- Brett (3/5): Over priced under staffed and inexperienced staff - Location Stayed for 7 nights room was not serviced once! Accidentally locked myself out with only my car keys and phone, they would not let me back in without ID which was in the room. I had the booking.com email showed them but because it didn’t have my room number on it the wouldn’t let me. I also asked security to take me down to my car which had the motel parking paper with my room number but it didn’t have my name on it. So I had to drive out to Lang park to get the card of my husband on a Friday night during magic round!! On Tuesday finished work only to find out they hadn’t processed the access keys properly and once again was locked out - it was 5.15 no one onsite waited over 1/2hr for them to arrive to fix the keys.

- Janine (5/5): - The location is good. The lounge was not comfortable. We didn't have enough coffee cups. We only had 3 and there were 4 people staying. The location of the toilet and the bedroom. We couldn't use the pool and the spa didn't have bubbles.

- Phillip (7/5): A very handy location to the exhibition building, spacious apartment, everything we needed. - i liked the spaciousness of the apartment, it felt roomy, it was clean, that was very appreciated.. Kitchen adequate supplies. the decor was sparse. no colour at all, very uninspiring.

It is also convenient to get food. Appreciate having workable laundary machine ad dryer. The maintenence service person was very obliging and got us a workable dryer. The bathroom mold could be less if attention was put onto the cleaning of the moldy areas. The plates stand on the sink also has mold on the rack. Our pillow cases developed mold after one night. The carpet on the hallway needs replacing as it brings the quality of the place down.

- Minhaj (10/5): VALUE FOR MONEY. - Absolutely loved the location. Rooms were spacious super clean and amazing views as I was given top floor. Reception lady was nice enough to wait for me as my arrival time was after closing time. I will definitely be coming back to the property for future holidays. Checked in and the Jacuzzi\Hot tub was out of order, was told it was fixed but when i went to use it the jacuzzi worked but water temperature wasn't hot or even warm. It wasn't a huge inconvenience to me anyway but i hope its fixed for my next stay.

- Wendy (8/5): Great location - The location was great. At the front desk there was one staff member (male) that was completely disinterested in providing any assistance but a quick email and all was resolved with great relief.
- Mae (7/5): Ok for a short stay! - The location was great close to shops. The hotel experience was overall ok. There was constant noise from nearby roads and frequent ambulance sirens, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom design was also inconvenient, with an awkward step that felt unsafe and easy to trip over. Additionally, the utensils provided were not clean, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. These issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of the stay.

- Shannon (8/5): Great place, just be prepared to be gouged for the parking. - The building was well appointed and the room was nice. We were attending a concert at the Tivoli so the location was perfect. We walked a hundred metres or so and ate at Six Acres and then walked across the road to the gig. It was perfect. Parking cost $35 per night. My nephew parked in a commercial carpark nearby and was only charged $25 per night, so we were ripped off. I suggest that the property managers are aware of this, so I can't say I am happy to hand over money to someone who is happy to gouge me.

Rail network upgrades meant I had to get buses instead of trains. Very frustrating.

It is close to Bowen Hills station and the airport line, as well as King Street restaurants. I know the area so was happy to walk around but be mindful that the location to both Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley may be less comfortable to those unfamiliar with the area in the evenings (perhaps). A short walk also to an IGA and several bus services. It was as expected so I have little to add here. Those unfamiliar with the location may dislike the distance to the Valley and surrounds although it is not far at all - just not on your 'doorstep'.

- Damon (10/5): Would recommend anyone to stay here. - The apartment was so nice, I stayed 3 nights and was a great experience close to the valley and right next to the showgrounds. Could not fault a single thing
- Robyn (3/5): Disappointing and nothing like we expected. - Location was good. Beds were comfy. 2 bathrooms also great, and kitchen and bathrooms seemed relatively new. Staff were great. We must have got one of the units due to be overhauled. Not as advertised- floor level totally different, no table ( all photos showed an inside table), no shelves to put clothes on. Needed a refurb. We could not get the dishwasher to work, and the sink did not hold water, the lounge and carpet were very dirty and worn. Bed quilt cover had a stain. The curtains in the master bedroom were very water stained, the single chair was mouldy,. The kitchen needed more utensils- eg a unit for 4 people with only 2 wine glasses and there was not even a chopping board. Disappointed.

It was a bit loud however, every morning at 6:45 we’d wake up to doors in the main hallway opening and slamming.. the sound echoed through our apartment. Other than that it was a great stay and will definitely come again!

- Lee (8/5): We had a very enjoyable stay and I would choose to stay there again. - The apartment is set out well, I like the little office that could be closed off giving a little more separate space. The room overall was great. We had family staying on different floors, and it was difficult getting up and down to see them as keys can only be used to access your own floor.
- Kennedy (4/5): Disappointed - Location was great for what we had planned. We arrived, our key didn't work, our parking code didn't work. Their after hours number couldn't really help, had to wait an hour for someone to physically appear and let us in, missed our dinner booking, couldn't leave the apartment as our key wasn't able to be fixed until the next morning. Spoke to staff to fix the issue they did what they had to but weren't overly helpful. Bed was uncomfortable, made noise when you moved, shower leaks water all over the floor.

Fairly unclean, disappointing thing about hotels that expect guests to do their own cleaning means all the dishes are dirty and need to be washed before being able to be used as others don’t have the same cleaning standard. Got an email saying check in on weekdays is 2pm but arrived and staff said I was supposed to check in at 3pm, thankfully room was ready but seemed a bit disorganised.

- mdtl9 (9/5): Comfortable stay close to the busy part of the Valley. - Great location with a short walk to shops, train station and busy night life part of Fortitude Valley. Accommodation was very good, quiet, clean and comfortable. It's fully self-contained so everything you need is pretty much there. Reception was very friendly. Pool and fitness centre are great. More towels in the room. We only had 2 towels for bathroom use and the pool over a 2 night weekend stay. We were away from the hotel during reception hours most of the time and forgot to ask on arrival. Website shows that towels for the pool are supplied.

Shower was great but it leaked out of the shower area no matter how hard we try to aim the showerhead. Staff was nice and prompt. We had a very iffy looking kettle with some gunk at the spout. Got it replaced immediately. Staff also provided more towels and detergent upon request. Floor was kinda sticky but we were walking around in slippers so didn't matter too much. Some stains on the wall but nothing too bothersome.

- Navigator54177968084 (10/5): Belise Apartments - Two Thumbs Up - Loved this place so much we extended our stay a month! Easy to get around, lots of food and entertainment. Our room was perfect for a two month stay and the staff were very responsive and helpful...the gym and pool in the building were handy for quick visits. For a more robust workout there is an Olympic sized pool and gym a short walk away and reasonably priced.

When we were cooking dinner we wanted to use the plates and bowls but they had not been cleaned properly and had old food on the sides. There was also some kind of ink left on my sheets and I wanted to request for more but the reception was closed to early on the weekend

Lack of soundproofing for windows/external doors. Couldn't hear between rooms but city noise - construction, sirens etc. was easily heard. This is the only thing preventing a 10.
