me to tell me about it, but I had just checked in for my flight. Nam organised postage and sent it to my next destination in Bangkok, and was adamant I not pay for her troubles, although I insisted. Nam & K and the rest of the staff are absolute gems whose smiles you’ll see from a mile away. Thank you Nam, K and the rest of the amazing staff

It was my birthday during the stay and when I came home that night, they sang happy birthday and gave me a cake and candle! Not only that, but when we came back that morning after the maid had been, she’d wrote happy birthday in flowers on my bed! It absolutely made my day! The property is beautiful and spotless. Never a thing out of place! Always smiles and hellos! Located perfectly within walking distance of everywhere and the pool is beautiful!

The location so convenient to walk around is nearby for foo, shopping, and clubs. The breakfast should been better. But not bad.

• David (10/5): Una estancia inolvidable en el corazón de Patong - Me encantó la ubicación central, justo al lado de la playa y del ambiente de Patong. La piscina en la azotea es magnífica, con una vista impresionante. El personal fue muy acogedor. Nada en especial, todo fue perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes.
• Rosa Carnero (10/5): Hermoso hotel, muy bien ubicado y con excelentes vistas - Hermoso hotel, muy bien ubicado, a tres cuadras de la playa, dos cuadras de la walking street (pero sin ruido). El personal fue excelente, nos esperaron con toallas frescas para el rostro. Además nos prepararon un recibimiento especial por ser nuestra luna de miel. La pileta de la terraza tiene vistas hermosas del mar y excelente atención del barman, quien nos ofreció toallas y preparo tragos muy ricos. Definitivamente volveríamos a este hotel!

• Monika (7/5): Hezké a čisté ubytování - Milý a ochotný personál, pěkný střešní bazén, čistota. V okolí dostatek stravovacích možností, lékárny, služby. Surf house před hotelem. Pokoj má balkon s prostorem pro sezení 1 osoby. Pláž je trochu obtížněji dostupná, přes silnici s trvalým proudem aut. Pokoje jsou relativně malé, s minimem úložných prostor. Ubytování je ve velmi rušné lokalitě, takže v pokoji rozhodně není ticho ani večer, ale to se u této destinace tak nějak očekává.

Perfect to be right next to Patong Beach (<5 min walk), very close to Patong street, and lots of great restaurants and food options nearby. Never too loud or distracting, regardless of how close it is to Patong Beach. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunset views from the rooftop as well! N/A

• Thomas (10/5): - Äußerst nettes Personal am Tresen Schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick Top Lage. Du gehst aus dem hotel und stehst im vollen Leben von Patong Der Pool auf dem Dach ist wunderschön. Läd aber nicht zum verweilen und relaxen ein. Sehr laute Discomusik den ganzen Tag. Der Mitarbeiter der Bar verstand unseren Wunsch nicht, die Musik zu drosseln. Zusätzlich machten dann Gäste mit Subwoofer ihren eigene laute Musik. Das interessierte den Mann an. Der Bar auch nicht. Aus diesem Grund haben wir unseren Gutschein für 2 cocktails auch nicht eingelöst

• SANDRA (7/5): Beautiful stay, I will recommend and visit again. - Nice pool, and staff was friendly and respectful. Room was a bit small but nice and clean. I went for my birthday celebration and my room was decorated free of charge. staff even sang for me and was given a birthday cake free of charge :) Down size was the breakfast. It was not a buffet breakfast but a la carte and only allowed to choose one plate (small size) and one drink.

I’m too old to tolerate inconsiderate fellow tourists who don’t respect other g - It’s a good central location The soles of my feet were dirty from the floor. Whilst the rooms get swept, the tiles need to be mopped regularly. The property now allows paying visitors to use the pool which was unpleasant as we had to sit in vape smoke and put up with rude people who were there for the day and the bar. The rooms are not very soundproof. My daughter stayed in a room next to someone who had brought a sex worker back overnight. I had a neighbouring party-goer who had visitors and talked loudly all night until 5am. That’s Patong beach though.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto se l'hotel avesse la sala colazione invece che andare al bar vicino. Comunque andava bene lo stesso. Se ci fosse stata nella scelta anche la frutta, croissant o un'altro dolce sarebbe stato meglio ma è comunque ok

• stieneke (5/5): Fantastic stay but completely ruined by smell of damp from AC unit - The view was great and loved the shower in the room with the glass so U cud see the view. Staff were lively and left out happy birthday banners and flowers for both our birthdays. We were left two litres of water every day which was unexpected but very appreciated, the pool was nice The breakfast was the best I have ever tasted in all my years if travelling. Beds were extremely comfortable The smell of damp coming from the air con ruined this stay for us. Our clothes smelt damp as the smell in the room was awful. We were provide with a small portable AC unit but it didn't work great so had to stick with the mains AC. I wouldn't go back to this hotel because of how bad it was . Also when we arrived we were not given the correct room after 17 hours of travelling I hadn't the energy to move and had to go through the inconvenience the next day. We also had issues with a transfer that was provided with our booking which we were never got but I'm unsure as to whether booking.com was at fault or the hotel

• Magid (9/5): Nice place to stay. - Great location very close to beach, restaurants and shopping centers. Nice room with comfortable bed, friendly staff. The price is little higher than other places. You can hear street noise because the hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood.
