Scott (8/5): Worth the stay if you are looking a quiet private place to chill out. Staff were fantastic too! - The quiet, private location & the amenities including the saltwater pool were great. The villa is located just a short walk/drive from the main Karon Beach area. Walking down was no problem but after a long day exploring or after a night out it is always best to grab a taxi to get back.

No BBQ which was a shame, as we would have liked to have stayed in and cooked one eve. But this is only a minor thing.

Hay que fijarse muy bien, porque da lugar a error una vez llegas a destino. Hasta el centro hay un paseo de 15 minutos , con alguna cuesta.

David (9/5): Awesome stay in Karon Beach, the villa and team there were fantastic! - Huge villa in a great, quiet location and a short 10 min walk to Karon Beach restaurants and shops. It's also short taxi / grab rides to Kata, Patong, etc. The pool area is amazing, with a large pool. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy each other's company both inside and outside! All bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely too. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better with cooking utensils, but other than that not much!

Farah (10/5): I advanced to visit - The staff very friendly and helpful even the manager help as all the time for any request. The villas are located 500 meters away from the commercial area, so it means you must have transportation is required to move from the villa complex to the nearby beach.
Gary (10/5): Excellent villa, great staff, highly recommend - Villa was excellent, brilliant for our family, really good size rooms and loads of space, very well equipped, staff were very good and friendly, knocked and came in every day for cleaning etc, changed bedding and towels every 3 days, pool man popped in and cleaned pool every day, they were never intrusive, Nam the lovely lady in the reception/ office was so helpful and sorted out any problems and trips we wanted to do. My only negative is the location, it’s a trot up and down a hill to the shops and beach, especially for the older members in our group, but we used a App called Bolt for the Tuk tuks easy to use and really cheap but you will need Wi-Fi , we would love to return, highly recommend
Danielle (8/5): Very good - Property comfortably fit 6 adults and a baby. The rooms were large and decent. The pool was beautiful and at a nice temperature. It is walking distance from the strip of shops. The hill is very small and easy to walk up. It’s quite tucked away which is not a bad thing if you want peace and quiet however, you may want to take transport if you want to go to the beach or it is about a 45 - 60 minute walk.

Would have liked a pool net to take out some dropping leaves but on the other hand the pool guy cleaned each day so not really an isuue

Karen (7/5): Average villa i have stayed in - The plc is comfortable with 3 decent size bed rooms. Staff are responsive One of the very few airbnb/villa that do not provide laundry detergent. Staff initially rejected my request to provide laundry detergent, Till I spoke to the manager and they relented Water pressure is weak Path to main road is a little far. Not very convenient unless u call bolt/have own car. Toaster was not cleaned, dared not use.

Cleanliness (floors in all rooms were really dirty, cleaners didn’t clean every day when asked, rain shower head didn’t work in our room, asked to fix and didn’t fix or let us know anything. For what we paid, I expected better service.

It is a bit of a walk, which was not a problem for us and you can get transport if required. We were in the first villa, so close to the road, whilst not a main road, there was quite a bit of noise from scooters day and night. We would definitely go back and we love Karon Beach

Holly (6/5): Would stay again but lessons learnt from first trip. - The property was really big. Huge master suite, with 2 further big bedrooms all with bathroom facilities. Lounge, kitchen and diner were also large. Beautiful dining table. The property was very clean. It’s in a good location for reaching the beach in karon - only a 10minutes walk. The outside space was my biggest disappointment. Definitely not the picture that is advertised and the pool looked dirty although they did clean it. Kitchen equipment was very hard to work out and there was no kettle. The paying options for this property are weird and quite unsettling. No payments through booking . com - initial bank transfer which made me quite uncomfortable and then remainder at the property on arrival in cash (baht) only. On arrival I was also given a form to sign which included asking for a 10,000 baht cash deposit. I was not told about this at all. I wouldn’t sign the form or give them the money. I was asked to contact the owner who then said I didn’t need to! All a bit weird and annoying after a 17+ hrs flight There are local dogs who are as quiet as mice in the day but fight and bark all night. Not the property’s fault at all but take ear plugs… local dogs and music are loud all night.

Lauren (10/5): - I LOVED the comfortable and stylish design of this pool villa. It was gorgeous. And the pool was lovely. I loved that it was cleaned every day and came with toiletries and a welcome fruit basket. The management team were very responsive to any queries or requests we had. It felt very safe and was a reasonable walking distance from the main road with great restaurants, shops and bars.
Olivia (10/5): Great location and facilities and very modern. Photos reflect the villa for sure. - Great sized villa, location was good and only 10 minutes into the bars, restaurants and beach. The photos reflect what you get and I cannot fault the facilities or cleanliness. Staff and housekeeping extremely friendly. Nice pool & outdoor seating area. If we were to return to this area, we would certainly stay again! Very nice and modern and all rooms have en-suite. Only small things, the location was only a 10 minute walk but very hilly so keep this in mind. The pool could do with a step or a handle for ease of getting in and out. Hard to locate entrance upon arrival so needs some more signs or information provided before arrival. Need to have a card machine or allow payments through booking.com or provide transfer information before arrival, due to international transfers taking a few days to send. Luckily ours was instant as we didn’t have cash but could be a problem for people.

Staff really good on site and arranged laundry for us lesson learnt - to ask for specifics when booking a villa - as the one allocated wasn't as expected on arrival we were allocated a villa with stairs and a small , dark pool which was not acceptable . We paid more for an upgrade which was a larger and cleaner pool but smaller villa . Loud noise from neighbouring villa for x2 nights - although that wasn't the fault of the host..

Denise (9/5): Great holiday in a lovely villa - Great location 10 mins walk into the village 20 mins to the beach. Fantastic villa with 4 great sized bedrooms each with an en-suite. Excellent staff that cleaned the villa daily and were very helpful with any request. The sofas inside and outdoors were very stylish but extremely uncomfortable so found there was no where to sit and relax. The outdoor furniture had lots of cigarette burns.

Saleena (10/5): Hotel service in a beautiful villa - It looked exactly as it did in the photos, slightly better than expected. The staff were on hand to help with anything big or small and it was serviced like a hotel - towels changed, beds made, all areas cleaned which we were not expecting. There were some ants around but other than that it was perfect!

Venkatesh (10/5): Excellent Place To Stay - The Villa was amazing. We had booked the Chuan Chom Villa. there were 5 of us and we had 3 bedroom with queen size beds. Nam was exceptionally helpful with all our needs. Book your bikes, car, airport transfers, taxi etc from the Vila itself. The rates are very reasonable. The Vila was quiet and the pool was great as well. They will come and clean the place daily. The location is a little far from the beach and the town. Its about 15-20 min walk and the walk back up is uphill. We knew this already from all the other reviews. The towels are not changed daily. Maybe if you request this they might do it but we didn't request to have the towels changed. Other than that this place was awesome!

Stefanos (5/5): Not recommended if someone want to do activities in phuket, only for relax.And take care you should order food cause ove - Large Villa with clean pool and patio Location is not good, cooking oven was not working, and realised this after buying food to cook,open view bath in main room that was the signature was not working and the main room is not in the villa but in the outside place.In addition staff in the day of departure did not even say hi to us, not very friendly like other hotels in Phuket. We paid with cash because they did not accept cards.This is unacceptable! In general villa was different from photos, they are showing their top one and let you stay to other villas. Electricity went down one day for 20 mins. Sometimes there wasn’t hot water for bathroom. Also in our day of arrival a technician was fixing the a/c the time we were entering the house.
Daniela (10/5): - Heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin. Zeer ruim en comfortabele villa en de kinderen genoten dag en nacht van het zwembad. Elke dag kwam een heel prettig en vriendelijk team housekeeping verzorgen, we voelden ons heerlijk verwend. Er werd zeer snel en behulpzaam gecommuniceerd en bij vragen of onderhoud kwam er gelijk iemand. Het voelde echt als thuis.

Beautiful, spacious and safe villa close to amenities. Great value if you are travelling with family and a group of friends. Location is not the best for people with mobility issues as the villa is situated around 15mins walk into town. Will need to take taxis or rent a vehicle.

Airconditioned throughout,short walk to main st. - Very stylish decor, ensuites for each bedroom, great sized pool, full sized kitchen. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms. Great size for a family or couples. We were two couples and had plenty of room. Easy walk to the Main Street, although there are a couple of small hills. A stroller/pram would be easy to push as roads are in good condition. We ordered regular tuk tuks and grabs and had no trouble getting transport. Great Airconditioning throughout. Not a negative at all but not within comfortable walking distance to the beach, but only a few minutes by car. Beach is lovely. We loved our stay here. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Would have liked towels changed more often ( they change them every three days) Was really difficult to find places open for breakfast as almost all don’t open till 11am. Would have liked the option to have breakfast provided at the Villa.

JOHN (10/5): - An amazing diamond in the rough. Smaller vehicles can easily be accommodated but the staff will ensure you get your SUV out. The staff goes through the extensive cleaning process daily and the manager is amazing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to everyone from out side the area but it is definitely a tourist retreat. The area is tailored for tourists but definitely supports the local economy without breaking the bank. We had the 4 bed room pool villa and it was a dream except we came during the rainy season.
